I have absolutely zero complaints. It’s been over 10+ years since I’ve been to the dentist ( I really have a phobia). The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Not only was the staff friendly to me, but to each other. They all seemed to enjoy their job and displayed good work moral. The doctor who performed the extractions helped calm me down. I was really nervous and over all scared of the unknown. He talked to me about sports and got me to laugh some. Explained to me what was going to need to be done for the extraction and what to expect after. Afterwords he gave me a follow up call to check on my status and go over care instructions and answer any questions I may have had. Overall it was a pleasant experience thank you team.

Very nice people. They were able to get me in quickly to evaluate an unexpected issue I had. Email online intake forms, and text appointment reminder were great. Looking forward to my next visit.

I appreciated the option to schedule appointment online. Despite not having PPO coverage, the receptionist was super sweet, advising of the price point for new patients. Both the dental assistant and dentist were attentive, responsive, engaging, and were excellent in their personalities and explanation of everything I needed and wanted to hear. Great experience! Staff were all super friendly and I didnt have to wait around at all. Very thorough and answered all my questions and my teeth and mouth feel amazing after my cleaning! We took my daughter that has Autism in to the Childrens Dentist at this office and she was fantastic also. I was very impressed with how clean and updated everything is and I like that they have the high end air filters in each room.

They fit me right in, and took care of another filling as well.He made sure my new crown felt snug and smooth. He did a fabulous job, and the entire staff was friendly and attentive!Thats very unusual these days, and a pleasant surprise!👍✔

I have visited multiple dentist offices and I have never felt like I was being scammed into paying more money. Until I visited Doctor David. He was very persistent with trying to charge me hundreds of dollars (while I have full dental coverage) in order to put a simple filling and crown on. After putting the filling I was told it will cost 800+ so I agreed thinking they cost is due to quality work. However, after only 2 days after brushing my teeth the filling came out! When I went back they tried to charge me another 800+!Terrible quality work and trying to get you for your money is how I would describe this place.Reviews are very misleading i would expect this place to be a 2 star rating.Highly recommend that find a different dentist office.

I have been going here for about 2 years and love this office. My dental hygienist Danielle is awesome!! The dentists I’ve seen are friendly, honest and don’t push extra stuff, which I really like. They’ve implemented new procedures during this pandemic that made me feel perfectly safe going there. Definitely recommend them! I don’t have insurance and purchased their plan for two cleanings and x-rays and it was comparable pricing when I shopped around.

Best experience we’ve ever had! Dr. Jackie & all her staff have been incredible! Dr. Jackie was able to do what other pediatric dentists said couldn’t be done with our child. You definitely need to search to find the right dr. For your children & Dr. Jackie is like no other. Dr. Jackie is so wonderful & patient with our child & her assistant cared for our toddler so lovingly! With Disney movies playing above, the atmosphere was So fun & relaxed for our child & Safe!!! They constantly checked on our child during the procedure. Can’t believe how great this Dr. & staff are! Wish they were all like this 😊Thank goodness we found this dentist 🦷

The minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a welcome from the assistant at the front desk. I was taken in right at 3 (my appointment time) huge plus given most dental offices are always running behind. Everyone was so friendly and kind. The hygienist was great. The office manager- I believe her name is Rusha- is outstanding. Thank you RSD dental for making my experience great.

The best staff and doctors in San Diego. They are kind, patient and make going to the dentist not so bad! (Lol, i know I’m not the only person who dreads dental visits) and as a testament to their greatness, my boyfriend and I lived in rancho San Diego 4 years ago and found this dental group for their proximity to home and reviews. However For the past 3 years we’ve lived in bankers hill but still male the drive here because we love them that much 🥰

Rancho San Diego Dental in El Cajon is an awesome Dental Practice. The Dentists are all top rated and highly trained and provide different specialties so you don’t have to go to several dental offices for care. They are current on all of the new dental procedures available to them. All are empathetic and kind and work to make your experience in the dental chair as painless as possible. I have been going to this practice for quite awhile now and have never had anything but a pleasant experience. The Dental Assistants, Hygienists and Office Staff are very professional and courteous. I recommend Rancho San Diego Dental to anyone that is looking for a practice located in the El Cajon, La Mesa and Spring Valley areas. They have two practices. One in Rancho San Diego in El Cajon and one in Ramona.

Had my teeth cleaned and check up today and learned they have an in-house dental insurance program which I signed in. If you want your teeth cleaned at least 2X a year, its all included and a 20% discount in any procedures above that. They do all they can for real dental health not based on unnecessary procedures. Good on them!

I will continue coming here, the staff are always friendly and personable, dentists are extremely friendly. Everyone is great and they’re very accommodating. Clean office. Great care. Definitely consider them for your next dental appointment if you haven’t already.

I went to this dental because of the high reviews, the staff are nice, except David the doctor is the biggest scammer, My original crown fall off, and he refused to put it back up, unless i buy a brand new crown from him for $850 + insurance 🤣🤣, went to a different doctor and put my original crown without a problem.DO not recommendEdit: To answer the reply below, I am sure it’s your office check my name in your records, and tell your staff to STOP calling me.

Wow. What a different dental experience than what I’m used to. My last dentist down the street at RSD Dental Group (boo!) was okay at best. Then they replaced her with another dentist who was very unpleasant and tried to push an additional deep cleaning when I’d had one done only a year before.. My new dentist (name is escaping me) was super friendly, super straight forward, and said that there was no way that I needed a deep cleaning. Glad I made the switch, super friendly staff and prompt service. Overall great experience

I went in for a cleaning and the procedure was great, with the new safety guidelines they take all the measures to wearing masks and taking your temperature prior to entering the office.Mona, at the front desk is always very friendly with me and family.

Every person we had contact with, from the receptionist (Veronica) to the dental assistant, to the dentist (Dr Jackie) to the billing clerk were very kind and helpful! Additionally, their price for my daughter’s work is going to be $650 less than the first dentist we took her to.

I had my first cleaning (the covered one you get with dental 🦷 insurance) today and I was beyond impressed. I had not had a cleaning in over 6 years. My teeth look incredible and the staff was so professional and friendly. I am not a huge fan of anything that involves my teeth (dentist phobia 🤦🏼‍♀️) but this office makes everything so much better. Also, my cleaning only took about 35 minutes! This is a great office.

I had the worst service at this office. My granddaughter was supposed to be seen for dental work, they canceled our appointments twice, then she was scheduled to undergo a surgery for 6 cavities and 2 crowns. We never received any instructions or any follow up calls other than their automatic text messages to confirm appointment. When tried to complain about their unprofessional business, a manager by the name of Mona was giving attitude aNd lying over the phone stating that she did call me while I never received any calls!!!My granddaughter now is facing more dental trouble because of their negligence and unethical business. This office will be reported to business authority and I dont recommend anyone to take their children there

I love this office! Everyone is so kind and the office is always clean and very well maintained! They are also very friendly and not pushy on services they only advice me on services that I need to get done urgently vs pushing me and being very sale orientated.

Ive been attending this dental center for eight years. The staff here is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The waiting room is clean (with a delicious coffee machine, too!), not that youre ever waiting in it long. I began receiving dental care at Rancho San Diego Dental in early 2019, & since that time, have had one crown, two fillings & one dental cleaning. Both Dr. Christensen & Dr. Sachdeva are very professional, knowledgeable & friendly, and the staff are welcoming, attentive & informative! I am impressed with all the treatments I received using the latest in dental technology, and highly recommend their services.

I had an 09:20 appointment for a tooth extraction my wife had an extraction the previous week. the bill for my tooth was to be $350 for the extraction my wifes bill the previous week was for $180 i asked why this was and they pointed to the code they had used for billing and told me that was the reason it cost more and the Dr could explain the difference to me. Ok i wait for my 09:20 appointment until 09:45 I had still not been in to see the doctor at that time I informed the desk people that I would be leaving only to be told they were ready for me now and to take a seat in the waiting room and wait. This was not acceptable to me so I left without seeing the DR or getting a satisfactory explanation as to the nearly double cost for my tooth extraction. This is really unfortunate as they seem to be good dentists just poor communication.

Recently moved back in the area. Had a great dentist previously so was reluctant to leave, but everyone from the front desk, to the assistants, to Dr Christensen were all great. Fairly painless exam and cleaning, as much as can be expected, and a quick filling that hasnt bothered me at all. Will check back in after my sons appointment, but I expect that will go smoothly as well.

Everyone is very friendly. The girls at the front desk are very nice. I get pretty nervous going to the dentist and they helped me feel relaxed. Michelle did my cleaning and she was very patient with me. They make going to the dentist less dreadful.

Dr. Christiansen is the most patient dentist I’ve ever had. As some with extreme anxiety in the chair, he knows what to do to calm me. The dental assistant (name starts with D) is so experienced and calm, reassuring. They all go the extra mile for me and all their patients.

Everybody at this office is super nice and efficient! Dr. Christensen and all the dentists in the office are fantastic. Every procedure that I have had done there, (and I have had many) has been virtually painless.....even after the Novocaine has worn off! I no longer have a fear of going to the dentist.

Ive always had good experience with this place. The staff are very friendly. The only minor issue I had was over my last visit when they gave me fluoride. The fluoride felt like it was paste. I couldnt wait to brush my teeth and it turned my toothbrush really sticky afterwards.
