I got an appointment with Dr Bullo . I walked into his office in Edison . The front desk was very rude I said to myself as long as the Doctor is good doctor thats all what matters to me . As i walked into the doc office . he didnt even move from his chair to check me out to where was i having the pain all he said you are over 50 you must have Colonoscopy . its kind he was having a business buying and selling stuff . terrible experience . I would give half start if there is one available .

I am honored to have Dr. Bollu as our family physician. Being sick is never fun, but Dr. Bollu and his staff--whether through the ease of being seen (walk-ins are welcome), working efficiently on prior authorization for medications or procedures, or just having a friendly face and truly listening to patients needs--strive to get you back to optimal health quickly. He is one of the hardest working doctors I know, working daily in both Paterson and Edison, yet you never feel rushed. He takes the time to listen and examine you thoroughly and makes referrals when he feels it is necessary. I will never forget how I had a relapse of multiple sclerosis while my doctor was not in; Dr. Bollu just happened to be in the office, saw me and admitted me to St. Josephs hospital within 20 minutes. He made the effort to follow up on me despite not being my primary doctor at the time. He is not only an excellent primary care physician but also specializes in gastroenterology. He diagnosed and managed a long term GI issue that my husband was suffering from. Obtaining prescriptions is a breeze as he utilizes e-prescribing and promptly responds to e-requests for refills. My parents were former patients at Medemerge and were so glad that they made the switch to a real, compassionate primary care physician who provides individualized care. He truly changed our lives. I cant thank Dr. Bollu and his team enough.

I dont recommend this doctor at all. I visited him for Endoscopy and he asked me to do Ultrasound and refer me to other doctor. First they scheduled me for Endoscopy on 12/7/2019 and hospital confirmed, later i get a call from his office that hospital canceled and Dr. Bollus staff rescheduled again on for 12/14/2019 first they said 10 am later call in the week said timing is changed to 12pm and then again to 2pm; yesterday hospital calls and confirm the appointment and the day of procedure hospital calls tell me doctor canceled because he is already booked for the same timing they gave me earlier with someone else and Operating room is booked. I was really upset and finally Doctors Bollu calls me and lies on my face telling me he had to cancel everything because of me and when i confronted to tell him the situation that Hospital was on speaker with me with your staff to confirm said he has someone else scheduled on mine, he had nothing to say and started making excuses and blamed hospital for mess.There staff and Dr. Bollu is nothing but a time waste and not responsible and doesnt value other patients time.Worst. Highly Avoid. I wish i could rate him in minus.
