2 other customers and myself have been waiting for the past 30+ minutes for someone to help us. The employee has not made a single move to help us, let alone let us know he is busy. My rent is due today and this is the only TCU I can make to on time to pay. Im extremely upset with this and I cannot believe the employee thinks it is acceptable to make customers wait over 30 minutes. Terrible customer service. As a side note, the last time I paid my rent here the emplotee forgot to put my name on the money, so it was just floating around.
What TCU does NOT tell you:1) NO ONE works here between 1pm-2pm*daily scheduled lunch hour*2) This is not a full service branch*does not do Shared Banking*
