I was very happy I chose Edison Medical Imaging for my MRI. The facility was extremely clean and sanitary. The team behind the desk were conscientiously sanitizing pens and clipboards. The waiting room was not full as they schedule appointments to keep the flow of people to a minimum. The technician was incredibly patient and kind. I unexpectantly got a little panicked in the machine and Ingrid came into the room and calmed me instantly. She was warm and kind and I was able to complete the MRI after that without any issue. Thank you Ingrid! I will definitely go back the next time I need imaging.

A very warm welcoming and great service. It was nice listening to music during the MRI. Instantly got the CD with the imaging. And the place was nice and clean.

Ladies at the front desk were very nice, place is very clean and maintained and the tech is very nice and make sures you feel comfortable.

Went on 6/23/21. My appointment was set up with Igrid from the front office. She set my appointment up same day and explained all financial details and contacted my insurance carrier to confirm benefits. She was polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The tech who took the images was Karen. She was extremely polite and wonderfully accommodating as I was in a lot of pain and she helped create the most comfortable space possible. Would definitely return if needed more services.

Ingrid was an Angel! She was so compassionate and understanding of my fear of being INSIDE of an MRI machine.She stood by side for an hour until the exam was complete. Shes has an amazing Soul! We need more people like her in this world! Thank you Ingrid! I will never for you what did for me! ❤️

I took my aunt to the get the MRI for her lumber spine, she has no insurance we called many places and they were charging crazy amounts. Then we happened to come to this place and there prices are amazing the service was great very clean facility very professional and kind staff. I highly recommend the Edison Mri to anyone looking.

It was easy and professional to check in. The large parking lot is a plus to the wonderful staff and facility that handles every situation thoroughly. The doctor made me feel welcomed and comfortable with the soothing music he was able to play for me during my mri scan. Highly recommend.

Office is very honest when they were running behind; super kind and professional! Special thanks to Ingrid, who saved me from my anxiety/panic attack while going into the MRI machine! She calmed me down and soothed me with kind head massage to relieve some anxiety! This girl needs a raise for how she handled my situation & I am sure of many others as well! Highly recommend.

Had xray and MRI of my cervical spine done with Edison Medical Imaging and felt very comfortable with the technician who helped me with both studies. The front desk staff were also great and helped me schedule an appointment very quickly. My ordering physician also appreciated the quality of the resulting images. They gave me a copy of my studies on CD before I left the facility. The reports made available to me afterwards were also very thorough. Excellent experience and quality studies at EMI. Thank you very much for your help in my care.

Ive been to this location twice for Xrays & MRI and both times Ive had an amazing experience.  The front desk staff is so welcoming and professional.  The technician Issac is so empathetic of ones situation.

The facility is amazing! The staff (Ingrid and Taha) are the absolute sweetest! They were so kind and made me feel at home. TOP NOTCH professionalism! The place is very clean and the 80s music while having the MRI helped me feel so at ease. Such a nice touch! I never write reviews, but they deserve it! They made the radiology visit so pleasant. I was blown away and would 100% choose this location for future tests! I wholeheartedly recommend!

Where do I even start. I’ve had about 7 MRIs done in my life. This place BY FAR exceeded them all. The staff from Issac, to Valerie were great. My favorite Ingrid, with her super happy sweet self, made my experience there so much better. I would never go anywhere were else other than here. Great team very professional. Keep up the great work. Wish I can give them a 10 star.

The facility is excellent. The staff (Ingrid and Martika and co.) are very pleasant. The professionalism here is superb. The place is very clean. They made the radiology visit painless. Why can’t all MD and healthcare offices be like this? Kudos to this center.

Wow, I a hard patient we I spoke on the phone I had to push back appointment because they had a mistake in the book so I had to come 30 minutes later I was not happy. They turned my frown into a smile. I said I hate doing the paperwork, The young lady Ingrid said she would help me but I had to complete the first two pages, The I was called to the back and the customer service I got back there oh my God was so amazing he made me a custom music play list so I could enjoy my lengthy MRI that I was having done. They gave me my disc right away! Then the offered me coffee and tea. The young lady that’s having a baby gave me a piece of cake it was so good. I will be back for the rest of my MRI Theris Wilson

Great staff. This was my first MRI. I was super nervous but the staff was super patient with me. They tried to accommodate me as much as possible to make the experience as comfortable as possible.
