They do not care about theyre patients Mr.Cane didnt even tell the nurse i was waiting and i waited in a room for couple hrs before they came in to do my tb testing that takes like 5 mins i do not recommend this place for anyone

I most recently went for the c19 shot and the lady in reception was awesome. For any adults who are embarrassingly scared of needles (such as myself) someone like her and the ladies who administered the vaccine sure make it easier. When I was a patient there I remember the staff similarly as being very friendly, which is so important in that profession. Sadly, not many places have that. In addition to being friendly they seem to know their stuff as well.

Dr leonard and staff are simply top notch. They are courteous, patient, and most accommodating. They deliver on the in depth knowledge of their patients. I believe that health care should be the standard set in this place. Top notch my peoples.

Dont go to this place. Ive been a patient here for decades, and 1-3 hours waits to see the doctor are commonplace, meds arent filled when theyre supposed to be, and scheduling mistakes are all common at this clinic. Find somewhere else to go for your own sanity.

I love my PA and the nursing staff is great. The only issue I have is my apt. Was scheduled for 1:40 I didnt get called back until 2:45 and the doctor didnt come in until 3:15 I only took off two hours from work and had to leave before we were even finished. Ugh... If the fix their time issues they would be great.

I go to the pharmacy here at the thing I love the most about the pharmacy is that you walk in and they know who you are I love that are they give such pride and taking such good care of you. Now I also go to the doctors I have a wonderful doctor that takes care of and truly looks out for me.

Got in quickly but felt rushed by the nurse. We started talking about my medical needs then she said Im going to go ask about this and never came back. 25 minutes later I stick my head out the door and shes with her next patient. I didnt even get to finish my appointment or get the medicine I needed. I had to get back to work so I couldnt wait around for her to see me again. Very unhappy Im being charged for this appointment when I didnt even get my time with the doctor.Also have had problems with the pharmacy. Ill call ahead of time to get meds filled but when I go to pick up they make me wait so they can fill them.Ive had to fill out paperwork multiple times just this year because someone didnt file them correctly. (Slide program)If I could afford to go somewhere else I would. Although the staff is very friendly and inviting I am not happy with the service.

You wait a hour to be seen and then another hour to see the doctor and then another hour to get your paperwork its really unprofessional !!!!!!

Make sure you leave yourself lots of time because they will make you wait for an appointment. If its for 10:00 count on not getting in until at least 10:45 and you might still be there at 12:00. The pharmacy is better, youll usually only have to wait a few minutes.

I been going here for over 20 years , I have a great caring doctor and nurse who work hard to get things done.I know some of you may say otherwise but it works for me, having the pharmacy there is a plus. Con would be parking and older building that is too small for the work they do.

Still waiting for my prescription to get sent in by my New PCP who I just learned I had.. I thought I was seeing this other person because My PCP was unreachable. I was only supposed to wait 48-72 hrs or less to receive my medicine Ive been waiting since Monday@ 9am even though I called Friday to ask them I should do it then or Monday because I had planned to leave for a family death 😞now Im out of the $$$ to change our tickets (if possible) and still no medicine! What to do, what to do??? Feeling let down yet again

Dark, cramped, outdated facilities and rude doctors/receptionists. My husband needed a tooth extracted and they put $3 putty in the hole that you can literally buy at Walmart and scheduled him to be seen at All About Smiles. When we went to the appointment they scheduled (two months later btw) they wouldn’t even look at him because he had no insurance and they wanted cash up front. Would have been nice to know we couldn’t do a payment plan! He’s still walking around with a bad tooth and we are praying it holds until income tax time so we can have dental work taken care of. They keep billing us $103 for $3 of putty. It’s not happening. They didn’t even clean his teeth.

Friendly staff

Had to bring my kid in because she was sent home from school with a case of lice that over the counter medication didnt seem to be treating. Took the Dr an HOUR and a HALF just to get into the Office to see her. All in all in the end we were there over Two + Hours and the Dr wouldnt even write a script for lice shampoo. This Office is a total joke. They are all about the Money they Make Off the Insurance not about your Childrens Health

I have been going here for 12 years and still love the doctors,nurses,and the receptionist never had to wait along time to get a appointment the doctors care for you like your one of their own they go above and beyond to serve you the best care possible.

Sucks .. TRUELY.but there are some people who do their job and do it well so, for that reason is why I tolerate it. Other than that, I have a lot of negatives about CHN. They towed my car when I was parked in a patient parking spot,have to tell them WHEN I need to be seen other wise I get seen in two months time,wait three hours most of the time when early or ON TIME.and those are just some off the top of my head.

I have been going here for past 20 years I love my doctor!!! They helped me for years when I had no insurance but even when I finally got insurance I still stayed thats how great they are!!

3 hours wait to see a Doctor... then 5 minutes with the doctor. .who really dont care about you or any other patient... doctor havent finish with you when he run to visit another patient...your medical files are Always missing. .. to make the story short ...this place suck big time...all they care is the money you or your insurance company pays. .. and dont even think of complain... cause nobody cares .

Took long but much better than last year

Had an appointment at 8am arrived at 7:30; it is now 8:45am and still in a room waiting, what is the purpose of an appointment?The nurses and doctors are very niece and knowledgeable but the wating is annoying,made me late for work.

You get better service by going in...i had a dentist appointment for my daughter to start school got to conformation calls for dental made it there she is call my insurance to change my doctor even after i told her i had a dentistappointment just because thats what she had but at the end the actual dentist schedulers got me in

Never call in medications, or answer voice mails if you leave a message you never get a call back! My suggestion when you call always hit to make an appointment that way you get a live person sure you have to call back 500 times but eventually they get sick of you calling and will give the doctor your message!I ended up having to get a new doctor because my good one left their practice so I ended up with a doctor who goes by Goldberg he has got to be one of the worst doctors on this planet he didnt fill my prescription on time even though I called it in and then when I went to the ER because I was in such bad pain they gave me the script and when I went to fill it he refused to let Rite Aid fill it so then we had to call him again and finally after a while of chasing this around he said go ahead and Friday develop after Rite Aid fill that we called him the next week because they only gave just to get by until he calls in the medication so once I got the medication and they ran out, I was still waiting for him to call them in and he refused to call them in because I want to st Vincent to get help because of his mistake so now hes putting his mistake on me they told me they would go through my file and I do not believe that they ever did because they would have seen all my chronic conditions if they did that or perhaps he just doesnt care I suppose its hard to put yourself in someone elses shoes but if he wants to be a doctor he needs to be more caring and ACTULLY LOOK AT A FILE! if your planning to go here get any doctor except him...the first time meeting me and him finding out my history he never said a word about it just looked like he was half listening.

I took a friend to her appointment here and the receptionist was very rude. The waiting room was dirty and stinky and very dark and dreery. I personally would not go here for for myself or my kiddos...

I called and scheduled for the dentist twice and both times when I went in for my appointment I was sent to see adoctor.
