Dr Kim and his excellent staff again took care of me yesterday. Claudia cleaned my teeth and reviewed emerging needs in my dental care plan. Others took my vital signs, helped me with any concerns. Dr. Kim is customer service oriented and truly an expert in his field. During my first visit he was very polite and friendly - including his 3 staff members. Throughout the examination he was Professional, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough. He did not leave out a single detail of what I needed now, and he also provided me with a plan for the future. I’m happy with the A-1 service that he and his staff provided.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gronich for many years and cannot say enough about how wonderful and caring he is with his patients. His staff is so awesome that I cannot put into words how comfortable they make an initially fearful patient feel. I was changing dentists at one point to comply with my insurance; however, this office is so overwhelmingly great that insurance no longer mattered! I returned because no other office compared!! Congratulations to Dr.Gronich on his retirement! Although I do miss him, he has left the practice in the hands of another great dentist named Dr. Kim. The same great staff surrounds him as well so I look forward to many more years of great dentistry! Love this place and highly recommend.

Excellent experience and wonderful staff

Dr.Gronich is an amazing dentist. He takes his time explaining things to you and you never feel rushed. I have had a root canal done and believe me I was scared because I thought it was going to be painful. It was the opposite. He made me feel relaxed and I didnt experience any pain. I highly recommend Dr Gronich if your looking for a new dentist or are looking to change dentists. You wont be disappointed.

Dr. Gronich and his staff run their office and practice so professionally. You are greeted upon your arrival and advised that you will be taken care of shortly. Ive never had to wait more than a couple of minutes before being taken back for my appointment. The staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Neal Gronich and his entire staff is by bar the best dental group. From the moment you set up an appointment, you are treated with the utmost genuine care. A few hours after you leave your appointment, Dr. Gronich personally calls you and asks how you are doing. The entire staff is vigilant and extremely caring. Stop going because of insurance changes but decided to go back for the quality care and pay the difference in the insurance. Absolutely the BEST Dentist! The hygienist that performs the cleanings, Claudia, gave me the best cleaning Ive ever had --- and Im older than most! Dr. Gronich has the touch when it comes to dentistry and hes true to his pledge for a dental experience that is as pain-free as humanly possible. When I became Dr. Gronichs patient, I told him Im a chicken when it comes to pain. After a couple of fillings, my teeth are great and my dentist-phobia . . . cured! Hes also famous for calling his patients the day after any fillings or other dental procedures to check up on them. Staff is awesome too.

Yesterday I had full mouth x-rays, examination, and cleaning at the practice of Dr. Neal Gronich, Affiliated Dental Care. I was a first time patient there. This was a really good experience. Many thanks to my friend, Rami , who recommended them.(My last dental at another practice was so rude and stressful and altogether bad that I had postponed a dental checkup for 21 months.)Just noticed their card reads, Look and feel better the same day! So true. From Maria, the welcoming office manager, to Tanya, who interviewed me, answered my questions and made introductions to Dr. Gronich and other staff, to Claudia, who did the most thorough and most gentle cleaning of my entire life, to Dr. Gronich himself, my experience was more than comfortable, it was delightful! I actually look forward to returning in 6 months.Good equipment. Their x-ray machine was quiet and quick. And Claudia used a tiny hand held camera on a stem that could peek everywhere in my mouth. The cleaning tools, picking off tartar, rinsing with water, and suctioning it out of my mouth were gentle and efficient. Never felt like I needed to spit or cough. For the first time, I didnt wish for the old fashioned spitting sink!They all worked like such a team, first Claudia and then Dr. Gronich calling out tooth evaluations or gum measurements while another on the team recorded their findings. They spent plenty of time answering all my questions as they arose.I can honestly say, my mouth has never been cleaner, and it was done so gently! And all Dr. Gronichs staff were so genuinely friendly and caring. I recommend this practice to anyone and everyone. Yes!
