This place was horrible each nail was shaped different the guy did not know what he was doing and he cut me finger. They want to charge $30 for design. This place did not have good service at all.

Wonderful and super sweet staff. My sister-in-law and I went in with her two girls, the girls were a gel mani and pedicure my in law and I got full sets and pedicure. They treated the girl wonderfully and a gentleman even picked up both girls to not mess up their new pretty nails. I chose a Stephen King It nail theme from a photo we liked online, mine my sister choose. All in all, very good service I not only recommended them to my friends but for sure will be coming back.

Top worst places I’ve ever been to. Don’t know how it’s so freaking hard to do someone’s nails properly when they show you amillion photos of what you want done. But somehow this place has an art of screwing up most simplest job. Then turns around charges you 68.75$ for that horribly done full set. Basically 70 for one set of nails. kidding right. Im never returning to this place for as long as I live

Well theyre good for nails but dont get your eyebrows waxed as you can see I had to color them in got like a half inch off the edges and I only asked for it to have Peaks and not too thin. Usually very satisfied Wherever I go, this kind of job is what I do for myself, why I get it done professionally. not happy.

I got my nails done from this place and the guy who did it did a good job even though we were late they still took us in and I have to give them credit for that even though it was Super Bowl. They are professionals periodt

A year ago, I got a nail job there which was terrible. Polish buckles and cracked within 24 hours. I sent pictures as I was out of town on business. They cheerfully agreed to redo at no charge. As a regular customer I was fine with that. Then Covid hit and they were closed down due to California covid restrictions. I also had to drop gym and hair for same reason. 10 months has gone by with Covid and me with double breast cancer. When I called to make sure I was still on the books for the redo, she said no. Too long. I reminded her she was closed due to Covid 19 and restrictions. She told me too bad. Lost a loyal customer.

I came here to relax and spend time with my little sister getting a full set and a deluxe pedicure.starting with the set i showed ANNA a picture of what i wanted and she did exactly that!i was very pleased.i will become a regular and not to mention how polite and fast paced they were.the salon was set up and decorated nicely.ask for ANNA.#Pink#coffin#marble#gold

This was my first time coming to this place that was recommended by a friend and I got full service Nails pedicure wax eyebrows chin lip and when I got home to see it in the light it looks like they were never touched my eyebrows look horrible I even gave a $15 tip wouldnt have done that if I would have seen it it was kind of dark in there. Will not be going back!

Love this salon! Great location. New owners. Came in for my husbands birthday, got the best pedicures, and even got our girls one too! They serve you a nice glass of wine, and play such great music! The chairs are beyond amazing 🙌🏼 Highly recommend this place!! You won’t regret it!

Excellent, under new management. I’ve been getting serviced here for more than 7 years. I mostly go during mid week before noon. That’s the least busy time and that’s one of the I go there.Being licensed and in the beauty industry I appreciate the work these ladies do. I respect them following sanitation procedures required by State laws as well.They’re always helpful and accommodating.I only gave them 4 Stars because there are no 5 Stars because there are no 5 Star places in the valley to the best of my knowledge and I have tried a few of the ones with those ratings. Over priced and over rated. City Nails Rocks!!!

They were very clean inside. Technician gave good service and listened to what I wanted. They also serve wine and champagne for those that request it. I wish I could figure out how to post a picture, my nails look amazing.

Friendly enough staff! Nail job comes with lots of tall tale Sally stories from the nail guy. Not very knowledgeable in nails, more knowledge in bs.Mr. Tales , little LaHondra, runs amok in the shop, cute enough kid, however its a nail shop NOT romper room. Too much drama, just want my nails done, minus all the stories and the little cub running amok.

I often choose full set for my nails such as: Acrylic, Gel, Pink & White, etc. with nail art. Because I think nail art can make my nails more and more beautiful. Their staff is so creative. Therefore, I dont feel boring with their result! Highly recommend!

Strike three! Ive went into try this place and walked out twice. I sat and waited to be helped twice for 20 minutes and than walked out. There are way better places in Elk Grove. I wont ever go to this place.

Im just going to keep this short and and the worst experience at a nail salon ever. Bad customer service, the technician clearly had no idea what she was doing, the place wasnt clean and a lady getting a pedicure was upset and said you made my toe bleed.There are too many other nail salons to settle for one as horrible as this place. Dont waste your time or money

I went in yesterday got a full set and got my feet done and I got gel on both on my feet the nail polish is already coming off I paid $91.00 waste

THIS WAS NO DOUBT THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENDURED AT ANY NAIL SALON! It was very obvious the gal who was doing my pedicure was NOT properly trained - she cut my big toe & proceeded to cover it up by painting over the bloody wound with nail polish & placed my foot under lamp causing burning pain! During the massage... she used HOT rocks and instead rubbing my legs - she hit my ankles with the rocks. The look of the place did not feel very clean. After that whole ordeal - I was still charged for the visit! I have left 3 messages for the owner to call me back as I want to voice my complaints and have yet received a call back.

Awesome place! I came to Elk Grove for a girls weekend and to celebrate my aunts bday. After getting a call from a spa where I had booked nail appts saying they were short staffed and had to cancel, I had to find a quick solution. I read the reviews and this was close to our hotel so I booked 3 manis and pedis. They were fantastic. One of the best manis and pedis I have ever gotten. They even let us bring champagne in to celebrate. Everyone was very nice and professional. I will definitely stop by this place if I am ever in Elk Grove again.
