I used to like this place. Its near my house and the women who work there were always friendly, welcoming, and seemed efficient. Also, when Id call to make an appointment, a HUMAN answered the phone. Since Hackensack Meridian took them over, I cant get a freakin appointment. I call several times and the computer-generated voice (after 20 minutes of gushing about how HAPPY they are that I called and how IMPORTANT my call is to them) tells me that the party you are trying to call cannot be reached. Leave a message. WHAT???? Im going to drive over and see whats up. My low stars reflect the fact that I cant get an appointment, NOT the staff or efficiency of the place, once I get in.

Technician Marwa is very sweet, compassionate and professional. She took time to explain the procedure to me better than the doctor and google! I did not have family with me, and she was kind enough to ask me multiple times if I’m doing okay or not. Very nice lady !

I called to make an appointment for an ultrasound and it took nearly an hour for them to answer. It’s unbelievable, considering its not the first time it has happened either. And when they finally answer even if you’ve been there before they ask you millions of questions that take appropriate half an hour if not more.

Thought staff and waiting time was very good. Very nice atmosphere and professional service. Thank you.

My nurse Karen was the sweetest most kindest person Ive met . It was my first biopsy , I was very nervous till she put me at ease. She truly took very good care of me . It was very comforting. Thank you so much

Told me that my doctor faxed over an expired prescription, finally found the correct prescription, then told me I was scheduled for two tests instead of one when I made an appointment for just one test, then told me all is good and they will call me in for the test, but its been over an hour, and I am still waiting!!

Staff was friendly and service good but expensive. Got high charge for chest x-ray 2 views $492 + radiologist fee out of pocket with insurance which is high compared to other providers

25 minutes waiting on the phone to schedule an outpatient ultrasound. Ill go somewhere else.
