Dr. Schwarz was awesome. She took the time to review my history, talk to me about EVERYTHING, and there was absolutely no rush with the visit. I felt very good about the relationship and the care I received. She came highly recommended and now I see why.

Michelle Merrell is an absolute gem. Our whole family relies on her knowledge, skills, and personalized approach to our different health needs. Plus, she’s easy to talk to and fantastic with kids. We are grateful we found her!!

I have only had one appointment so far, but it went great. It wasn’t like any of my other PCP experiences. I only waited in the waiting room a couple of minutes (if that), and Mike Eskew took his time and actually listened to me. I honestly felt like he and the whole staff cared. I would encourage anyone to try Primary Health Partners out.

It is convenient and better than any primary care doctor I’ve had in the past. I had the same doctor for years at Integris and it would take days or even weeks for appointments. It’s so convenient to be able to text and video chat with Primary Health Partners. Most of the time I can get an appointment the same day or even the next day. This service is a must have for those who don’t have insurance or just need a doctor who actually cares. I recommend Primary Health Partners to everyone I can. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed!

Im not a doctor kind of person (literally havent gone in numerous years), but the subscription model that PHP uses takes all the weight off of the doctors needing to push specific products/meds/etc because its the most profitable. They can give you exactly what you need and nothing more. Ive never had a great comfort level with my doctors, but my first visit was both comfortable and informative. I walked away feeling positive about the experience knowing that they are looking out for me and not pushing their agenda.

Primary Health is fantastic. The doctors, nurses and entire staff are incredibly accommodating. Its easy to get an appointment on the day I call for one, and I love being able to text my doctor with questions. PH is the way to go for quality healthcare.

In addition to providing excellent medical care, Primary Health Partners provide superb customer service to the patient. Dr Cail and Ms Nakia are outstanding representatives of what remarkable medical care looks like! Highly recommend them!

I love this facility because they have help with promoting a healthy lifestyle for my household. We are making better health choices and choosing better food options. In addition, we are taking vitamins every day, and Im excited because as a health professional its great when you can sustain the life of others and the people you love and live with.

The staff was VERY friendly. My wait at any given time was less than 5 minutes. I met with the Dr. for over an hour and covered a ranges of questions. He explained everything throughly. Great experience!

This is newly constructed office in 2019 ( I guess) . Came to this place on 17Feb2020. This place is located on south boulevard at EDMOND OK. They provide health care Services.The office is closed by the time I have visited here.Google maps showing empty place here before I write this review. As local guide I have taken efforts to add this place in google maps. Happy for helping others to reach their destinations.

Dr Cail is amazing and this new way of doing medical assistance is life-changing. Suffering from migraine headaches has always made insurance eligibility difficult for me but the savings I had from my prescriptions from the clinic easily paid for my monthly dues the very first month. I have recommended Primary Health Partners to over a dozen self-employed friends and clients.

Dr Cail took all the time necessary with my kiddos!! She also gave me some personal experience from being a mom of her own!

I met Michelle Merrell today. She was very friendly and spoke in detail about what we should do to start addressing my health goals. Then I walked only a few steps down the hall to draw labs. Im looking forward to having almost all of my medical needs met in a single place thats so convenient. I also felt quite safe with their COVID precautions.

Dr Melinda Cail is awesome. She listens to me, takes the time to find out exactly what is going on and then resolves the issues. Her staff are unbelievable. They are always very welcoming and make me feel at home. I do not know what I would do without Nakia or Misty.

Nursing staff are extremely helpful and friendly and Dr Cail is the best she always takes the time to listen and never rushes you through your visit . I recommend Primary Health to everyone.

Dr. Melinda Cail and her team go above and beyond to meet the needs of their patients. The staff at primary health partners Edmond, OK are truly committed to providing patient-centered care. I feel lucky to have a healthcare provider who truly cares about her patients and her clinic. Would recommend this clinic to everyone (especially those who are unhappy with the current pcp/big business healthcare organizations). Best decision ever.

Misdiagnosed multiple times allowing a particular issue I was concerned about to get worse, had multiple GI issues and was declared a “stomach guy” by my doctor and given medications rather than getting to the bottom of any of the problems, actual symptoms and feelings I had were consistently downplayed and they would typically throw medication at each issue instead of attempting to figure out the cause or address it with any care. Had times where my doctor was wondering about tests that I didn’t even take or need as if confusing me with other patients. Was interested in their counseling options but they referred me to the Yukon facility which doesn’t have any councilors who then referred me to their website which featured one councilor and she never returned my voicemail either.It’s a shame because the staff there is amazing, they’re affordable along with their in-house pharmaceuticals, so I can understand pursuing them as a provider if you don’t have insurance, are on a budget, and/or don’t have significant or potentially significant health issues. Otherwise I would never recommend this place to anyone. Multiple misdiagnosis cost me time and my overall health and has put me in a worse circumstance because my doctor preferred to dish out meds for issues rather than care about my actual health or listen to me when it came to my concerns regarding my symptoms.

Quick and responsive. Not your typical doctor making you wait hours in the waiting room.

I see Mike Eskew and I have never had such great care! He pays attention to detail, runs all the tests that are needed, never rushes me and found much better rates on my prescriptions!!

Dr. Cail is the best doctor. He talks to you like family. When he cannot help you his staff and him will find a way to get you the help.

Michelle Merrell, is so awesome , she takes time to listen to you about any medical problems , this place is awesome $69, a month, doctor day or night plus weekends you have to get a hold of your doctor , I love this place , staff here is amazing, friendly , caring plus, understand their patients , they just take their time with you.
