Dr. Cail is so knowledgeable and takes her time to answer every question with thought and care. Because of the dynamic of her business, she is able to address every medical need I have and I never feel rushed. Her nurses are warm and welcoming and have lots of experience. Dr. Cail is incredible and I’ve never felt more comfortable in any doctors office. I would follow her across the state! Highly recommend this amazing trustworthy doctor!

Dr. Cail has been my primary care physician since she got out of med school! The first time I saw her I walked into the office limping and she took care of a very painful corn on the side of my foot and I walked out pain free! I recently had the same problem only on the other foot and I left that afternoon without any pain! I call her the Corn Whisperer! I have always found her caring and willing to take all the time necessary to talk with me. Even though I have great insurance I chose to continue with her when she joined the Primary Health Partners. For me it is worth paying the extra money so I can see a competent and caring doctor. And I love they way she shares her knowledge with so many young medical school students. As far as Im concerned she will always be my doctor. She is amazing!

Dr Cail is amazing1 She has been my doctor for 7 or 8 years. You can get in quick, you rarely wait longer than 5 min for an appointment,, she returns phone calls and emails and when I needed to be referred to a specialist, she led me to equally good doctors. Plus she has a great sense of humor! What more could you ask for???

I tried to book an appointment to have a combined flu shot with whooping cough shot for myself and family prior to having my third child. I was met with every excuse why they could not see me for something so basic. After expressing my frustration with all the nonsense thrown at me, I then told Dr Cail’s nurse that she was useless for not being able to do what turns out my kids pediatrician who’s office was two doors down was able to do what I was requesting. As if that wasn’t enough, Dr Cail herself had me banned from the clinic for getting mad at her nurse!!!! So not only is she a crappy doctor who refuses pregnant mothers basic care, if you piss her off she will ban you from the clinic for calling her out for their poor services and inability to provide basic care, like flu and whooping cough shots.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cails for over ten years, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. After several years of dealing with Mercys beurocratic policies, I was thrilled when Dr. Cail opened PHP.Getting an appointment is a breeze. Ive been seen same-day, and Ive been able to book days out (my preference). Upon entering the clinic, Im always greeted by the friendly staff and a clean, welcoming environment. I never wait more than a few minutes to be seen. Misty is so sweet! She bends over backwards to find appointment times that accommodate my schedule. Shes also the only phlebotomist in a year who has drawn my blood without making me faint! Nurse Nakia is amazing! She is a smart, compassionate nurse, and she genuinely cares about her patients. Dr. Cail is an expert in her field. Whether being treated for run-of-the-mill symptoms or an ongoing issue, she carefully considers every possibility, speaks with me about symptoms and lifestyle impacts, and offers a variety of treatments and/or solutions. Unlike other doctors, Dr. Cail spends a lot of time (half an hour or so) with me during my visits. She shows such a sincere concern for people, and she is so easy to talk to. Best of all, I can call, text, or email her 24/7. Direct access to my doctor!!Aside from the incredible staff, PHP offers wholesale prices on medicines and lab work. I saved $250 on antibiotics after my first visit -- no joke.I feel so blessed to have access to such a wonderful clinic run by caring people. Ive known Dr. Cail and Nakia for many years. Based on that and my personal experiences, I simply dont believe the negative reviews.

I have not seen Dr.Cail in a couple of years. Called to get an appt. and no response from the MA in 2 days. Same thing happened to my client no response from the MA that said she would call after 4pm each day. Not good customer service!!!! Love Dr.Cail but I would be looking for a new MA.
