Dr. Goodwin is amazing with our twins! She has always been able to work us in the same day if needed! She is outstanding at what she does!

Dr. Goodwin has been absolutely wonderful in the past. We have been with her since she first established her practice. However, I will admit for the first time we are considering finding someone else. We left town and recently moved back. I had to wait 4 months to get an appointment with her for my son. The week of the appointment something came up and I tried to reschedule, I would have to wait another month. She has gotten so busy I don’t think she has time for her patients anymore. The receptionists are not what I would call polite and even though I am a physician myself - I still cannot get through to Dr. Goodwin to discuss problems. They wanted me to post my opinion, so here it is! Sorry it’s not what you hoped for. She would have gotten 5 stars a year ago.

The staff was friendly and very attentive. Dr. Goodwin was caring and concerned. If she doesnt have an answer, she will refer you to someone who can help you. She has personality and knowledge.

My whole family has Dr Goodwin as our PCP. We love her and would refer everyone to her!! She seems to actually listen and care and takes her time.

This is an amazing caring doctor. She seen something was not right with my mom and got her in for testing very quickly and to see a neurosurgeon and oncologist. We are so thankful for her. I really enjoy Dr. Goodwin. I feel as though she is very knowledgeable and listens to patients well. She has taken care of issues Ive had that my old PCP would not (such as restless leg syndrome). She never seems hurried or that the patient is a waste of time. I would definately recommend her to others. She is easy to get an appointment with and is very responsive to any issues that come up between appointments.

Dr. Goodwin has been my pcp since January of 2017. Shes very easy to talk to, and she listens when I talk to her. I feel very comfortable with sharing all of my health concerns with her. She always ask me how I feel about seeing a specialist and she will express her concerns if she feels that it would be in my best interest to do so. She has a warm, welcoming smile, and a gentle touch. Im so grateful that my daughter found her for me! She even calls me herself to discuss my results when they return.

I saw Dr. Goodwin for back issues and sinus issues. I got no help. I actually cried and she was very condescending. I went to Mercy and discovered that I have a stress fracture of my T12. I went to an ENT and he did a CAT-scan and discovered I may have to have sinus surgery. I’m 68 years old and have never been treated so poorly. My hope is that with experience, she will be more thorough and compassionate.

She is the best doctor Ive ever had. Smart, kind and an all around amazing person.
