Hadn’t been to the doctor in a while. Was never notified to make an appointment or anything of that sort. My top priority during Covid is NOT to go to the doctor. Doctor’s office refused to refill birth control due to lack of appointment, so I scheduled an appointment and the soonest availability was over a month away, and they refused to refill the birth control that I have been on for years in the mean time. I don’t really feel the need to go into why it would be unhealthy for me to miss over a month of pills, so you would think that my doctor of all people would know and understand this. If I were to no-show that appointment, it may be a different story. However, I have never missed an appointment here or anywhere else. Had I been contacted to make an appointment I would have, and had I realized I needed to make an appointment I would have. When I called for additional refills and they said I needed to make an appointment, I did so without hesitation.Apparently they did not appreciate that I disputed this, in a perfectly friendly way stating that I understand that it’s not a receptionist’s fault but I don’t agree with the decision as that is unhealthy, I was placed on hold and transferred to someone else with no warning. I was then hung up on after talking to that person also nicely stating once again that I disagree. I have never in my life had a confrontation with this office, any other office, or any other company for that matter, as I’m an incredibly anxious person and a total pushover. So for this to happen to me, despite the fact that even when disputing this I was still nice to these people, is absolutely dumbfounding and extremely sad. Needless to say I have found a different office to give my business to. I have never left a negative review of anywhere, because I genuinely do not want to hurt any business. However, I am not going to be treated so poorly by a business that is literally there to care about and for me without making the situation known.

These people are truly the best!! They are so caring and Sweet. They go above and beyond for their patients!! Highly recommend!!

Refuses to refill birth control when their office made a clerical issue causing my fiance to be out of birth control for over a month. When called to discuss, they were incredibly short and hung up on both of us multiple times. I have never recieved such bad service from someone who is SUPPOSED TO HELP PEOPLE. I have never before had such an inherently confrontational reaction with what is supposed to be a professional company.They threatened to call the cops on me for terroristic threatening because I threatened to write a bad review and they didnt appreciate how I phrased it.What a joke. It is like their receptionist is working for their competitors or something.
