This is the second time I’ve been to this location this week. Both times the hand sanitizer has been empty. The staff is very rude. They make it obvious they don’t like their job and show little respect to the patients. One female employee kept yelling out into the waiting room to get your insurance cards out and ready when you’re called. The young man I had mumbled and never looked at me the whole time.I just now read some of the other reviews patients have left. I’m questioning why someone in charge doesn’t correct this problem. Won’t go here again unless I have no other option.

The waiting room was full when I walked in the door. I was immediately deflated. I signed in and was suspect when the system gave me a 5 minute wait response. Sure enough, the waiting list on the wall monitor moved quickly and I was called back with in 5 minutes. Michelle was my phlebotomist. She was pleasant, efficient and did a great job drawing blood (no pain). I was in and out of ACL in 15 minutes. Made my day!

Had blood drawn this morning by Carrie. She was awsome. Started my day smiling. She has an great personality. Rarely do I comment on nurses.

This location is absolutely horrible. No one here pays you any attention. They would rather talk to each other about their outside life. My 2 year old had to go for a urine sample. They didn’t even acknowledge him. I will reaching out to the highest person I can to make sure no one else feels the way I do right now. I have never in my life been so disrespected.

My daughter took my granddaughter there for blood work. (1st time mom and 1st time taking her 1 year old daughter for blood work) She called me immediately after VERY upset. She said they were very rude and in fact yelled at her for not holding the baby down tight enough. 😢 I wish I would have been with her!!! I am not sure after reading all of these reviews nothing is done about it!

They are very nice and they do a good job

Im not sure why its so hard to treat people with respect and kindness. I observe multiple employees talking down to the elderly. One because her English was broken another because she took to long to take out her insurance card.

Basically they get the job done. Most encounters they are rude, its rare that they are friendly.UPDATE: Had to deal with them again 😣 My doctors office called me to ask me why I didn’t give ACL a “collection” (urine). All I knew was that I was supposed to have blood drawn and I told my doctors office that no one had mentioned needing a collection from me. My doctors called ACL and they said that I “couldn’t produce a specimen” (oddly specific for the liar)!! If it wasn’t for my doctors, I wouldn’t have known that I needed it. I was LIVID!! The person could’ve at least owned up and called me stating they forget to collect and I could’ve went back. I called about wanting to speak to a manager, the person who answered had me leave a message for a return call. I waited and hadn’t heard back. I called again, got sent to managers voicemail and left a message and I never heard back ...

If you’re looking for kind and compassionate and understanding don’t come here. You get rude, attitude and just plain miserable workers. I’ve never been to a work environment where your job is PEOPLE and you make grown adults wants to cry before you ever poke them. I was baffled at the whispers around praying to get the less miserable worker ... I will drive the 20 minutes out of my way to go to the one on the bay front every time!

Most staff is personable. One person here treats you like a side of beef; if youve gone here a few times, you know who Im referring to. Otherwise it is fine.

I have a slight needle phobia and when I explained that to the girl not only did she laugh at me she belittled me for it. After taking several minutes to find my vein and switching arms when she went to poke me I barely flinched (to which I apologized) and she yelled in my ear trying to get another employee to hold me downNot personable at all. My arm was black and blue and sore for days will not be coming back.

The doctor couldn’t manage to get into my vain to take blood, so they sent me here. The woman who drew my blood got it the first try and there was almost no pain at all. She was polite and I was in and out in under 10 minutes as a walk in. My experience couldn’t have gone better.

As someone who hates getting her blood drawn, I was not looking forward to visiting the ACL. I went on a Saturday morning, and was in and out within 15 minutes. The phlebotomist that took care of me was very friendly and reassuring. The process was quick and painless. I couldn’t have had a better experience.

I had a golf ball size lump on my arm the next day. Large bruise and pain over 5 days later. Girl who drew my blood doesnt know what she is doing and was not friendly at all. Not recommended! Dont go there! She will hurt you. I tried to complain to them on the phone but everything is automated from the phone to having no receptionist and you cant get a person to talk to.

The staff tries to get everyone in and out in a timely matter . The people who get nasty need to make an appointment. Ive never had to wait more than 20 minutes because there were a lot of people waiting.. The staff has always treated me with kindness and respect. Some people are so rude and impatient. The staff deserves to receive respect from people they are there to help us.

I have been going to the Liberty Street ACL for 10 years! I had worked as a retail manager for 30+ years before becoming recently disabled. I know how the public can be snappy & demanding. The Clinical Staff at this office go out of their way to be Professional & accurate in dealing with the needs of the clients. They get 5 (FIVE) Stars every day!!!! The Staff MUST be accurate & precise in gathering information as this is SERIOUS BUSINESS! The public will write this seriousness off as being rude as a blood draw is an interruption to the clients busy schedule & they must wait until tomorrow to find out if Victor marries Nicky again!!!! When it comes to making appointments, most people complain that they didnt know or they didnt see the sign. The Sign has been POSTED for 10 Years!!! If that sign stated that if everyone who read it would get free coffee & a doughnut, ALL the complainers would be asking for their reward!!!

I have never had a problem at this ACL ....if you don’t want a wait...make an appointment or go in the afternoon

I would give a zero but it wasnt an option. the woman (name Carrie or Cassie) that took my grandsons blood was rude, very short, very disrespectful and did not want to listen to anything we had to say. it was my grandsons first time getting his blood taken so I told him to take a few breaths in and out and I did it with him. She told him to stop it because he was going to hyper ventilate. the person that did the paperwork was ok. I wish there was some competition for ACL because every time i have to go in its the same thing rudeness and people that seem to hate their jobs!

I made my appointment and was seen relatively soon. The staff was polite. What’s not to like?

I registered at 12 p.m. come to find out there were only two Nurse service 27 people. It had taken 2 hours before I was called. There were only two technicians to service all 27 customers. Once I was called, and entered the service room, the woman who drew blood, was extremely professional. It only took her 5 minutes to service was extremely professional. It only took her 5 minutes to service her duty. In my opinion, associated clinical laboratory on 38th and Liberty, require more technicians due to the amount of patience. However, the nurse who service me who is definitely a professional she was very good I have lymphedema and dried veins, the nurse that helped service was amazing and had absolutely no problem drawing and have absolutely no problem drawing BloodYours very truly, Jeremy JH Weinberg

No human interaction when signing in. Sign in with a tablet. Nurses are rude / short temper.

The lady who drew my blood was very nice, professional and really good!!!

I have gone to this location multiple times and each time was a different time of day and was only in there at most 20 minutes. Thats with waiting and having the test done.

Refused to do blood work for me. I walked in at 12.

I dont give them any stars. Very upset, appointment time was for 1:15 and they didnt call me back til 1:30. Then the individual proceeded to tell me a bunch of horsecrap and I left. Very disrespectful and I will NEVER go to that location again!

You dont answer your phone, I cant tell if the orders are there for me to get my testing. Only a machine where I do not get a call back....Slipping
