Dr. Przybylski is helping me through some ongoing spinal issues. He explains everything so I can understand and he genuinely wants to help me get better. He is amazing surgeon.

If you want to wind up paralyzed for life with wrong diagnosis, I suggest you go see this quack , he didnt care about nothing but getting money for an operation that he didnt even have a clue what was going on , the worst of the worst

I would like to thank this doctor for ruining my life, thanks for the denial for my surgery I needed so badly but you denied my proper care. To you patients that see him he works for Insurance Companies and sends out denials for care. I had 3 levels in my spine that are colasped into my spinal cord having serious issues, but this doctor denied my spinal surgeon to repair my spine that was 2017 and only allowing 1 level done, now Im having more serious issues with my spine because of this doctor. When 2 levels showed the same findings! This doctor does not know me or my history but felt he knew what was best, instead of my surgeon whose been treating me for 16 years. With his decisions and denials he created a serious issue.........

If I could give a less than star rating, I would. I agree with Donna Campbell, you dont know anything about the peoples lives you affect by your decisions that you are probably more motivated by the insurance company rather than the actual patients needs. I have been dealing with degenerative disc and nerve issues for over a year now and its obvious to those even without medical training that you cannot replace something missing in your spine back by physical therapy! My discs are practically gone, clearly visible per the MRI, and you think working out with a physical therapist is going to miraculously have them reappear!?! My wife is an 18-year Physical Therapist and shes never seen where a person has need a 5-level fusion before until she saw my results. And to top it all off, I received word via mail that you denied my coverage - 48 hours out from surgery!!! You have no idea the level of anger I have at this moment. 2 months from now, I have to reschedule surgery and reach the same (if not worse) conclusion - it should have been done two months ago!

This Nuerosurgeon is one of the finest in the world. He is extremely detailed in his analysis and there are only 2 nuerosurgeons in the United States I would ever consider sending family to or returning to myself. Dr Prsybilski is an amazing technician in the OR. He is the only Dr who wrote a correct incisive report on my extremely tenuous spinal situation. After 6 trips to the OR I would only have nuerosurgery with the Dr. My fortunate interaction and referral was while Dr was at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. My dream team would be he and Dr Harrop working on my spine together in the OR. I would rest comfortably with those 2 spinal surgeons standing over me making decisions while executing their craft. Dr Prybilski delivers outstanding bedside care.

Thanks to this doctor for declining my surgery, I have had chronic back pain for 15yrs with 3 Herniated discs and severe nerve damage. Its a shame that he think a underlying mental issue is the cause for ruptured and herniated discs.
