I recently had a Facial with Alex-Rose, it was wonderful! She takes the time with each application, explaining what product she is using, and has tremendously warm & caring hands. If she is not clearing-out black-heads from your nose area, she will massage your neck, shoulders and head for a complete, relaxing hour. I have been going here for several months now and this is my one-stop location for all of my sauna needs, massages, facials, body-scrubs and maybe a future Back waxing. I would highly recommend this place, they are super sweet and nice, and especially caring for your individual needs. Wish I could mark 6 Stars!

It’s interesting getting here and even more odd figuring out where to go. The door is quietly marked and going inside leads to some stairs and an eccentric beach theme. All part of the experience—our massagers were fantastic and we had lots of relaxation time. We will absolutely come back!

I went to Beach House Spa for a 1 hour couples massage with an extra exfoliation service, and everything was great! The masseuse asked if I had any problem areas to focus on before the massage started, and I felt like she didnt miss a single spot. The massage lasted the entire hour (maybe even a little longer) and the exfoliation felt great and left my skin feeling smooth. I plan on going again sometime soon to receive the same service, and I would definitely recommend this spa for many needs!

Received a 1 hour couples massage with a back/neck/shoulder exfoliation, and it was perfect! The process to book was easy and the massage therapists made sure we were comfortable and asked if the pressure they used was acceptable. The massage started a little late because of the survey at the beginning (to be fair we arrived almost right before our appointment time), but we were glad to see that this did not affect our allotted massage time (we were there for at least 1 hour). The room we were in was relaxing, the massage table was comfortable, and we definitely got what we paid for. We already booked a future session for another massage, and we may even use the sauna this time.

I had been the Beach spa today for a one hour massage and sauna. The session was extremely relaxing and pleasant. The ambience was great. I definitely recommend this as a go to place for a nice quiet time for yourself!

Had a great massage! Good ambiance and very relaxing. It is on the second floor so you will have to navigate stairs. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is difficulty scheduling. With current restrictions in staff there is no front desk so it can be difficult to get an answer to schedule. Best bet would be through email I have found.

My daughter and I went to The Beach House Spa last year for our birthdays and really injoyed the message and facial. I had some pain in my shoulder and I have not had any more pain out of it. We injoyed it so much since my husband birthday is also in September we are all celebrating by getting a message.

I absolutely love this spa. I have never had such a great experience, and my family members agreed. Chanel was FANTASTIC. She took her time and made sure that I left feeling completely relaxed. I cannot say enough positive things, but I will make this my regular spa!

My fiancé and I visited this spa yesterday and it’s our second visit. The spa is clean, inviting, and relaxing. Prices are reasonable. We received a couples massage that was very pleasant. We have already booked and paid for our next appointment in May! We love to add on the sauna🤗

Was supposed to get a 60 minute massage. Didnt begin until around 3:45 or later and ended at 430 on the dot. No complaints other than that. Plus I did save like $50 thru Groupon, so I wasnt too upset.

Making appointments in this place is nearly impossible! They dont pick up the phone and their voicemail is always full so you cant even leave a message. When I was finally able to get a hold of them and schedule an appointment, I came to my appointment and the door was locked and nobody was there. Eventually the therapist showed up 5 minutes *after* the start of the appointment time as I was about to drive away. Massage should be a relaxing experience, but this place only makes you stressed. Avoid it at all costs!!!

Very unhappy with this place. The reviews made it sound great and for a first time experience I would not return nor recommend. The spa was dirty from walking in the door it was filthy, it looked like it had not been mopped or vacuumed in a while, the bathroom was disgusting. We paid for services that were explained throughly on the website for the package we purchased which is why we purchased it. The package sounded amazing but when we got there they did half of the items listed and also did not do the time length that was stated. There was no flow at all to the services. And the staff did not flow well. Our services was from 9am -2pm for body polish with wrap (we received no wrap, we were told they dont do it anymore)which was supposed to be 75 minutes we only received 45 minutes, then it was supposed to be a 60 minutes it was only 45 minutes, the facial was definitely not worth $110 to get scrub and moisturizer on your face i could have dont myself at home and saved money and the time length was also cut back it was supposed to be 60 minutes and was 30 minutes, the package included fruit which we were not offered, they did offer wine but we dont drink. The only thing that was as stated was the sauna. All in all very unhappy with spending as much money and it not being a great experience.

DISAPPOINTED!!Me and my mom bought two 60mins massage on Groupon for $88 each .. when I called to make appointment, they asked if I want to add an exfoliation for back $25 for about 10mins for each. My appointment at 12:00, we arrived at 11:55 and wait for awhile untill someone come to greet us..Then we had to filled all health conditions..covid check..cancellation policy....!! They didn’t start massage us until 12:30... with 60mins massage + 10mins exfoliation . They finished us at 1:06pm to do next customer!! Paid $113 + tip for 36mins = ripped offTheir technique weren’t that great overall..DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

First impressions are important and I did not get that relaxing vibe at all. It looks like theyre renovating yet no one said anything. Doors and around door knobs were dirty and the bathroom definitely needed some help. Message therapist was very nice but did not do a great job as I asked for neck and shoulder area to be concentrated on and it wasnt. The facial was fabulous and he did the the message therapist didnt. Made me relax, messaged my shoulders and neck and was just great. Not sure I woukd recommended as the cleanliness and atmosphere is important to me and I just didnt feel it was important to them.

Therapist was a bit chatty but very pleasant. Owner was annoyed when pet allergy concerns were raised about the dog at the facility.

Me and my bestie had a first class experience. I truly felt Iike I was on vacation at a resort. We were offered a glass of wine and started out with a heavenly 30 minute sauna session. I have been receiving deep tissue massages every few months over the past several years to relieve stress and tension that I knowingly carry within my body. I decided to try a new place after moving back into the area, and landed upon The Beach House. My massage therapist, Chanel, is by far one of the best in the business-- I had one massage by her and have not gone anywhere else since then! Chanel is kind, attentive, knowledgeable about her work and ensures the massage you receive is the one you want. I could not recommend her more highly!

Very nice people and a good massage, two of us had a couples massage. We had a hot sacra then a massage. That sauna is great!Both of us left with our problem areas feeling better. Lots of stretching.There were small problems that were mostly quashed. We spoke about things during scheduling that needed to be confirmed on phone by the maseusse.Overall, the Beach House gave us a good time on a Saturday. Id do it weekly if I could!

It was a good experience, the massage was pleasant and relaxing. However, removing 2 stars because I booked the massage for 60mins and pretty sure it was just for 45-50 mins which was disappointing and the lady pressured me on tips, My bill was prepaid when I booked the appt and dint have the right credit card/cash at that moment but she went on saying we can tip her through cash app or venmo, unfortunately my app wasn’t working at that time, again was told that I can tip her by calling them whenever I have the right credit card. I felt she heavily pressured me on that topic. Also her phone kept buzzing every 10mins which was irritating in the middle of a massage.

My friends and I had a great experience at the Beach House Spa. the rooms were clean and decorated in a beach theme. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I was experiencing lower back pain from lifting and transitioning my 14 year old daughter who is disabled. Sean was my massage therapist. He was skilled and knew how to reduce my pain and discomfort focusing on my problem areas. He was friendly and professional and understood my need to relax and destress. I was so satisfied with the experience that I purchased another session before I left. I cant wait to see their new location after they move in May. Go see Sean for a fantastic massage; you wont be disappointed.

Booked appointment after being referred by a work colleague. The location is very easy to find. The interior (beach decor) was really nice and clean. I was greeted by the owner who took the time to talk to me, understand my muscle complaints, and then suggested the type of massage for me. I was very impressed with her professionalism.. It was a very relaxing and quiet environment. Overall, I was very pleased with the service. I had many issues (prior torn rotator cuff and pulled hamstring), but the therapist did an amazing job. I highly recommend The Beach House Spa to anyone looking for a great massage in a very relaxing environment. Thank you again.

No-show masseuse! My best friend and I booked massages for her birthday on July 1st. We arrived on time, the place was dark and the door was locked. We waited 20 minutes, kept calling the number, and no one ever showed or called us back. No one has called me back to this day to reschedule or give me a refund! I have made several calls and zero response! A total waste of money.

I had a great massage at the beach house spa with Shawni. This is only me second professional massage and I had a perfect experience. I found a great deal online from Groupon and decided to try it. 60min hot stone massage, aromatherapy, scalp therapy, and sauna. Best massage deal near my house (5 miles). The next day I called and left a message.A moment later I got a call back and a woman scheduled me for the next day. Massage day arrives and as Im getting read and excited, I get a call. Tragically the power went out on the whole block and the sauna is off. They offer to extend my massage, give me a voucher to return just for the sauna, or go another time.I decide to take the longer massage (score) I did want to try the sauna. But for a great sauna experience I can just go to spa world ( there are 12 poultice room) and giant jet pool, great exfoliation, (they are not great for massages tho, in my opinion at spa world)So I happily skip the sauna and arrive. They are making due with limited power and I wait for my appt. The spa is very nicely decorated with sea shells and beach decor. It is very nice. Small cute and cozy.When they are ready I am told to undress to my liking. Shawni tells me most people leave on just there underwear. Which makes me more comfortable. I noted my neck is sore and she said she will concentrate on that. After beginning I realize just how tense and stiff my neck is.I cant explain how nice the hot stones and oil massage felt. It was incredible. I was reminded softly many times to relax (as I was told last time at spa world). Maybe Im not good at relaxing. I tried my best. I never felt uncomfortable. I just not good at becoming loosey goosey. The pressure was just right. I quickly realized I need to come back because my neck and shoulder is just so much more tense and stressed then I knew.I wondered how much time had passed. I was happy with how long the massage lasted. It was great, my skin feels so smooth, the stones felt like extension of her hands and she was super nice. The heat was perfect and I really really loved the massage. Only 20 mins in I was like yessss I will be back. (this is very unlike for me, I almost never get my nails done, hair done, or any other cosmetic female treatment. I feel like it is a waste of money. But this is wayyy different. Massages are amazing.When I was leaving. I was offered to purchase voucher, good for a year. I was super happy to do that. (what a awesome deal). I tipped Shawni 20 percent on the retail price. (as this was what I looked up was custom in spas like a bar or restaurants) Super happy with my experience.Will be back. Definitely recommend to check this place out. Im going to bring my husband back as well. He didnt like the couples massage we got before *(at spa world) but I bet he will like this massage.

No show! I arrived 15 minutes early to my 2pm Sunday appointment only to find the parking lot empty and the place closed. Called and left multiple messages, waited another 15 minutes and then left very frustrated. To top it off, this was a Living Social deal that they apparently would no longer honor even though it had not expired, something to do with their contract with Groupon. So now I have to try and get my money back and didn’t get a scheduled massage. Very disappointed indeed!
