I have been to this place twice and both times I was kept waiting in the waiting room for an hour. Both times I had morning appointments. I cant imagine how long they keep people waiting in the waiting room for afternoon appointments... They do not seem to respect your time here.That said, its a clean & modern facility.

Very poor quality of service of billing department ... not fit for doing business... they sent the invoice after 6months.. i made min 7 calls to pay the dues... still Im struggling to do so... if they are not competent to do the business give it to the able guys who can do the same... why are you bragging ?

Words can not express the anger I have towards this place. I had an appointment originally for Saturday October 24th. I received a call the day before because they had to reschedule. The new date that was given to me was October 31st, I then proceeded to tell whomever I was speaking with “you do know that is the 31st ... Halloween” they proceeded to tell me that they will be open on this day. It is now Saturday the 31st and I’m here outside of the office building and NO ONE is here. I was able to get in the building and go to all doors and knock with no answer! This is an extreme inconvenience for me because I had a very important family event to make this morning and I missed it because I had an “appointment” and because I do value my health. In the future when a new patient is making a point about a certain day, please double, triple check with whomever to make sure that your office is open! I am beyond upset because I hate wasting my time.

I went there earlier this year and had a great experience. They are very friendly and personable. They made the whole imaging process easy and made sure I was very comfortable. They were very informative and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

This facility is one of the best places I have been to. The front desk girls are friendly and are very helpful .. The Techs are great and make you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I just came out of this place after getting mris and xrays done. This was truly a fantastic facility. The staff was so very helpful and professional. Extremely polite and fantastic bedside mannerisms. Im glad I went here for my mri imaging.
