Warning! Zero Stars. The entire staff is horrible and my experience was the worst experience I had ever had with Medical entities. Stay away is the best I can tell anyone.

Ive been going here for a few years now and Ive had some of the most caring doctors, theyve helped me get a life changing surgery and have provided excellent continuing and primary care. All the staff here has always been beyond pleasant to deal with.

Ive been going to this office for almost 10 years b/c I live 2 blocks away, I would give it zero stars if possible. This office has been a constant disappointment, it doesnt matter which provider you get. If you try to live with chronic pain, or cant get to their office due to excruciating sciatica nerve pain, theyre going to make you suffer in your pain... even if you were just recently in for the same pain. Avoid this office.*Update June 30, 2019....I again stopped in this office on June 27th, 2019 after securing someone who could assist me with walking, and was told by the front desk that there were no openings & I couldnt be seen by anyone.I went to the ER @ Swedish Hospital, was immediately given a mild sedative to keep me still & comfortable while I did an MRI. The MRI showed a disc pushing on my right sciatica nerve, and the ER physician wasnt sure if he should release me that way or rush me into surgery right then. He consulted with their on call neuron surgeon, they went over the MRI together and decided it was okay to release me with pain management meds with assurance that Id follow up asap the next morning with the neuron surgeons office, which I did. Immediate surgery is required to resolve this pain & to have proper use of my right leg again...The Stride offices response to this situation is most unfortunate.

The lady at the front desk was very rude and short. I was going to make an attempt to schedule an appointment and go back since there were no openings. I will never go again. My mom suggested the place, she usually goes to the location in Aurora, but we found a better place suited for us without the attitude.

Staff could have been more supportive when I called with a question about my medication.

I am going to say the only thing that is having me give them two stars is the PA I saw. I had to call three times to get them to send over the order for an MRI.I called 7 times to get the results being told every single time that it was taking time to get the results and they would be in contact with me in 72 hours. Calling back finally the 7th person I spoke to told me they had my phone number wrong and that they tried to call me two days after my MRI.Not good right? Then I get a call that I need to set a follow up appointment, call right back and cant get an appointment for a month.Long story short the medical people I saw at my first appointment were great everything else in dealing with this association is absolutely horrible.Save your self time and stress and go somewhere else.

They have always treated me very well. And gone out of their way. They have always shown care and concern for me and the patients that I have ever seen them interact with
