Really bad service. Second time they take over 2 hours for a braces treatment they do to my daughter in 10 min. No happy with this at all. I wont it even give them a star at all.

Never bring your kids here they might be Western Dental but it is the same staff where do I begin they left one daughter restraint in a room by herself, pulled ones tooth out failed to but bridge in its place now her tooth has grown into her roof and when pointed out we got blamed. My youngest 2 have special needs this was hard on them. It was better with the staff the staff back in 2003

One of the best dentist Ive been to really friendly and they go over everything including if you have questions. Little area were kids can play as they wait for them to get called in. Great distraction 👍😊😀

Rude customer service. When I call to make an appointment the call goes directly to customer service. The man who assisted me had a bad accent, I can barely understand him. Not professional. Will definitely be taking my kids to another dentist.

The website sucks so much its supposed to be easier for you to fill out the paperwork before going into the office but if you take too long you have to keep starting all over I dont see how it makes the process faster when it keeps making you do it all over again.

This place has been my daughters dentist for years. Never any issues and they are upfront and honest with you about any treatment that needs to be done. 💖

My kids love this dental office. There is a game room and some toys. The dentist, X-Ray technician and staff are so friendly and get things moving quickly. Highly recommened.

My nephew had his appt. at 1:00 pm and he wasnt be seen until 3:30 pm. What is the point of having an appt. and had to wait for 2 and haft hours? It is unacceptable. Please do not overbooked your patients.

This review is for the El Monte location, we usually go to the Baldwin Park location, which I would rate 5 stars, but we had to go to El Monte once for an emergency when BP was closed.My son had a scheduled appointment at our usual BP office, but needed an emergency appointment when they were closed as he broke a filling. It turns out he not only needed that tooth capped, but he needed another tooth extracted and a spacer put in. My son is 6 years old and on the Autism Spectrum, he was in a lot of pain and terrified to get work done on his teeth. My son also suffers from sensory issues, so the bright lights, sounds, etc really unnerve him.Everything about our visit to the El Monte office was bad, the girls (front desk, assistants, etc) werent rude, but they were not as friendly as youd expect from a pediatric dentist office, especially with a frightened child (and one with special needs no less). The dentist had absolutely no warmth at all when dealing with my son, he was abrupt and unfriendly. He rushed quickly through the procedure and my son was in pure terror, screaming and begging him to wait. Rather than reassure my son he just turned to me and asked, is he always like this? My son is afraid of dental work, but no, he is never like that. The staff at Baldwin Park take their time, they reassure their patients as they work on them, they try their best to make them feel safe and calm. The dentist at El Monte barely spoke to my son, the staff didnt either, it was only me reassuring him and he screamed and begged them to stop. He was saying, OW! OW!, but nobody asked even once if he felt pain.If you are looking for a dentist for your child, I whole-heartedly recommend the Baldwin Park office, but I would avoid El Monte at all costs. My son is now extremely terrified of the dentist because of that one visit, it will take a long time before he loses that fear. The Baldwin Park staff have been so patience and reassuring with him since to try and build his trust. Our experience with El Monte was a complete nightmare.
