I have had a terrible experience with this organization. They have disrespected my intelligence and time repeatedly. They did a consultation and didn’t discuss their findings or reasons why they were saying I had to have a deep cleaning and wouldn’t provide any services to me unless I did the cleaning which costs a lot of money from my pocket and I’ve never had to do in the past. I requested a second opinion and they booked me an appointment when there was no one there qualified to give a second opinion, thus wasting my time and resources getting there. They refuse to just do a regular cleaning saying it’s “against the law.” I’ve never had such a bad experience with a service provider in my life! They just want me to pay a lot of money for something they’ve never advised me on at all. I don’t trust their motives.

I’ve never been to a dentist where the dentist comes in and checks me out and then I’m told to go to the waiting room and wait to be called in by the hygienist..He was very quiet too.Then I was told they couldn’t book a 6 month appointment!!And to call in February.. that seemed a little crazy to me

I went in for a root canal, asked several times if they were going to do the procedure today and they said yes. Wait 45 minutes before they called me back and then they couldn’t do the root canal because it would take too long and they didn’t want to make the “cute girl” next wait too long. So not only did I have to wait a month for this appointment 45 minutes in the office for nothing and now I have to wait another 3 weeks. All because they wanted to see the “cute girl”

Outstanding service from front to back. Very detailed in what needs to be done. Gave great options and presented timely future appointments. I can not say enough how grateful I am for the service and dedication. Very much appreciated.

The staff is great and welcoming; however, it defeats the purpose of having a phone number if no one is never available to answer for anything. I have tried dialing each option and it is difficult to get a hold of someone for a simple question. If you need anything, unfortunately, you would physically have to go up there. They might be able to answer your question. If it billing related, you won’t get a hold of anyone at all and they won’t answer any question concerning that.

My son had an appointment on October ninth that we made in May no one from the office called to tell us that his appointment was cancelled, the only reason we found out was that my wife called since we never received any appt reminder the day before, very disappointing now he has to wait months for a new appointment somewhere else.

I took Monday off work 2 weeks in a row to try to see the dentist. The dentist that does root canals only works one day a week apparently. That alone cost me $500 turning down appointments to see this dentist.The first time they scheduled me the wrong day, so I took work off and drove 30min here for nothing.The second week, my appointment was at 1pm, at 1:20pm I was informed by the desk the doctor was over an hour late, I don’t know why I was even scheduled that day if they didn’t have enough time for all their patients. I had to cancel my appointment because I have kids, and a job, and responsibilities, my time is valuable and I’m already down $500 without even opening my mouth for a dentist to look in.Absolutely the worst place you could go to. If it’s this bad just having the business fulfill their end of an appointment, I really doubt the quality of the rest of their work.Sad thing is, I STILL need to see a dentist, but after wasting 2 weeks and all that money, I’m going to a real one this time.I work in an appointment based industry but the difference is I keep my appointments 🙄

I have using Greenberg Dental for several years now and have never experienced any negative issues. The staff are always courteous and professional and despite the stresses placed on them by COVID 19 they still handle every visit proficiently. I highly recommend Greenberg Dental.

This was my first visit and i found the staff very professional. Also and importantly, they do not do needless work just for a charge! I was so impressed I made an appointment for future work to be done.

Very poor customer service, no one picks up the phones. Waited to tell me right before my kids appointment that they no longer take our insurance. Now we have to wait months to get established elsewhere. This group is greedy and all about the bottom line. Profits over people!

Waiting period was short, All services were completed quickly and comfortably. Staff was friendly and attentive. It was a pleasant and positive experience.

A very friendly environment. The dentist, hygienist and assistant took time to explain every step of the procedure, the staff was professional. Going to the dentist was actually relaxing.

Receptionist was great, very welcoming. Saw dentist and was impressed. Very friendly and answered questions. Was told I’d be given a copy of my plan of care at checkout.The cleaning hygienist was not real friendly, never washed his hands or used gel. Was getting irritated with me fir telling him cold bothered me. Usually after cleaning I would be given new toothbrush.At checkout one lady was sitting there not on phone or anything but tech gave my chart to the one on the phone. Finally she went to check me out. I asked about toothbrush and was told they don’t do that. I asked about the copy of my plan of care so I could decide which way to proceed. She said they don’t have one and don’t give them. I just gave up and left. FIRST visit NOT good

Wish the front staff could be rated separate from the clinical staff. Front office staff (Yvette/Ivette) awful customer service. Clinical staff is awesome the best.

Ive been going here for over 8 yrs. Never had a bad experience. Ive had root canals fillings a bridge and teeth cleanings all done by this company. Dentists are very competent. No issues with anything treatment wise. Staff is nice and helpful. Hours are very convenient ESP if u are working. I would recommend. 👍👍

Horrible rude unProfessional and tried to rip me off wanting to charge 700 for teeth cleaning refused to just clean my teeth until I paid an outrageous price plus hardly anyone including dentist spoke English catering to Hispanic only rude to white people. I would not go there at all.

Staff is ok. But to get an appointment is a joke 3 days I have been on the phone for over an 1hr each time just to schedule an appointment. Meanwhile I call a new providedthey answer on second ring and appointment is booked. I have tried 4 yrs to see better side of this set up....and I cant their is no patient care we are all numbers to them. So sad.

Showed up for my appt. And the dentist wasnt there. Someone came to,the door and said the dentist cancelled. Didnt call me. Took time off of work to,get this root canal. Now have to reschedule and take another day off work. Rude.

Visitor office in September of 2020 a root canal was done on my number 2 tooth. days after the root canal feeling start coming out of my tooth. I contact the dentist office and they told me to go to my primary dentist so he can fit and place a crown on my back tooth. Services was on Monday I contacted them on Wednesday I took photos on a Friday. the worst thing is the amount of money it cost for the root canal to get done and the services was pitiful. I have a whole in my back tooth Im not sure if its repairable or should I just get it pulled. Sorry for the images but I had to put them up there so you can see what type of services is being provided.

Will never go back to this place again. They dont take in consideration or listen

Was told before appointment that I needed no referral. Well I did.Was quoted$140.00 for extraction of the tooth. But when I checked out I was told it would be $170.00.The dentist I had was so nice and none of this was her fault.I dont think I would ever return there again.Didnt even try to help me, even though I was miss quoted.Not a good first impression.Pastor Timothy M Sanders

Have worked with Greenburg beforeFor aMultilocation dental office I was treated well. As usual, very expensive, but thats the game. Many different specialties under one roof. Not sure if they have payment plans; I will find out. I need a dentist that is artistic. Need full mouth reconstruction, but 20K is a lot of money, which is really my own fault. Need dentist that is artistic and aesthetic. Well see.

My son had a schedule appt. for approximately 2-3 months prior. He gets there on time just to be told they dont take Medicaid over 21 or Liberty Dental. I ask where the communication failed? Now, he has to wait 2-3 months to schedule with someone new.(This has been his dentist for the last 4 years 😑)Life lesson....call, verify, get the name of the person you spoke to!

Nearly 45 minutes to get ready for a cleaning but that included x-rays. My wife and I both went into the hygienist office and he did first me then hers cleaning. A little bit rough but effective. No real complaints.

I took my grandson in on an emergency base, we have never been there before. The front desk was friendly and well knowledgeable. We only waited about 10 min before we where called in the back. Within 30min of walking in the door we walked out well satisfied with the whole experience 😀 Would recommend highly

Well we all know dentists but actually we don’t !!! These guys are the ones like we used to know!!! Like honest, caring, interested in helping us!!! Wanting to help us get well ! We need to be healthy and keep up with our teeth so staying safe is important and this office maintains that! The whole staff is happy and knows getting the patients taken care of is the most important job and they do a great job!!!! I appreciate the efficiency of the front desk staff!!!!

Very unprofessional and rude staff starting from the front office on back. They quoted an outrageous amount of money to get what I needed done and basically was told when I get the money to come back. After calling my insurance company and them telling me that they were wrong and tried to call the dentist office to talk with them about it, they told my insurance company they couldn’t discuss my case with them!!! WHAT??? Now I am attempting to get in touch with them to have my X-rays sent to another dentist office and they don’t answer the phone and don’t return messages. Never again!!!

I was pleased at how efficient my tooth extraction went at Greenberg. The pricing was fair due to the discount program.

This was 1st visit at the Eustis location. Treated very well. All questions or concerns answered. Had cleaning, exam & x-rays. Needed one procedure done but not pressured to hurry and make appt.Would recommend highly.

People working there are very nice and helpful. I switched Dentists for my sons because there other Dentist wasnt very good. Im very happy I made this switch and would recommend this Dentist office to everyone

The dentist uses too much Novacaine. My mouth was numb for over 12 hours 😱😱

First visit was covered by insurance. This visit I was charged 30 dollars. Checked my insurance it said emergency service was covered 100 percent. I will not be USING greenberg to in my future.

Because of Covid, there was no hygenist here in Eustis all of last year. Therefore, it was about 1-1/2 years since my cleaning. It was the first time ever that the polish went on first. There was no scaling as usual, just running the tool over each tooth. All finished within 10 minutes or so. Then was told I should consider a cleaning 3x per year.Girl at the desk also needs some training in customer service. When I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager. Oh boy!

Dental assistant (Spanish with curly hair) super nice. Makes you feel comfortable. Doctor was kind, fast and pain was minimal. New team is already leaps and bounds ahead of the old one. I was considering leaving until my experience today.

I had made an appointment because of pain in a molar. the dentist looks at it for all of 3 seconds. He dentist then tells me I need a bunch of work on a molar on the other side of my mouth. I had a root canal done on that tooth years ago and then it broke off. The last dentist to look at it was my regular dentist for 30 years and he said it is fine the way it is unless it causes pain. The dentist at Greenberg then said I needed a front tooth fixed. It was fixed when I was 18. I am 64 now and have no problems with it.The tooth that hurts he said I could have a root canal and a crown done or it could be pulled. I said fine.. pull it. .. the dentist talked to the assistant for a few seconds then left.The assistant made me an appointment for 6.. yes6.. weeks from now for a consultation with the in house oral surgeon. So I went in to get a tooth problem fixed. and they did nothing for that tooth AND tried to sell me unneeded work on other teeth. An unbelievable poor excuse for dentistry. I am appalled at the attitude.

Went today to discuss possible options for my current tooth pain. Front desk staff was extremely rude. People entering a doctors office are going to be nervous and to be treated this bad was an insult. Based off the reviews on their site I can only imagine the manager is as bad as the front staff. Next time I’ll read the reviews before choosing a dentist. Greenberg dental learn how to effectively talk to your patients. Awful staff!!!

The dentists, hygienists and dental assistants are very good. However in my experience the front desk is incompetent.and it takes 3-5 days to get a phone call returned. I had a particularly bad experience with marycella who caused a delay of 2 months with my service by refusing to listen to the problem with the billing code and authorization, talked over me and was very snippy. In the end it was their mistake with coding and not mine. My rating is based on marycellas rude and incompetent service.

I was a walk-in who needed a crown re-glued. Kind and professional staff, relatively short wait and minimum paperwork. Professional doctor and dental assistant were efficient and re-cemented the crown quickly. Overall, a pleasant experience. Thanks

Been dealing with Greensberg Leesburg, Florida for over a year regarding a misdiagnosed fractured root. They did two root canals before the third Endontist saw the fracture on the same X-ray. Now the tooth is too weak for a removal by a dentist and must be an Oral Surgeon. I have been to the Leesburg (5 miles) and Eustis (16 miles) offices. Am now being sent to Deltona (51 miles). Also on my fourth prescription for antibiotics! Very disappointing!!

Medical Staff was A+, Don and Doctor Birchwood were incredible.

Initially went in as a walk in emergency. Was very prompt on follow up appointments and everything has been takin care of. Dr was nice and thorough.

My 17 year old daughter received a cleaning at the Eustis location and felt very uncomfortable with the dentist she said he rested his hand on her chest when he was performing the cleaning and was looking at her weird!!!! I will never go back there again and will be reporting him.

Called and left a call back message because no human answers the phone here. I recently moved to Lake county and was trying to make an appointment. The person that called me back rudely told me that I couldnt hop from office to office . WOW.

We waited 3-4 weeks after making an appointment. While making the appointment, I asked specifically about my sons insurance. Which I was told they do take. But, when we arrived, we were ignored. Then we were told that they couldnt take my sons insurance. It was disheartening and time lost.

Ive been to different locations but not anymore. I have a big case and Dr Ivy Tran is so professional and gets things done and done right. The office is extremely well run. I’ve seen first hand the vast differences between Apopka and Eustis and it’s the Dr who sets the tone for each practice. If you’ve visited other locations, give her a try. Outstanding patient care. Dr Tran is exceptional

Well would have received 3 stars and tho2ught about leaving 1 but settled for 2 ! Due to the untimely wait to get just a cavity filled over two hours! My time is important too. DR. waiting on numerous patients at the same time. I felt like I was in a dental mill!!! Also the front end crew has no clue to their job! Was charged $72 on 05/11/21 for refixing my crown which I should have been billed nothing thru my insurance! The front end crew as you walk in, didnt do their job checking my insurance and decided to just charge me what ever they felt without insurance! My insurance covered the procedure fully! Then when I questioned the charge they became rude and defiantly! Called my insurance and they said I should have never been charged!!!! Im owed an apology!!!!

My appointment was for 10am. I wasnt seen until 11am. After my initial x-rays with the tech, it took 30 minutes before the doctor came in to see me for 10 minutes. I sat for another 20 minutes before a tech came to explain my pricing plan with me for my cavities. 2 hours after my appointment time and I hadnt even gotten my cleaning yet. I had to reschedule because it wouldve been another hour before I was finished and I just couldnt stay any longer.

I love love love Dr Gollob! Best dentist I’ve ever had he’s been my dr since 2018 all the way up until now his assistant Rona is great and I love the secretaries maricelis & ms Evette ! Such great dentist family ! Great work & very sanitary !

The staff who worked the front desk was rude as I witnessed her throwing a insurance book at a woman and saying we don’t follow the prices in that book after she wrote something in there.I felt bad for the lady who looked like she was in real bad pain with a swollen mouth.

This is the worst dentist office I have ever been to. They drilled into my ROOT CANAL, leaving a black residue on my crown. The dentist Dr. Tran, was rude, told me I could leave after coming in early and sitting in a chair for hours on end and waiting. The staff is meh, Im sure they hate their job. It makes me so sad when I got a cavity filled by the lady who was mean to me, and then once I just waited and got it finished the day after I was filled with the worst pain, I waited a week and I came back today the last straw to have my crown drilled with a big black spot in my tooth. Come on now. Plus, you wait over an hour while the people talk and it takes a 2 minute procedure. Stop wasting my time, I suggest dont go here.

Thanks to the DR Ivy Tran for squeezing me in when she was totally booked for my filling . She was so sweet and truly cared and told me she didnt want me to leave and be in pain cause my tooth was already slightly throbbing . She was very gentle and just all around a great dentist. I love this place . I will never go anywhere else. Prices were very fair also and very clean

I do NOT recommend Dr. Micheal Digney to anyone whatsoever!! His bedside manner is absolutely HORRIBLE!! It was bad enough to be in such Excruciating pain and he only made matters worse. He was only interested in saying what he had to say. He was VERY rough when inserting my IV not to mention he had to do it over 5 times ( I have never in my life had anyone have a hard time finding a good vein in either of my arms). I was very nervous to be having oral surgery for the first time and having to be sedated. It was very nerve wrecking seeing him be so unpleasant right before a procedure and knowing all of the possibilities of what could happen. I’m so grateful it is over. I will NEVER see him again!!!

This is a review for Pediatric dentist as I understand they rotate there. I can say I only have good experience. I took my 5 year old there knowing he needs extensive work done and about 4 visits total. They were able to see him immediately. The staff is awesome so is his doctor. They made our visit much more bearable. They also have their own “insurance” plan which saved us money. Financing also available.

I had one too many bad experiences here not to try and warn others about this particular office in Eustis. First and foremost, your appointment time means absolutely nothing, so plan on spending all day. They will schedule as many people and as many procedures at the same time to fill every chair and make every dollar, all the while telling you that the Dentist will squeeze you in as if it was some inconvenience to them.Next, after you are finally called back to a chair, expect the Dentist to be simultaneously be working on you and as many other patients as there are rooms. How can you provide quality service to your patients if you are multitasking to the point of distraction? The answer is simple, you cannot. There is only one Dentist for the entire office. Surely Greenberg can afford to hire another with the inflated prices they charge.In the time of social distancing and heightened health and safety procedures due to COVID, I would be remiss to say this office should practice what it preaches. If we are required to wear masks, have temperatures taken, pass COVID screenings and etc only to be turned away for clearing your throat, the least this office could do is make it’s Dentists, Hygienists, and Employees change Gloves and PPE for each patient and not wear the same ones room to room. Disgusting.I tried to give this office a chance, I really did.Do yourself a favor and go to the Altamonte Office instead if you must due to insurance requirements. Totally different, quality experience.

4 wisdom pulled. It was a positive experience. Majority of the staff are nice. The Doctor was great. He explained everything from start. I recommend getting to your appointment early. They are usually very busy.

My boyfriend needs extensive work, but is a nervous patient. They treated him with compassion and kindness, talking through the treatment plan and keeping him calm. All the while, he was having a cleaning and scraping done, and was so distracted he didnt even realize it! At the end, they presented him with a clear, understandable treatment plan, that was very reasonably priced. Were very happy and will recommend Greenberg Dental to all our friends!

This is my orthodontist and dentist! It’s one of the best we recently switched over to this one and everyone is so nice and i got my braces here and there great so far! I would for sure recommend this place and i mean depending on the lady at the front desk you get i have got one lady and she was quite rude but everyone else is amazing!

The staff and doctors make me feel safe, especially as I have high anxiety in the dentist chair. They work with my finances, and my schedule. I travel to see them, I dont want to go anywhere else.

If I could give a lesser rating, believe me that I would.I brought my daughter here for a check-up a little over a year ago and recently visited (within the last week) myself for a consult and came back for an additional consult with the oral surgeon. Each time Ive visited this location, the front staff are dismissive and down right rude. The dentist seemed rushed and didnt bother to explain anything even when prompted, delegating to the tech (who wasnt even knowledgeable about the procedures).My OPEN file was left on the front desk directly adjacent and well-within eyesight of another patient. Instead of immediately taking the file off the desk, it was left there. When I casually mentioned HIPAA, the receptionist snatched it up. Im a nurse; I dont appreciate that this kind of thing likely happens regularly and goes unnoticed by most patients!I was quoted $3000.00 for the extraction of FOUR wisdom teeth and a molar. However, my x-ray clearly showed that I dont even have an upper right wisdom tooth. When questioned, they assured me that I did. I was also told that they only finance up to $1000.00; anything over as well as half the total amount would need to be paid up front. What a waste of $30 for the consult! I walked right out.Go to the Dental Extraction Center in Orlando. They charged a flat $1000.00. The office is immaculate and the staff are friendly and comforting. Not to mention that theyre actually knowledgeable and wont try to swindle you. For the record, I only had THREE wisdom teeth. Greenberg dentists are a bunch of hacks.

I love them, they always make sure we get our need such as interpreter. they will get them with no problem at all, all of my family go there together. I really love this place better than apopka one.

Everyone there has been friendly and helpful for both my 13 year old son and myself. I think most people just want their complaints put out there but never their positives. Dont let the rating scare you. They really are much better than this.

I had the best experience. Before I came to this location I was told at a different clinic (not greenberg) that I needed deep cleaning and it will be $400 with insurance. The Dr at Greenberg said I did not needed a deep cleaning, only a regular cleaning. I really appreciate the honesty. All the staff was very friendly.

Considering I was the one late to my 1st appointment..... they saw me anyways!!! Average wait time to be expected for a busy dental office. But had a nice waitubg area. Staff was welcoming and kind. Dr. Reddy was fantastic. He took extra time explaining what our next move would be. Overall,great experience!
