Im in the process of getting used to short hair after decades of mid-back length hair. Trying to find a style that works for naturally curly hair with a mind of its own isnt easy, but add in physical restrictions in shoulder, neck and upper arm movement that make styling difficult and its that much harder. The stylists here have been working with me over the past few months to find a style that I like and can maintain myself, some more successfully than others but were creating from scratch. Janay did my hair this time and I really felt like she understood what I wanted and my hair had grown out enough from a previously sub-optimal cut that she could get pretty close to what I wanted. And she delivered. Given that she created the style based on my description of a photo from a magazine from the 90s, wow. A couple of more tweaks over the next two cuts as previous layers grow out, and Im pretty sure Ill have exactly what I want.

Friendly staff who are knowledgeable about hair products. Good haircuts if you know what you want. Ive been a customer for about 10 years, though it was mostly just for bang trims until 18 months ago.Ive had about 80% success rate, but lately Im transitioning from mid-back length hair to very short hair. It hasnt been easy communicating what I want when I cant find a picture, Im not into trendy haircuts, and its been more difficult because of a high staff turnover during the last year.Still, if I can just get the style worked out, Im sure theyll be able to maintain it.

First time there. Mom needed a wig. Jackie was fantastic and told her all she needed was a topper and it matched her hair perfectly and she cut and styled it for perfect style for her. Atmosphere was friendly and professional. Do hair, nails, wigs. Great place.

I love this place. They are so clean and its so quiet in there which makes it super relaxing. They also have eco friendly nail polish and serve you tea during your experience.

Took my son there for a mens undercut. Wanted the long top to stay longer than his chin like it was. The beautician cut it a little longer than his eyes because she thought it would look better and more symmetrical and stylish. she doesnt have to wear it so I dont give a rats ass how she thinks it should look....TIP TO WORKERS, CUT HAIR AS REQUESTED, NOT HOW YOU THINK IT SHOULD LOOK.

I dont write a lot of bad reviews, but this one is called for. Had a horrible haircut experience today at Hair Masters. I called and specifically asked for someone who specialized in short, curly hair and was assured that Bridget did. She tried to cut my hair dry, with clippers, after I told her that I dont like clipper cuts. She INSISTED she knew what she was doing. She cut it uneven, didnt blend it, and was DONE in less than 10 minutes, asking me if I wanted her to put product in it. She didnt bother to check the length to see if shed cut it even. She didnt ask me if I was happy. I had to ask for a mirror to see what she had done. I was shocked speechless. I dried it myself and thanked her for her efforts. I gave her a tip because Im not a jerk, but I told her I was very disappointed and felt like Id been to a drive-through haircut, rushed in and out. Then she SHRUGGED. Like I just didnt matter. I have never been so insulted and almost asked for my money back. I give them one star because I cant give them zero. But this was a big ZERO experience.

Bree is a talented hair dresser with a great personality. I recommend her because she is a good listener and will cut your hair the way you want it.
