Excellent service. The doctor explained everything with a lot of time and patience. My daughter was great and felt safe all the time. The staff is also caring and nice. Loved it

My kids have been going here since they were born. Love the way the girls upfront receive you and are quick and efficient. My kids love coming here because theyre in and out quick and back to doing what they have to do. The Dr.s in the back are so profesional and nice and patient knowing they have all these kids going in and out. Love the staff here and the friendlyness.

Both my kids have been coming here since they were babies. In the 7+ years of treatment everyone has been kind and understanding. One of my kids is autistic and I am blessed that Dr. Holguin and Dr. Feliciano have always been there to teach me and support me with his needs. All the assistants are amazing and kind. I wish there were more doctors and offices with this much patience.

We had a great experience today. We felt very welcome by the staff and Dr. Silva was very thorough. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer them and make me and my child comfortable. I recommend this office.

Honestly they were so great with my son he is 4 months old took him in for a suspected lip tie and they confirmed it for me they also discovered a tongue tie set us up to take care of it here in a few weeks which is great Dr. Perales I believe was his name Im not great with names but amazing from the front desk staff very friendly and helpful thank you to everyone made us feel very comfortable especially my little man

Great place to bring your kids. My boys feel comfortable with the staff here and dont mind going with them alone. Dr. Holguin is their favorite Dr. but they are willing to go with the others if needed.

Absolutely horrible experience with the front desk. They insisted that my son’s insurance was not active in their system. Ending up paying $135 out of pocket for a consult. Two minutes later I called my dental insurance company, which in turn called the dentist office. After speaking to the agent my sons insurance magically appeared as active in the system after I already paid and left the building. If I hadn’t called the insurance company the front desk would’ve continued with their scam. I wonder how many parents they’ve ripped off using this tactic. Please take your little ones elsewhere.

StarKids has always been amazing. They have always been so accommodating and sincere. The renovations are awesome and the precautions taken during this pandemic ease my mind a lot. Thank you to everyone there ♡♡

I had a lot of questions today and I truly appreciated Dr. Silva and his team taking the time to go over them with me. You feel rushed at most places but they truly care here and they made me and my child feel special and comfortable. I recommend this place.

Wait was a little long but there was a kid friendly waiting room and staff was great!

All the employees that I have ever spoken to have been very polite; that being said there is no reason anyone should have to wait an hour and forty five minutes after the appointment time before being seen by the dentist. We had an appointment!! We were not a walk-in patient!! I understand that there is some unspoken rule that when you visit a healthcare office you’re going to wait no matter what time you’re APPOINTMENT was set for but that’s just unreasonable. We are a two income family and we have to make arrangements in order to schedule these appointments. Our time is valuable too. I was so frustrated with our visit that when it came time to schedule the next visit I asked for any day that had the first time slot available. Well I guess I will find out what the waiting time for a 6:30am appointment is!!

Dont understand why a minor child cant have their parent with them when they will have extensive work done on them and go through anestesia, this is why I am giving this rating!

Our two year old daughter fell on a Sunday night and knocked out a piece of each of her front teeth. We were able to speak with the dentist that night and they saw us the very next morning. The dentists and their entire staff were fantastic and walked us through each step of this difficult time. They were so good with our daughter and made us feel extremely comfortable with her care. Would highly recommend and can’t imagine going anywhere else!

This office is incredible! From the moment you walk in! Great front seat girls very attentive! They explained everything to me about charges and appointments. They have great games that my daughter enjoyed in the waiting room. When they take you back the girls do a wonderful job explaining things to me. They have a great team of girls! Dr. Osorio was friendly, general and super informative! They have a play area in the back where my daughter colored while they explained to me there findings. Grateful to have found a wonderful team of professional to care of our 3 year old daughter

After reading all the bad reviews I 100% believe them. I remember going to this dentist before they changed their name to Star Kids. I always had a bad experience every time I went to this dentist. 1) They would always do unnecessary work on my brother and I. 2) We would have our appointment around 8-8:30am and wouldn’t leave until 3-3:45pm {I wish this was a joke but it’s not}. 3) When we would be in the “dentist room” the majority of our time was spent in the play area. 4)The procedures they would do were painful. Sometimes they wouldn’t put numbing cream. This was the worst dentist place I had ever been to and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I was so happy when my mother changed to another place!

If you just need cleanings and xrays it is a great pediatric facility. If you need anesthesia for your child, there is so much red tape to get through. It’s ridiculous. It takes forever to get all the forms done. We had 5 weeks until we moved I did everything I could to get all doctor forms signed. I couldn’t get into one Doctor’s office in that time frame and now we are moving and my daughter is in pain from her teeth and nothing can be done. That’s not acceptable. Ever.

The doctors and hygienists here are super polite and calm. We had some trouble at a different kids dentist office, which was a well intentioned but really intense place, so we brought our daughter her. Everyone was really sweet and helpful, and our daughter let them do a lot of work here, wheras she didnt last 10 minutes at the last spot. Please keep up the helpful attentive and calm atmosphere.

As a patient I can say with 100% confidence this is the best dentistry out there all of the doctors are remarkably astonishing at their job the front staff from the west side create a safe and inviting atmosphere as soon as I walk through those doors I have been coming here since I was 1 years and I have never felt more comfortable and at home than at star kids pediatric dentistry I truly believe that they are El Paso’s finest.

Absolutely love this office my children have been seen by many of their dentists and each one of them have been great the office staff is very nice they have helped my son who has a diagnosis of Autism become more and more comfortable where he actually enjoys going to the dentist now and after years of trying we were able to have a Normal (electric brush suction and the”water gun” counting teeth and all) cleaning today. Definitely would recommend.

Staff very professional..

This caused a trauma to my daughter, they were very rude to her and did not listen when she said she was in pain. The kids stay in the back all alone while the parents stay in the front not knowing the kind of abuse they are put through. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY DO NOT CARE FOR YOU OR YOUR CHILD. i wish i could give 0 stars!!!!!!

Highly recommend this place because of Dr. Olguin. Sadly your child does not see the same doctor every time. They get switched from doctor to doctor. My daughter loved Dr. Olguin and was always comfortable with her. My daughter had a bad experience with one of the dentist and is now scared every time we come. I understand children are difficult at times. But this time it wasn’t my daughter being difficult. My husband and I noticed the doctor from the start that she was having a bad day and was upset. She unfortunately took it out on my daughter. Then they put on their notes that my daughter was being difficult. When my daughter had never acted the way she did that day.

Do not recommend at all. It took them over two months to schedule an appointment for tooth removal and the appointment time was over 2 hours. My kid had to stay is the back by herself for over 1 hour. Not impressed.

A week ago today I took my child to Star Kids. Worst experience ever. We went for sealants on only two teeth. They tried to tell me 12 sealants are needed. Already unnecessary work needed. I got a bad vibe when all the nurse talked about was sedation. Another nurse was using unnecessary equipment to try and keep the mouth open. I left upset. It started out bad when they ask for you to stay in the waiting area while your child is a lone with them. My fault for not insisting to go back. I took him to our original dentist today, EP Dentistry for Kids, and such a 180. We were in and out in about 45 minutes. Two sealants successfully done without any unnecessary equipment. DO NOT go to Star kids.

The staff is awesome! Theyre fast, friendly and give the kids treats. Plus they give out free Chapstick.

I have been trying for a year to get my daughters cavities fixed with these people and all they will do is give me papers and referals, one of the referals the guy was blatently baffled why they wanted him to see my daughter and told me so, but they all seemed like a waste of time to me. They seem interested in milking my insurance while not carring that my daughter had cavities that need to be fixed. Do not bring your kid here if they have cavities and need work, you will waste your time and your kids time and cost your insurrance for no tangible service! I believe they are psociopaths.

Showed up a hour before to make sure I could fill out paper work and then turn around and waited over 45 minutes past my appt time completely unacceptable for patient care
