Rude as ever! if you dont like your job, then find a new one..life too short to be ignorant and angry just to bring it to your workplace. do better!

This place has been closed since November, 2020! I just went there, based on the hours listed here, to find the signs saying that theyve been closed since November. I wasted my time and gas, having to find another ACL that was open! I was more than a little angry.

Professional and timely in preforming their lab work duties.

The ACL at 15th & Peach in Erie treated us well as walk-ins, although we usually set up our appointments in advance.

Nice folks....timely service.....however they lost my urine sample and I have to go for a re-collect. I cant imagine how they missed it in that little blue collection basket on the front counter. Inconvenient as I have to go back on a work day. I hope they can keep track of the re-collect. Grumble. I tend to go to another site but main was the closest to my work. Also my Doc was less than pleased.

Every time I have to get blood work drawn I’m in and out in 30 min or less. Usually less! Keep up the good work!

Lab service is not timely. If you want results in a time frame that is worthwhile you might want to look elsewhere.

Really nice people and everyone seems to like each other and be in good moods. They were fast and efficient and its better if you make an appt. No waiting then

I went in for my annual bloodwork like I normally do, but we waited longer than the time shown, there were only two other people in the room mind you. When we were called back, the lady was very rude, aggressive, and downright unprofessional. I would not recommend this site when this lady is working unless you like to be treated unprofessionally. I was here on 6-8-19 @ 8:30 am. We decided to go to another location for my bloodwork and as we were leaving, she said “whatever” and shut the door.

From a Physicians viewpoint, theyre awesome. They are professional, reliable, and fast. I prefer to go to Any of their smaller satellite locations. At this location, there are alwaysdozens of people crowded into a rather large waiting room. I dont care to be in the midst of a crowd, especially when I dont feel well. And who feels greatpl when they are there waiting to.d

There really good and they can do just a little bit earlier on time and I really never had an issue very professional staff were very friendly

At times a long wait and people skip ahead of you even though they didnt have a appointment scheduled like you did! But the lab technicians are very professional and super cordial!

Waiting forever, even with appointment. Waiting room is clean but there are very few magazines. Reception staff is non-existent. Nurses are friendly enough. Over all not a very inviting environment.

This is the slowest acl Ive ever been to. The techs are rude, never smile, never look at you and take forever to do their jobs.

I wish there was such a thing as negative stars cause that is what the employees at this location rates.
