I love this place. My son and I got our braces done here. From the very first appointment they were courteous, knowledgeable and offered different options.Every appointment was on time and no wait time. Always concern about the patient.A friend recommended this place and I have and will continue to recommend it. They take pride on their work. I have 2 more kids and already planning on their appointments.

Ashley met my son and I for a consultation. I was impressed with her and Dr.Bicknell. They answered all my questions and most importantly I felt that this was the best option for my son! Ashley helped put my mind at ease as far as my options on what braces I wanted. She took me step by step as far as what to expect from Invisalign and all the services that are included with the all-inclusive service. I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. Very professional and nice I’m getting Invisalign there and can’t wait for the process to start. I was told they really don’t have extra fees for Invisalign if you go thru them like other places that’s why I chose them. It’s already expensive and to not have extra fees is a plus

This place was awesome they are super nice and talked to my niece and explained the entire procedure and after care to her she felt like a little adult. The front desk staff smiled and welcomed us as we are still experiencing covid we were called while we awaited in the car when they were ready for us got in the office and all steps were followed along with temp check. The Dentist are very thorough and the vibe was so welcoming. Defiantly check them out

Dr. Bicknell is great as is his entire staff. He takes time to explain exactly what he is going to do and his focus on, not just fixing your teeth but also creating a beautiful result is fantastic. His main goal is giving his patients a smile they can be proud of.

I went in for a free consultation. Everyone is so personable and professional and all my questions were answered, even ones I hadn’t thought of. My concerns were understood and addressed so I didn’t even have to go home and think over the possibility of braces. I was able to make my decision during the consultation and I start my Invisaligns next month.

Great practice wonderful staff and doctors

I love coming to this office. I started with Dr Bicknell who is so personable, kind and really is authentic. He set me up with Invisalign and even when I relapsed he let me come back to continue to scan me for new trays. I also met with Dr Manika who is the most empathetic clinician I have met! When I reconnected with her for another follow up it was like meeting an old friend. She really listens to your concerns and is so on point. I would recommend this place!

Had some x-rays done here over the summer and the whole staff was amazing. I wasnt really sure what my insurance covered and they helped me figure out what it did as well recommended me a new dentist for my cleanings. Very professional setting, clean, and comfortable. They even have gaming council in the waiting room! Highly recommend this place!

My appointment for my 2nd set of refinement went very well. No new attachments which was nice, but also got my gum line repaired and I basically felt and currently feel nothing. The staff there are amazing and its an overall great and welcoming experience and office! Go AOS!
