Absolutely love this dentist office. The staff is so sweet and caring and they really take their time and make sure your comfortable. Highly recommend

Takes you months (around 6) to get into this place, then you sit for hours. It is always a whole day trip. The dentist I did have left the practice and so now they just give you whoever. Absolutely horriblePulled 4 teeth and nothing for pain meds. All because I told them I was given 1 Xanax for anxiety from ptsd. I didnt lie but they say they have never given pain meds after someone takes a xanax.. they are lying because this is not my first trip to this God awful place.

For a business you think they would have at least one working phone number. I’ve been calling for two weeks now to get my front tooth repaired. Lost my business.

Absolutely love this place! The staff is fantastic. I had a appointment before Covid to start the process of getting my dentures and that had to get cancelled obviously. As soon as they opened back up I got in super quick . I was terrified of the pain afterwards seeing how I had to get all my teeth out and dentures put in the same day as I opted to. I didnt want to go months with out teeth. They talked me through what they were going to do and it calmed me down. I didnt have hardly any pain after my surgery and when I went to my post op appt a few days later Dr. Amhead was fantastic. He did a few adjustments so my dentures fit better and wasnt running on the few irritated spots that were in my mouth! I went from having just a tiny bit of pain to no pain at all . This is such a great office . I cant thank them enough for giving me my confidence back with fixing my teeth!

If I could give this place 0 stars or less, I would. Tried to call them for four straight days for a dental emergency for my grandson, who is a patient there and has been a patient there for years. No one answered, and when voice mail picked up, the voice mail box was full every time. A friend who was in the area this afternoon saw a sign on their door that they were closed due to Covid-19 exposure. Maybe they could have put that info on their outgoing voice mail, or accessed the messages remotely and returned people’s calls? Clearly they could care less.

Not only did they mess up my front tooth years ago that THEY did. But now, its broken because ALL ABOUT SMILES used the wrong size rod and do because my insurance only covers that procedure thats suppose to be corrected the first time. I have to pay hundreds to get it fixed. I made the appointment months ago anyways, the rescheduled it more then 3 times and now they tell me, its cancelled because of an insurance problem and to call back to reschedule AGAIN sometime in April.

Sooo today I had a tooth extraction with the new dentist Dr. Al-Kayaly. He was professional 3/10 pain and cares about your treatment. I changed my 1 star to 5.

Let me start by saying after calling SEVERAL dental offices I was accommodated and they have gained a new happy patient.JENNA, who took my call was an angel❤.I was in horrible pain in was in desperate need of a extraction.She was able to help and was a pure sweetheart.JACKIE was assisting the dentist. She was COMPASSIONATE, COMFORTING, AND PATIENT. She made sure I was comfortable and helped me through my process.My dentist (feel bad forgot his name) made sure that I was thoroughly comfortable before beginning my procedure. He was quick, gentle and had me feeling better.I am now a committed new patient and look forward to my next visit the end of October to begin my transition to a new smile with the help of such great staff!Thank you so much! You were a lifesaver!

*Update 3/25 the office is open & staff is working to catch up from the time they were closed.Kind of disappointed that I cant get through to ANY of the offices. No room on the voicemail to leave a message, no update on whats going on. I was supposed to have surgery sometime at the end of February/early March and Im guessing the office is still closed due to the Covid exposure, but updating patients on whats going on would be nice. Cant even get ahold of another office to see if they know anything about when Erie will be reopening.

Very rude desk lady. My mother had said we didnt get the calls, because we didnt, and she was absolutely mean about it. It affected me and just completely ruined my morning.

When I went there I had dr.Thompson and he chipped out my tooth now I need to go back to a new place to get the roots taken out hate this place and the tooth chip hit my eye overall I would give it 0 stars

Absolutely horrible communication between front office staff and patients. Wouldnt even let me through the door for my appointment. Who I could only assume is the office manager was not wearing a mask at all. And neither were several other front end staff members. I will find another place to go.

Done with this place. Scheduled 2 appts for cleaning, called the night before and said they were cancelled. Tried to make an appointment for my son and his painful wisdom teeth. Got an appt for the next day at 8 am. Called me at 7 40 to cancel. And she was rather rude about it as well. Found a new dentist within the hour and got my son an appt the same day. Screw this place. Never really cared for it anyways.

First off, I would like to compliment the dental assistance and dentist themselves, we had no issue with them. They were kind and did well with my young children.But the front staff- beware. During the reminder cal, they insisted we have one adult per child. With no extra children allowed on. As a mom of 4, that is not an easy task. They took my young daughter back immediately as the oldest stayed in the waiting room with her father. They finished with her and did not take my other daughter- instead taking two other children.Yes I get multiple schedules, but requesting two sisters together and ensuring I had the commendations on my end with two parents- I was beyond frustrated. When asking the ladies up front- nicely, they were rude and snippy. Continued to give dirty looks even when I sat down, rolling eyes.Even worse- while I was waiting I could clearly hear the receptionists ripping and roaring about confidentiality information! And making fun of the clients- swearing- F Bombs and all about the clients and “their issues”. And your job would be...?!?!I would not recommend here for those reasons, I apologize to the dentists and dental assistance getting this review because of their front office.

This is the worst dental work I have ever had. Not only is their work subpar their customer relations is even worse. They are rude. Jenna the manager of that fine office is the most rude human being I have ever spoke with.I have filed complaints with the better business bureau. This company bills insurances in a fake manner and can’t find any records. They won’t give any records.Save yourself any hassle and go ANYWHERE ELSE! Literally!

The employees here are very rude and ignorant both my children Apts were 15 minutes apart was told when I got there I needed another adult to sit in the car while one was in there was no one else in the dam office besides employees. The front desk girl for registration was very rude and unprofessional was mimicking me as she put me on hold then hung up on me! To drive almost 2 hrs to be told they couldnt see my children is beyond aggravating we will not be going back there save your self the trouble and go else where. An the office manager got on the phone to speak with me was just as rude that place can get bent!!!!

My sister brought my nephew in after slamming his face on the ground playing ball. We did have a bit of a wait but they squeezed him in because it was an emergency. The staff was amazing and did everything they could to help my nephew including calling the ER to get him help since it was a little more serious then any of us thought. The manager is so personable and understanding she went over and above to try and calm my sister when she was upset and crying and even called the next day to check on both my nephew and my sister even though it was Saturday. Excellent staff and great Dr that is not afraid to admit if something is out of his expertise.

I requested an appointment on the website and waited two days for a call. When no one called, I called the business and explained that I had requested an appointment. The employee that answered the phone told me that their website doesn’t do that. I said I am in your website right now and it does allow you to request an appointment. She again told me no it doesn’t, I explained where I was on the website, she said it doesn’t have that. I had to tell her to select dental services and that it was the bottom option. She said that was never there before. I said ok, so can I schedule an appointment? She said we aren’t taking anyone new u til the new year. My issues are this: 1. How do I know more about your business/website than you do? 2. Why argue with me and tell me that I am wrong? 3. Why not simply say the business isn’t accepting new patients, when your website states that it is?

The dentist was very professional and was easy to talk to. Explained everything truthfully and in a way that makes my upcoming procedure less stressful. I appreciate that the staff listened to my needs and made sure I was taken care of. And getting my root canal in at a reasonable time so Im not in any pain. This past experience was faster and easier then any of the other appointments Ive been to there. I recommend All About Smiles to anyone that has trouble with who they have or needing a dentist. I was suppose to get 5 teeth and 1 wisdom tooth removed today. I went in and had to wait longer than expected...which made me even more nervous. I have anxiety pretty bad when it comes to dentists. I was suppose to get the IV sedation (twilight sleep)- the anesthesiologist was nice but she quit trying after only three try’s (I’m a hard stick- always have been) So I had to get 5 teeth pulled with only local!!I was shaking and crying the whole time. I was in such rough shape they couldn’t extract the wisdom tooth. I cried the whole way home. I’m traumatized from that horrible experience!!Not to mention I’ve been in pain with abscesses and waiting over 2 months for this appointment. Wasn’t about to reschedule, who knows how long I would have to wait to get another appointment. VERY disappointed!

Oral surgeon lied about giving me twilight sleep anesthesia, even though I was informed to prep before. He damaged several of my teeth during the process , leaving gashes in more than one of my teeth. The wisdom tooth he left inside my mouth has continued to shift my teeth almost a centimeter and has been causing my lower jaw severe pain. The oral surgeon didnt even wait 30 seconds after injecting me with novacaine to start pulling my teeth out, so I felt all the pain . This literally only took a few minutes out of this doctors day, and now i am the one that has to suffer . I wish I never went here.This facilitys saving grace is their hygienists, because they are noticeably the hardest workers.

Very professional practice with a friendly, accommodating staff. Communication in a medical practice is very important to me and this office is very good at keeping me updated on my appointments and procedures.

Have gone back for the same fillings months apart and then left with totally different teeth damaged, the front desk was very defensive to let me even speak to the doctor about it when they weren’t even busy at all. Very shady, and poor quality work; it honestly seems like a racket as if their kindness is a show and their actions leave you to come back again soon or they don’t respect people on state insurance. I find it not surprising now but suspicious the only front desk people I saw that were obviously good people at heart are not working there anymore. I would DEFINITELY not take my kids there.

The one nurse there is absolutely fantastic. She did my teeth cleaning very well and she listened to me about my front teeth. Now I went for a few fillings and a week later they are hurting me quite a bit. They hurt worse then they did before I went in.

Had two kids with me, both with appointments around 10:20. Werent called back until 11:30. Got my one daughter done, told we had to wait for a doctor. Waited about 30 minutes more. I left at that point because I had to go to work. What a confused mess.

The only reason I am giving it 2 stars rather then 1 is the office staff was friendly. I walked in and the receptionist assisted me right away. When dr loedding came into the room, he couldn’t be bothered by any of my questions or concerns. For a business called all about smiles, you would think the doctor would be at least somewhat friendly. Wouldn’t recommend seeing him. Would rather pay more to have my concerns addressed. He was also rude to his staff from what I could tell. Save yourself time and take your business elsewhere.

Had a time sensitive appointment scheduled for weeks and at a specific time of day because that was the only time that worked for me. The office called me a few days before, confirming the appointment, and said it was scheduled at a different time, while I had the card that scheduled me at the time i said. So I had to reschedule 3 weeks in advance because they had no other time available sooner.

Four stars because the front receptionists are not that polite. However, I had a deep cleaning done, 3 sessions, and I had a Dental Hygienist named Bree who was phenomenal. She made me so comfortable and she knew I was literally freaking out. She is amazing, patient, and kind. She never once became frustrated with me or my fears. Bree did a wonderful job on my teeth and her team of people that were with her in and out were just as kind. Bree is amazing! Thank you Bree

If I could give zero stars I would.My main complaint is there was BLOOD on the wall in the exam room. Also the tray for (clean) tools was filthy. The wires and cords had a large amount of black goo and another bloody spot. After informing the staff, in my opinion, they just shrugged it off.We waited over a month to get the appointment which is understandable. When we arrived, we waited for nearly 2 hours before were were seen. After finally being taken to a room they claimed they did not receive his referral and x-rays from his orthodontist. My son needed to see the oral surgeon for a consultation for an exposure. They had him scheduled to see a hygienist for a cleaning. This was irritating to say the least.Dont take your children to this place. Absolutely horrifying experience.

I just called to make an appointment, and the lady who answered the phone was very unprofessional, she told me that they havent had a walk in policy for over 2 years which is complete BS, because I called and asked about it a few weeks ago and the person said you had to come in before a certain time and if they have an opening they would see you, also less than 2 years ago was the last time I was seen and it was during a walk in....Overall this place needs to be shut down, these corporate places are ruining America with their drive thru type operation, they just want to pull teeth and not actually fix the problem, my wife went there and they told her she needed 5 teeth pulled and instead she went for a second opinion, and it turned out she only needed one tooth pulled and a few follow up appointments to fix her beautiful smile and teeth!! I seriously hope you call somewhere else!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Ten minutes late for my 1yr old appt they refused to see her. I got fillings and now cant chew cause my teeth hurt months later. Partials never fit right and couldnt ever wear cause metal was over my teeth

Very happy with everyone at the erie location (behind best buy). I take my 2 young girls there and plan on taking my 3rd daughter once she s old enough.Dr. Loedding is a FANTASTIC DENTIST!!!He always treats us great and goes above and beyond to make the experience as good as possible. I strongly recommend him if your looking for a dentist. (Especially if you have young children) I cant thank him enough for being so great to my children.Dr. Loedding also has a wonderful group of dental assistants.

This place is awful. It’s a butcher shop for teeth. They cut into my nerve and when I called the next day in extreme pain they refused to see me. I went to another dentist and he was alarmed! My tooth was dying and I had to get a root canal and crown. This was my first cavity ever and it was so small... what he did was careless and I do not recommend anyone going to this office. If you have state insurance you do have other options call to find out where else you are covered because this place will require you to have more work done

100% My favorite dentist ever. Dr Alex DeYoung and his assistant Kayla are an awesome team. I have got into this place on last notice 3 times now and I am always seen on time for my appointments. I went in today and the doctor decided to wrap up my dental work and deal with all issues at hand rather than me coming back another time. I cannot say better things about this place, its clean and the people are so kind and I absolutely enjoy trips to their office.

Horrible staff at front desk. This office gives me an appointment that interferes with my kids school drop off time and they could not give me different time when requested a month prior to the appointment but they told us that we would be fine if we were to be a little late. Came in 8 minutes late and first thing we heard was your appointment is cancelled, they were rude and they did not even want to help us until my husband and manager got involved.

Took my son there and he wasnt listening. So instead of them having me reschedule they told me they would no longer see him that I should take him to Pittsburgh. This was a 1 time thing its not like he acted out every time he was seen there. Completely unnecessary. So disgusted. Then because I didnt give them a 48hr cancellation they told me I had to find another dentist for myself so both my son and I were treated horribly

Both of my kids (10 and 12 years old) have been going for about 2 years now. So far, weve had good experiences. An assistant has always come out to explain what is going with my kids teeth and weve never had to wait very long before their appointments.

Worst experience I’ve ever had a dental office. I was a new patient and wasn’t sure where to go or what to do. I walked to the desk where NONE of the front desk girls acknowledged me or helped me on what to do as a new patient to this office. Instead they talked with each other and stared at there computer screens. The best thing a business can do is have a welcoming staff. First impressions are everything! I turned around and walked out and will not be returning.

I am so scared of a dentist to the level of passing out over someone in next room getting the drill. Yes that bad.Dr B. Is truly patient, supportive and understanding and he naturally reassures you and gives you time if needed. His calm, kind disposition carries over naturally to the assistants and the environment.Finially getting all my dental work done!!

I cant express how disgusted I am with there care or lack there of actually. Long story short, They took out teeth that didnt need removed and caused infections while I was pregnant. Instead of acknowledging their mistake they overlooked dry sockets and infection which couldve caused serious harm to my child and myself. Please get another opinion and seek other care. So glad I did.

Although the staff are relatively friendly, I wouldnt recommend this place. I had suffered from a bad root canal that caused me terrible headaches. I was told the cap wasnt fitted correctly. I have reoccurring pain under the cap. I am not happy.Additionally, The waiting room is too small for the capacity of patients it needs to accommodate. I always feel very uncomfortable sitting in this area anyway. The aura is very negative and it has an unpleasant aroma. I dont think the forementioned is so much the building itself or the staff but its patrons in general.

Messed up my teeth. Canceled numerous (more then 5) appointments on me the morning of the appointment. But were upset when I cancelled morning of. Drilled into a tooth that wasnt even bothering me to do a root canal to find out that they couldnt. Now I have half a tooth and they say I owe them money. When you have to pay co pays up front before they even do the work. I could go on and on. They dont even deserve this much of my time though. I would give 0 stars of it was an option! Also they used my daughters name to give them selves a fake 5 star review. My daughter is 6 and is not able to put a review on Google.

Our familys experience at All About Smiles has been amazing. We went there to have my daughters teeth evaluated, she still had baby teeth and a large gap between her two front teeth. Her smile made her self conscious and was often the punch line to not so funny jokes...kids can be so cruel. Baby teeth were pulled and on came the braces, the Frenectomy came after her gap closed. For a year and a half she suffered through the pain of all the corrections, being faithful to whatever instructions given to her. I can remember her face the day she was told the next visit the braces were coming off. My beautiful daughter now has a beautiful smile and I can not show enough graciousness to everyone at All About Smiles. I give this wonderful experience credit to all of them. The staff was so caring and gentle, they all became like extended family..all of them, right down to the ladies at the front desk. Our experiences here with dentistry and orthodontia were wonderful and we will continue to be loyal patients!

If you have children, please take seriously the other 1 star reviews here. We only went here because it took our insurance. Poor communication here. Though we dont want to pay more money out of our own pocket for better dental care, but dont have a choice. They scheduled dental surgery with our five year old daughter. The dentist informed us she couldnt eat the morning before the surgery, but she could have clear liquids up to two hours before. As the appointment was at 1:00pm, this was a challenge, but we could do it. My wife called back another day to check up on the instructions to see if there was anything we could give our child the morning of. The secretarys orders were even more strict, saying that nothing at all, even water, could be given to our daughter before the surgery. When we arrived, there had been a miscommunication and they were not aware of our appointment, but would still do it if we would wait. After about 10 minutes, we were told our daughter would be seen right now. 10 minutes later we decided to leave.

This place is just terrible. The lady who scheduled my appointment after I was finished was so rude and unprofessional. She didnt know what she was doing. I just had cavities filled there and LESS THAN 2 YEARS LATER they want me to refill the same teeth! I have ones from other dentists that have been there for over ten years. The hygienist scolded me basically for not coming in soon enough. And then told me that I could not be seen!!!! She was rude and had no bedside manner. The dentist scolded me for drinking pop. Also I went to this place in 2009 to get a tooth filled and the dentist left a little wooden wedge he used to wedge my teeth in my gums. After being in pain for 2 weeks I ended up pulling the piece of wood out of my gums AND NOW THAT IS THE TOOTH THAT NEEDS PULLED. They messed up my teeth. I would not go there I do not believe they know what they are doing and I do not believe that they care.

I wish I could give this place 0 Stars. I wouldnt give it 1 star but I cant and still post the review. I took my 11 year old niece here today for an appointment. This is the most unprofessional and filthy dental office I have ever seen. The chairs in the lobby were disgusting and under the armrests was plastered with gum. The floor was also filthy. It made us uncomfortable from the moment we walked in. The actual room that they did the dental work in appeared to be clean, which is the only reason we stayed, but the woman that did the dental work was incredibly rude and nasty to my niece. When my niece didnt understand something the woman said, I tried to explain it and the lady got vicious with me. My niece was terrified- not of having dental work done- but of this woman and her awful behavior. I will keep this womans name private for now, until I call and discuss this with management. In the meantime, we are going to take her to Lake Erie Dental, where I take my daughter and the rest of my family.

They have cancelled my daughters appointment every month for the past 3 months. Last month they called me the day of her appointment saying the doctor wanted to go home early. Today they called and cancelled due to one of the nurses having a baby. Do they only have one nurse???? Grrrr I will NEVER make another appointment with them. I had to schedule my days off work because we drive 1.5 hours so I missed 3 days work.

Horrible place. Never had tooth pain until after my visit. Dr says I have a cavity and does a filling( that probably should have been a root canal) one month later I learn from another dentist that the extreme pain I now have is due to the filling being cracked and not filled properly. Not only that but the other tooth they filled cracked as well!

All About Smiles is a wonderful dentist office. They have skilled employees who are very good people. And I enjoy taking my children to this office, because they are very flexible and courteous to my family.

The staff is very nice and Dr. Loeding is wonderful. I love seeing him and Ali and assistant in the office. Have always been treated as if i were the only on there when it is my turn.

Waited in the lobby for 45 minutes after appointment time finally had to go to front desk to say something and then waited another 10 before being called back and waiting another 30 minutes before anyone even looked at my daughters teeth. Great place to go if you want to water half your day.

But, we are being forced to transfer care because the office staff is rude, inconsiderate, incompetent, and unorganized. If he was at another location, we would continue care with him! Everytime i come to this office for my step-son we are treated kindly and get all the dental care he needs. Sometimes you have to wait a little while for your appointment, but it is always worth it to have the doctors take the extra time with you to go over all instructions. Will be a patient for life. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I made 3 seperate appointments for my kids and husband. They called the day before my sons to cancel his appointment (no big deal), we went to my daughters appoinment and as we were sitting in the waiting room my phone rings its the receptionist calling to cancel my daughters appoinment. I flipped out. 2 days later was my husbands appoinment they call to reschedule his for no reason.

Took an hour before my daughter even got numbed for a filling the dentist created by cracking her tooth during her cleaning, leaving her with an oops Im sorry. They turn people away for being 3 minutes late, but its ok to make a patient wait an hour just to get numbed. Time to look for a new dentist.

I switched dentists about 2yrs ago to come here because of my daughters insurance. WHAT A MISTAKE!!!!! I would rather go back to my old dentist and pay out of pocket. These people are extremely rude and both of my teenage daughters came out with tears in their eyes from being screamed at and teeth were bleeding. They have never experienced any dentist, doctor , or orthodontist that has ever acted this way. Their old dentist and their current orthodontist always tell them how nice their teeth are. I gave this office 3 chances, but this was the last time I was going to put up with this behavior. When my girls appointments were over they told me to go over to the counter to schedule their next 6 month appointment and we just kept walking and I said I will be in touch to get my girls records switched. I would have gave it a 0 star if I could. I do not recomend this office to anyone and parents beware of sending your kids back there alone.

This place is horrible. I don’t think they know what they were doing. The last time I was here was about a year ago. I have braces and the place I go for my orthodontics doesn’t do cleanings cause they only focus on orthodontic stuff. So I called All About Smiles to see if they could do cleanings when you have braces just to make sure I’m not going up there to them and missing a day of work for no reason. When I called them I asked them and they said they do cleaning to people with braces. So I made an appointment. The day of my appointment I go in and sign in and wait to be called, my appointment was at 12:30 but I didn’t get called into the back until little after 1 o’clock. The hygienist takes me back over to their x-ray machine and starts asking me questions and when I told her I had braces (which I guess when I called to ask if they do cleaning with braces they didn’t make a note that I have them) she told me that i wasn’t gonna like what she was about to say. She told me in order for them to be able to do a cleaning on my teeth I would have to go to my orthodontist have them take of my wires leave there drive all they way back up to All About Smiles have them clean my teeth then I would have to drive back to my orthodontist so that they could put my wires and stuff back on so I was gonna have to come back some other time so that I can make sure I can get an appointment on the same day as my orthodontist. I left very upset that I missed a day of work for nothing so I looked around for a different dentist office to do my cleaning and they took me in without any problems. Now when I tell people about what happened to me at All About Smiles they tell me all these bad things about that place. One of my friends moms works at a dentist office and she told me about all the people that come in with messed up teeth after being at All About Smiles. I would never recommend family or friends to go here.

LOVE The Dentist and Staff!Professional, patient and understanding of patients special needs.I have a neurological disorder/disease that makes my pain 300% more than a regular patient.Dr Loedding is my regular Doctor I see at Smiles. The injection of Novocaine in my roof of the mouth can be excruciating. Dr. Loedding preps my mouth so that the pain is tolerable.Your staff is by far the MOST compassionate group of talented professionals I have ever been treated by in the world of Dentistry. Hands down a PERFECT 10-!.I had the tooth pulled and a temporary partial made. Because the tooth was in my front where I smile I wanted the partial. The partial was ready in just a few day and was fitted and now works ! Incredible service from the Erie Office. From the time I check in I am treated with respect. When I check out I am always asked how did my visit go. I love that, Care and Concern. I have another appointment soon and Im not scared of the pain anymore!

Everyone is always wonderful there and my dental technician was AMAZING in explaining everything to me. Going is never fun, but they make it better.

The dentists and dental assistants are great, but one of the front desk staff I felt had an attitude.

Finally found a doctor for my kids in erie! Dr wolf took great care of my daughter. He comes from Pittsburgh but is well worth the wait. He even gave us his personal cell phone number because we saw him on a Friday afternoon and he was general considered for my daughter. Will be recommending all kids to see him! Thank you all about smiles for bringing dr wolf to us.

Flossing is important, but when youre an employee working at the front desk of an establishment maybe flossing ones teeth in front of everyone and then not bothering to wash or sanitize your hands is not the appropriate thing to do. It was disgusting. Her spit is about as sanitary as my spit is. Next time Ill be sure to slather up my fingertips before handing over my i.d., insurance card or paperwork and wait for her reaction.

I had to get 9 teeth removed. And the only downfall was waiting so long. But when I got back there it was a piece of cake. They were nice and polite. I do not care for the secretarys though.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!My appointment time was 10am and I called the day of my appointment to let them know I would be 5 minutes late. The receptionist said I had to be there at 9:45 or I wouldn’t be seen. I told her nobody told me that when I scheduled the appointment.she said she can’t help me that’s the rules.

As usual they were running late and instead of calling back a 2 min follow up patient they made us wait for a surgery patient that came in late after us. We waited over 40 min and our follow up literally took less than 2 min. WOW no sense using the common courtesy since the good Lord gave us. My children hate going here because it always takes forever.

Staff always polite . Professional service. Time frame for appointments are usually kept as quickly and promptly. Like them very much. My kids never minded going for their appointments.

Ive had no problems. Dental assistants seem to be friendlier though. I thought the dentist and assistants did a great job...I got 9 fillings....

Dr. Deyoung gave me a wonderful experience and I would recommend to anyone. The staff was so wonderful and caring. Walked me through everything with my care. This is the most ridiculous place ever. You always have to wait so long to been seen and every time you call the cancel or reschedule an appointment they tell you that you never did very rude and disrespectful. I will not recommend this place to anyone not worth it.

Great staff and great Drs. They attended my children in a timely fashion and always courteous with me and my boys. Sad I cant bring my boys there any longer since I moved out of State.

Worse experience of my life.after driving 45minutes to the office, I requested no xrays on my visit due to ongoing medical concerns and reoccuring septic infections...they rudely told me to leave if i wouldnt do the xrays and that no other dentists would see me without it. Feeling pressured i agreed to one xray. The women had no idea how to run the machine and ended up taking 8 xrays trying to get a good picture. Once i saw the dentist he was just as rude. He either ignored my concerns or made demeaning comments about them. Upon leaving i requested the names and credentials of the staff i saw today and was refused that information. I left in tears. If you care about you and your families safety DO NOT GO TO ALL ABOUT SMILES IN ERIE PA!

I will NEVER go here again and I havent been in years! Sorry but no way! You messed up my mouth by refusing to confirm a capping for my root canal when Coventry Care switched to Aetna which your office was faxed the approval letters 4 times! All you had to do was make one call but said its not worth it because they always get a denied. So I had to get my tooth REMOVED because the TEMPORARY filling obviously didnt last. I was on this for 3 years hoping ONE DAY you all would make a call because Aetna said they would still honor it!! One of your dentists almost filled the wrong tooth bc he was busy talking to one of the girls about living in Australia for 6 months! Good thing I was WIDE AWAKE! He just laughed and said wow that would have been bad! Um..no kidding! And I have waited once over two hrs to be called in for an appointment bc you forgot about me. So I was told to see another dentist. I told him I was supposed to have a filling and he said there was nothing on the books and said goodbye after 10mins. Ohhhhh and my son who was scared to death of the dentist. I told him I wanted to be in the room he was 6. They refused to let me go in until he flipped out. They said he need to see a specialist because he wasnt staying still. I told them he would not go in without me and you said I wasnt allowed back there. I cannot stand this place! So we go to a different dentist and guess what? No problems. Go figure!

I went to this place never being in pain. I had some cavities filled about 8 months ago and still am in pain! DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT AND ONE MORE TIME DOOOOOOOO NOT GO HERE! Don’t do it I am so serious!!!

I went there today for my daughters appointment. I told them on Monday I would be a few mins late coming from work the lady who schedules in the back told me that wouldnt be in issue. But the people who schedule upfront are the most rudest ever. I went there and was told to reschedule.as soon as I walked in. I am talking my daughter and myself to another office since I started going there in 2015 Ive regretted it ever since. If you have a choose take your business elsewhere. Because they are very unprofessional.

This place is great! They got me in, and out in a timely manner.

The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is because when Im in this place I feel like we are herded in like cattle. There are Sooooooo many people there at once. That being said. I did have a good experience this time with them. I was having excruciating pain in my upper right molar. It was some of the worst pain I have ever experienced. They called me back in a reasonable amount of time (after waiting for my insurance company to call) and started right away. They said we can save the tooth. I was ecstatic since its one you can see when I smile!! They also were able to do the root canal right then THANK GOODNESS!!! I was so happy just to get rid of the pain. When they gave me the injection of novicain it hurt, I cried. The nurse held my hand and got me through, I was scared, she was awesome! The doctor was very professional and compassionate. I was scared and he explained everything clearly and politely. It took a long time but root canals take a long time. Like an hour and a half. They were very friendly and Im satisfied with the care I received there today.

Horrible place to go. They make you feel so bad about yourself and they don’t want to help you. I do not recommend this place.

I have braces and I am leaving the country tomorrow for a week and a half... I have had this wire poking me for the last 3 weeks... We called 3 weeks ago and they said We dont have any open spots.... The orthodontist is on leave and HE is the only one that can help you.. We can get you in the last week of June.. JUNE REALLY?!!?! I have a wire a half inch out of my braces and I have to wait a month?! They obviously over schedule you can never find a place to sit...I wish I could go somewhere else... But they are doing my braces.. Try to avoid
