Aura is amazing at what she does. She can find the knots hiding deep in the tissues of your body to make the pain go away (as long as you follow her instructions and drink lots of water 😂). I HIGHLY recommend you go to her for help healing your aches and pains!!!

I have been a client of Aura Massage for a couple months. Her office is in a quiet location, free from noisy distractions. The room itself is very relaxing and tranquil, with soft music playing in the background. The massage table is comfortable; which is needed during longer massage sessions. I usually receive a combination deep tissue massage for my legs, and Swedish style for my back. Weve found this combination works the best for me. Receiving regular massages from Aura has significantly helped with my post-workout recovery. I highly recommend seeing her!

I originally injured my lower back playing golf earlier this spring and ended up with a herniated disk that was impinging on my nerve in the L5-S1 area of my back. I was already seeing a chiropractor, but I really felt I could benefit from a good massage therapist. Ive done lots of traveling for my job and golf and I have had good massage therapists before, so I had an idea of what I was looking for. I started off with a Google Search and found Aura Massage along with several others in the area. I did some more research and between some of the reviews I saw and what Aura had put into her website, it just sort of said to me give her a try.And it was the best thing I could have ever done.In my first session, we went over why I was there and a general idea of where I was experiencing issues. She said not to worry as she would find them as she went through the massage. Boy was she right. Not only is she thorough and extremely good at what she does, but she would walk through what she was doing and I could ask questions along the way and she would describe what she was doing so that I could understand what she was trying to do. I was extremely sore after my first session, but that was all my fault as she was quick to tell me that I wasnt drinking enough water ... and actually came up many times during that first session. And it was true, I might have a few sodas a day, but drank very little water. I took it to heart and dropped the sodas and started drinking lots and lots of water and boy the difference when I came in the next time was amazing.After the first 90 minutes session I knew that she was exactly what I was looking for and was by far the best massage therapist I had ever been to. So I purchased one of the seven 90 minute packages and just finished my last one just recently. And yes, I have already purchased the next seven.Other things that she has helped me on are:* One time I mentioned that I had pain swinging the golf club and it ended up being some blocked lymph nodes that she worked on ... and she was right, the next time there was no pain in that area.* I had neck surgery for a herniated disk back about 20 years ago and it has always been a bit stiff no matter what I do. But about a month ago, Aura spent a good bit of time working on my neck and it felt so good and the flexibility was the best it has been since the original injury 20 years ago.I would highly recommend Aura for massage therapy ... she is really good at what she does and has a wonderful personality and warmth to her.
