My son needed some extra services, I was so nervous until I spoke to the staff. They made me feel much better about his procedure. They ended up doing such a great job we left the office with no problems. I’m grateful I chose this place.

I love this dentistry! Ofelia is the best, she goes above and beyond. The staff is amazing altogether, I have been a patron of this dentistry since my oldest got his teeth, he is now 22yrs old. I now have a 5yr old and its still the only place I would ever choose for my childs dental needs. They have the best Doctors and they go above and beyond to ensure the safety of their patients.... My experience @ Stevensons Dental Ark has always been extremely satisfactory. Everyone from the staff to the doctors are great! Both my sons have been patients there and my youngest is still a patient and we have never had an unsatisfactory moment there. Thank you to everyone there for such a great experience.

Great People all around! From the front desk to the dentist. Everyone in this place is amazing. They are very helpful with paperwork and talk to you about your kids. Staff and dentist Nanni Baker are so gentle and careful when working on my childrens teeth. That is the reason why I chose to keep my baby with the same dentist my teenager has. I love how theyve continued with the same professionalism and caring (family-like) pleasantness the previous dentist Eugene Stevenson (R.I.P.) has Always given us. Stevensons is amazing. Not only did they make sure my family was covered with our insurance but they checked and verified and gave me multiple phone calls to make sure I was taken care of. Ophelia and Mark were amazing. And so was all the staff that helped keep my daughter calm and relaxed during her procedure.

They have no consideration for special needs children. My son has a molar extract I have questions and concerns and they have not bothered to return my calls. Through out this whole ordeal I have had poor service, and have been treated poorly with them along with UMC Childrens Hospital. If there was another dentist who specializes in special needs children I would have transferred my son.

Terrible Service waitio for an hour had an appointment, people would come in and out while we waited.

My five year old and I went in for his checkup. I had been very apprehensive about where to take him because other dental places will not allow you to go with your child during exams. That is not what we experienced. Stevenson’s Dental Ark allowed us to stay together the entire visit. The staff is kind and try to do their best to get us cared for quickly. Dr. Loughlin was super kind and understanding and made us feel cared for. My son required extensive treatment and he received the best care from the doctor and all the staff. Thank you Dr. Loughlin, Marco, Ofelia and Mayra! You all are the best at what you do. So blessed I found you!

Made an appointment for a black spot my child had. hygienist did a cleaning, Dentist wanted to send me on my way without resolving the issue. I had called for that specific reason signed into their computer describing the concerns. Dentist said for me to come back for that concern. Let her know that I was there for a specific reason. Refused to leave until the issue was fixed. Dentist did a follow up 3 weeks later, when setting the appointment I asked for later time and they said no because the dentist covering had to fly out by 2 so 130 was the latest.when that day came they had 2 and a half hour wait, I asked the receptionist what about the dentist that had to leave by 2 and now there is a huge wait time, gave me some spill that made no sense. Dislike this place and how they conduct business. Would not recommend!!

Been coming to Stevenson’s Dental for 30 years now, & has always been very comfy coming here. Right now during this hard times with the COVID-19 I did observe to see how sanitized they were going to be, & they are very much on top of sanitizing, washing hands, wiping knobs, chairs & X-ray machine. I would never take my children nowhere else for their check-ups. Dr Stevenson you are also missed.

Empty or full, the waiting is always the longest. Three patients in the waiting room including my son and there was still a 30 min wait after initial appointment time. That wait time does not include me arriving 15 before my appointment time. If the room is full then its always at least an hour wait time before being seen. The customer service is decent, everyone puts on a smile to be polite, the actual dentists could be a little friendlier.

I came here because my sons previous dentist wasnt specifically a pediatric dentist, and he needed some cavities filled and a possible extraction. I have to say, I was a bit nervous about having to put my son under the laughing gas, but they were so professional about it, and they made my son feel safe. The staff is really friendly, and helpful, and though I was not able to go to the back with my son (hes 5) for the procedure, they did allow for me to check on him if I felt it necessary. I would definitely recommend this place.

A had a really good experience. They are just a little less accommodating for military members than I would have hoped. They could also improve on communication with patients, but made me feel at ease and took great care of my child!

I was blown away by the way the staff cared for my children. I have a 3 year old who is afraid of X-Ray machines and the staff got him to take his oral X-Rays like it was nothing! The doctor even got him to let her paint on fluoride by singing to him. It was like watching a magician work! Our oldest has serious anxiety with doctors and in the past has needed sedation to get work done and today he (mostly) willingly let them work and was charmed by the staff. I was so pleased and so impressed! These ladies know what theyre doing :)

Absolutely amazing experience. My daughter was very well taken care of and felt super comfortable there. Service is quick and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with our experience and my daughter loved it. We are from Alamogordo, NM which is about an hour and a half drive and we plan on making Stevensons Dental Ark our permanent dental care.

My son had to have 2 teeth pulled and caps put on 2 other teeth. I just want to say I love the staff here so nice and friendly. Which my son loves. Thank you all cant wait to come back next week for our follow up appointment.

Wonderful! My daughter walked out so happy. She was scheduled for crowns and fillings. The doctors double checked her before she had any work done and decided crowns werent necessary. My daughter got white filling instead and her teeth look amazing!!

The only reason I give 4 stars is because they could take advantage of more modern technology, and have Tvs or monitors with cartoons in the procedures area. It was too quiet and kind of scary with just the one radio.

My kids love going there. Been with Dr Stevenson (dental ark) for about 10 years i would say. Staff is awsome and make sure my kids feel comfortable. They have always treated us well.

My boys have been patients there since they were toddlers and they are great. Staffs awsome they are flexible with scheduling and best of all my boys are cavity free.

My son had a surgery scheduled and told me to have him fasting for 8 hours all so at the last minute they could say they were not going to do his surgery. I will be taking my services elsewhere.
