The team is excellent at making it a pleasant experience and easy for my kids - they now like going to the dentist!

I have been searching for a dentist I can stick with for years. After my first visit I knew I had found the nicest most down to earth dentist ever. His work is excellent, he was very professional and the office very clean. Staff very friendly and personable. This office is a diamond in a rug.

Cool dentist. I get the laughing gas because it makes the dental procedures way more tolerable - it lowers my anxiety. A++. My dentist forever!

My appointment did not start until after 30 minutes later than it was originally scheduled. Also no one came in to tell me that Dr. Tom will be a little bit late due to a particular situation that was going on with another patient. I wish someone would have come into my room to advise me of the situation as to why Dr. Tom was running late with my appointment. It went fine. It was just a long appointment. I am trying hard to relax. Thank you.

I was so scared I had three old cavities that needed to be done and the doctor was amazing. He did my shot to novocaine and I didnt feel it. It was a great experience. The front staff are very friendly as well.

Very clean offices. Good staff working out insurance questions ahead of time so there are no surprises and fantastic Dr. He really takes time and does a fantastic job. Also one of the best teeth cleanings I have ever had! Dr McKenna really puts you at ease and explains everything along the way!!! Stacy did my cleaning yesterday and it really good and my teeth feel great!! I hope I hope I got her name right. I was so comfortable I was falling asleep!!!

Called to schedule an appointment as a new customer and was told my insurance was no longer accepted. Called my insurance and they said they did. Called back and was given an appointment 2 months ahead but didnt guarantee they would take my insurance by the time I went. How crazy is that? So at that point I was really upset and just didnt schedule at all.

Dr McKernna is the best Dentist. He has worked wonders with my teeth.Suggestion : the 501 on the building faces south, you cant see it when traveling south on York road. Put additional 501 facing York Road(west facing)

Scared to death of dentists. Dr. McKenna makes it quite tolerable. His patience and wanting to make you comfortable are outstanding. Nurses and assistants are all friendly and caring as well.

A couple cavities were sealed at this dentist and within the first week I felt sharp pain when I chewed from that side. I contacted the office, and what I experienced is multiple un-returned phone calls from 2 secretaries, and 1 hygenist.I kept calling all month, eventually I connected with the hygenist and she scheduled an appointment for me with her. When I arrived to the appointment the place was locked and closed. I called and left a message, and I received no response. Again.I give up.Being concerned with what side I chew food from is something I have never even thought about, Ever, in my life. Thanks for Leaving me hanging in the wind Mckenna CrueTHUMBS DOWN
