My experience here has overall been decent. The lady in room #3 has been one of the best phlebotomy technicians to ever draw my blood. I wouldve given five stars, but, I have had a bad experience with a different technician at this location. With that being said, it just depends on who you have working on you. I do recommend this location over the other locations in the Erie area.

They are so good here at this location. They are fast and almost painless. 😊

The only issue I have is trying to reach anyone by phone. Every time I call the number listed I end up getting a recording, Please enter remote access code. I have never had an issue with the Staff or getting my blood drawn at this location although I have difficult veins. But I would love to have a good working number.

Ive never had an issue with them they are always friendly and to the point of what you need and address all your concerns as well...also people when trying to leave a review and complain about them please make sure you know how to spell words as well... it makes it very difficult to comprehend what your complaint was to begin with lol... this is the only one I go to due to convenience of location but they always take care of my needs and concerns all the time...

Friendly, easy registratiion, professional service, short wait time?

I dont know what it is with ACL staff but they all seem to be rude, it must be a requirement to work there. There are definitely a very select few who are nice. That doesnt just go for this location this goes for all of the ones that Ive been to.

I’ve never seen one business harbor such a large number of rude staff. Every question is met with a snippy, condescending attitude as if we are all such a burden on their precious time. I will no longer cause such overbearing stress to a staff that apparently can’t handle the responsibilities of their own job descriptions. There are other labs that I would be shocked to find a less friendly group of people. In the end, my biggest complaint is that I can’t give lower than a one star review.
