Recently toured this facility before I had my surgery, the facility looked and smelled clean, everyone greeted me and my family as we walked the halls, rooms are nice and spacious. Rehab room had a lot of space and looked very well equipped. The admission director was very helpful answering all my questions, I was happy to hear I would have the support such as help applying for medi-cal, help with transportation to and from my appointments while I am staying here, most importantly my transition home. I would recommend this facility to my friends and family in the east county.

Excellent rehab center! All the employees are so compassionate and attentive. By far the best rehab facility in East County.

Horrible place they are rude they run it like a jail my Camarillo member has been there a month and they only gave him 2 showers so far. Will not let him go out on pass like other homes let . I highly suggest you call Country Manor five star nursing home my wife stay there and it’s a great place great staff it doesn’t really look like you were walking into a institution . clean and took very good care of my wife so don’t stay at Granite hills go stay at country manor instead

My grandfather is at this facility and he is extremely happy here. He is receiving respiratory care because he has COPD and other complications. Im amazed at the attention and compassion he receives here and every time we come here, everyone is extremely friendly and the place is immaculate. They never give us a hard time and let us stay with him as much as we need to. He is always clean and so well-groomed.. He still wears his Old Spice and the nurses are so adorable about it. I really feel like this place treats him like family. Dont know how we could survive without them.

A very bad place, and it smells awful most of the time. I have a relative who lives there as a patient taken care of and she is living with a great depression because of the poor condition despite the fact that the workers are very nice!

By far the rudest staff I have ever encountered in the seven years I’ve been a nurse. Wow, just wow. I’ve seen the staff fighting with each other, blatantly ignoring residents, being rude to family members, the residents do not get enough care and attention, I’ve seen residents with gunk all over their mouths. When I try to ask the nurses questions (as a contracted provider) about a resident I have gotten rude responses and been ignored on multiple occasions. If I could give negative stars I would. I wouldn’t even leave my dog at this horrible place. If you’re thinking about putting a loved one here...don’t.

This place saved my mothers life they are caring attentive.

Staff is extremely rude ... I tried to go to speak with an employee and the a staff worker literly told me I was entering private property and push me. I guess Lisa Smith who is payroll never help me get a solution resolve after my moms tablet got stolen out of this facility while at work 2 days ago. They dont care about employees and damn sure dont care about elderly patient this place is horrible with bad reviews. I feel sad for the patients and loyal employee like my mom. Slap in the face

I ONCE. VOLUNTEERED. IN THAT OFFEL. GRANITE HILLS NURSING HOME

Our mother was discharged from the hospital with a broken hip to Granite Hills healthcare and wellness center on July 4th 2015 for rehabilitation, at that time we started informing the staff that our mother was sick with beginning signs of pneumonia, the staff ignored our warnings, and refused to allow us to speak to a doctor, in fact she was never seen by a doctor, by July 12, we were demanding them to do something and the head nurse/supervisor came in and checked her and said she was fine and her lungs sounded clear, but she was so sick that my husband threated to call a lawyer if our mother died. That is when the staff decided to call the ambulance to take her to the ER. By the time she got to the ER, her lungs were so full of fluid that she had severe pneumonia, and passed away this morning at 4:02 am. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS FACILITY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THIER WELL BIENG. This place should be called Granite Hills death-care and sickness center, because they only provide limited care and have no concern for the residents there. We have contacted a lawyer who specializes in nursing home abuse and he informed us that Granite Hills has been sued by him 3 times in the past, all I can say is DANGER!!!! dont go to this facility unless you have a death wish.

Great building and an amazing staff

I USE TO VOLENTEER MY TIME AT GRANITE HILLS NURSING HOME THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE TO ME IN 1999 TO 2002.THEY SAID THAT I HAD TO GO .
