I so appreciate Dr. Adam and the care and treatments I received at Colorado Retina. He is down to earth and friendly, which always put me at ease, and was very up-front about my treatments, progress, and next steps. I really trusted his opinion, knowledge and skills. I moved out of state and he was kind enough to touch base with his peers in my new state to recommend a new ophthalmologist. Thank you so much!

I had a serious eye injury a few years ago and have seen a variety of retina specialists in the years since. While I have met some wonderful doctors in the process, I have to say that I am so grateful to have been referred to Dr. Adam because he is really the best! He is so down to earth and personable, will take the time to answer any and all of your questions, and explains the status of anything going on with your eyes in a way that is very informative while being easily digestible for the patient. From the first appointment I had with him, it was clear to see that he is a doctor who is extremely knowledgeable about his work and does it well, but also truly cares about his patients as individuals. While I thankfully haven’t had the need for any surgeries since working with Dr. Adam, I am so happy to have found a doctor that I have the absolute confidence in entrusting the health of my eyes to should I ever need any surgeries again in the future.The staff at both the Parker and Englewood location are awesome as well! :)

All of the staff are kind, courteous, and very accommodating. They were very honest, about working with the vision impaired person, and they knew how to handle their jobs professionally. I would recommend this place to anyone needing their eyes checked out The atmosphere is very calm and quiet.

I was referred to Dr. Adam after a fixated IOL surgery resulted in complications arising because of my genetic and surgical history. I was surprised when he walked into the room - I thought I had an actual Doogie Howser as a doctor - I mean, seriously, is this guy old enough to be a doctor already?? What I found out is not only is he old enough, but he is personable, intelligent, skilled and confident in his abilities. I was truly impressed with Dr. Adam and completely grateful my eyes were in his hands.Because I needed an additional surgery, both Dr. Adam and Dr. Richheimer (my original Ophthalmologist - wonderful too, by the way) arranged their schedules so they could perform this surgery together. Dr. Adam was unable to speak to me before or after the surgery because I was asleep (general anesthesia), but he called that evening and left a message on my phone to give me his thoughts on the surgery (WHO DOES THAT?? WOW!!). Its truly a miracle that I am seeing so clearly already WITHOUT any corrective assistance and every day it gets better! My right eye is scheduled soon and both Dr. Adam and Dr. Richheimer will again be present (since we now know what complications my eyes present) and I cant wait to see the outcome of this one!I was pretty much blind until I was 9, had surgery at that time which allowed me to see with correction, and have had to depend on multiple thick contact lenses and glasses since then. Add to this that Im a photographer, and you can see that my vision is probably more important that anything else. My vision is a gift for which Im extremely grateful and I was nervous to have anyone dig around in my eyes, but Dr. Adam (and Dr. Richheimer) have given me a miraculous gift beyond what I ever imagined and I will be forever grateful. Thank you for your skills, patience, dedication and my new eyes.As a footnote, I also want to complement the office staff and surgery schedulers for their promptness, kindness and professionalism. Truly impressed.
