Im THE most anxious person when going to the dentist. I visited Dr. Palermo with some concerns about my teeth/gums. She was calm, gentle, and explained everything in detail. Definitely felt 1000% better after my appointment! Recommended.

Very professional and thorough. The doctor, hygienist and dental assistants always explain whats going on with the procedure. The doctor gives me options when it comes to a major procedure and shows me in detail of what my condition is. Everyone there is so nice and I can go there knowing I am in good hands.

I, like a lot of other people, have had very bad experiences with dentists. I knew I needed work done, but I was terrified. After extensive on-line research, I chose Dr. Palermo, hoping that the statement on her web site “Quality Care Without The Scare” was going to be true. I knew I needed a crown, and she advertises that these could be done in one visit, instead of the usual two. She also advertises laser technology for fillings, so no drills and no needles. I am so happy I found her!! I had the crown done in one visit! And as impossible as it sounds, I had a large cavity done quickly, with no numbing, (NO NEEDLES!), and didn’t feel ANY pain at all. The staff and Dr. Palermo was very patient, friendly and caring, always asking me during the procedures if I was doing OK. This dental visit was actually pleasant! I have six more cavities to get filled, and I can honestly say, for the first time in my life, I am not dreading going to the dentist. I am so glad I found her!!

Dr Palermo and her staff have been truly awesome. I have hated and feared dentists since I was a kid. Dr Palermo has a way of making you feel at ease so that the experience is not bad at all. Dr. Rosanne Palermos office has a great atmosphere, its very welcoming and friendly. They work around your schedule, you dont have to work around theirs which is great and very convenient. We saw Dr Palermo for the first time today. My daughter, A, needed a small cavity taken care of. What is simple task for most can become a scary situation for A. A, was born with a rare heart defect and only has half of her heart. Sometimes doctor visits can be overwhelming and the threat of infection is always on our minds. A and I were greeted warmly at the door. Dr. Palmero and the rest of the ladies made today easy. The office was clean, everyone was calm, and within a few minutes A was done and there was not one tear shed. I wish everyone could have the experience we had today.
