I went for a cleaning a couple weeks ago at this dentist. I declined to have the x-rays done at that time. I received a bill from my insurance and they charged the insurance for x-rays and bite-wings. I called my insurance to inquire about the charges. They called the dentist while putting me on hold. Next thing I know the dentist is on the phone with me on a 3-way call. He admits that I never got the x-rays, and says so what, big deal. He said they would pay back the charge to the insurance company. I had mentioned that an apology might be in order, and Rossino lost his mind. He told me he did owe an apology at all for them making a billing error, and furthermore, I am not allowed to come back and told me to take my business elsewhere, ending in hanging up on me and the insurance company. Check your statements after you get work done here, and be prepared for some rude behavior.

My family and I have been going for years. All the staff is so nice and welcoming. Ive always felt very comfortable during my appointments (and Im a baby when it comes to the dentist). Dr. Rossino has taken time to explain in depth about any questions I have regarding any procedure. I never feel rushed and I always feel very informed about my health. He knows his stuff, is very thorough and I trust his decisions. He and his family are great people in general. I recommend him to everyone!
