I am absolutely in love with this place. They do an amazing job with all of their services. I got my brows and waxing done and they did a fabulous job! I would highly recommend going there and all the employees are very nice and experienced!

I Absolutely Do Not Recommend This Place For Microblading! The Owner Has No Customer Service Skills She’s Rude And Inconsiderate She Gets Frustrated And Purposely Hurt You The More You Tell Her You Are in Pain The Harder She’ll Push Down The Blade On Your Skin I Had My Brows Microbladed Before And I Have NEVER In My Life Bled So Much! My Brows Are NOT EVEN and It was worse before I had to come back into the Shop and argue with her to fix it $350 For a Job Worth $50 If That!( I DID NOT pay the extra $50 For Her So called Touchup)The whole Thing Was a disaster and now I have to go Spend another $400 to get My Brows Fixed By Someone Else!Too much to write in this review, I Don’t Want To End Up Sounding Rude But Just Know I’ll Definitely NOT Be Coming Back Nor Would I Ever Recommend This Business To Anyone I Know.

A wonderful spot! It was quick, clean, comfortable, and the results were exactly what I was looking for. I had a threading clean up done for a male, and it was very inviting and she didnt make me feel nervous at all. Will be back!

I am always supportive of local business in Elk Grove area. Unfortunately, very unprofessional place. The stylist talking on the phone regarding her personal matters with family/friends while doing my eyebrows. Had a very painful experience as she was clearly not paying attention to her job. I came home and noticed that she took off some of the pieces of my skin while threading without paying attention, and I ended up with multiple scars on my eyebrows area. I will never go back.

This was my first time having a stranger do my eyebrows, and she did so amazing! I have very thin, blonde eyebrows and they threaded and tinted them for me and I actually love my eyebrows for once! Highly recommend!!

This place has been my go to place for my eyebrows. She always makes it perfect every visit. The place is very clean and quiet that makes it very relaxing . She’s very nice and welcoming that makes u feel comfortable. My cousins comes here as well. Highly recommended.

Got my brows done & that was fine but finished pfd with Henna. Over charged, the flyer says 10$ paid $35.00 the first shower i took the henna was almost gone off my arm I let it sit 20 minutes to dry so no excuses. Everyone knows henna lasts roughly 2 weeks if you have had it before. I called to tell them what my issue was and the lady said no no no it only lasts a week well Ive only had it 3.5 days I bought gloves to wear to do dishes and even used the dishwasher which I never use! She tried to tell me i probably used too much water. Once I told her I havent used too much water and had limited showering with that arm! She said honestly i do not know and hung up ... Terrible customer service!! I should have known it was the cheap stuff when the henna tube said $2.99 price tag on the tube. You cant even get it that cheap pn amazon!! Def wont be returning to waste my money!!

So disappointed job I dont usually go to salon but i went there for three times all the time the missed up my eyebrow there job is not professional if they had zero i would add zero 000 my one eyebrow is totally thin one is up one down usually do my eyebrow by my self and Im not gonna go there anymore 😡👎👎

This place is great. Anu truly cares about her customers. Salon is clean and very welcoming,shes awesome. I have been here for my eyebrows and facial and both times she did fantastic job.

I hope people read this. Today my wife and I went for her eyebrows wax and as soon as we stepped into her store we were told she doesn’t have time, she is busy. We asked politely if we can come tomorrow or another day because we live close by (WinCo) but we found she acting very different, very annoying, impolite and so rude for a second I thought I am talking to either my boss or she is mad and talks like she is being my Mom. Off course I told her right away she has the right to refuse service but she is not allowed to treat me impolite and RUDE!I don’t RECOMMEND this store for anyone, please go somewhere nice and clean and go someone where you feel customer is the KING because you pay someone to serve YOU!People pay you to serve!Gain the business owner’s Manner!

The eyebrow threading was ok at first but for my second time she increased my price saying that her initial price was a first time offer, (which she never mentioned). In addition, she ended up overcharging me than the prices listed in her salon stating that it took a long time to thread my hair. Very bad customer service here, other threading places offer better service. Would not recommend this place at all.
