The medical staff are quick and to the point, no fooling around with these guys. Theyll take your blood and have you out minutes later, and your doctor will have your results within hours .

No one on the front desk. I had to wait for 40 minutes with a little one just to learn that they aren’t able to get the tests done because the codes don’t match with the ones in their system. There were names too - why not searching by names? It’s a joke. Looks like this people don’t need clients and don’t want to earn money

I went early in the morning and did not have to wait very long do be called in for my blood test. Then theres was very friendly despite the early hour and we had a pleasant conversation making a procedure nice. It is rather awkward to sign into a computer but once youve done it a few times it will no longer bother you. My only suggestion is that there is easier access to a nurse in case you have trouble signing in or have a medical question. Knocking on the lock door to the examining rooms can sometimes take a while before there is a response as the nurses are busy with patients in their own room.I have been there several times now and never had to wait long before it was my turn.

I always get right in when I make an appointment on my computer. Theyre very good at getting one in on time. If you just stop in, yes, you may wait a good length of time because appointments are taken first.

My wife had to take a half down from work to get blood drawn for a very important and time sensitive reason and her doctor office called her the next day and stated that ACL had told them they had no record of her being there that day. Things like this seem to be a common occurrence there. Peach street location is even worse. Workers are rude and insensitive, and will even texting on their phones as they are talking with patients.

Went there before work to get testing done. Wait couldnt have been more than 10 minutes and the phlebotomist was very kind to me. I always get super nervous getting blood drawn and she talked to me the whole way through it and did an excellent job finding a vein even though I was dehydrated. Excellent experience!

Ridiculously slow! I have never been to a place this slow and from what I heard from the other complaining patients in the waiting room, it is always like this. I will never waste my time here again!

Strongly recommend making an appointment ahead of time. Without an appointment, you might wait 5 minutes, but if its crowded, you might wait an hour or two.
