Dr. Sonia Deora is very friendly and understands our health issues deeply and guide very carefully. She is very knowledgeable and expert. Especially she manages thyroid levels very well.

Dr. Deora is great! She is very professional and cares about her patients.The staff in the front desk isnt helpful always... They dont answer the phone, and wont call you back even if they say so.

I picked this physician office because it was close to my home. When I came in, the staff did not acknowledge me. This was my first visit and they tried to charge me co-pay despite the fact that they have to give you a physical which is free because its preventive care visit. I saw with Dr. Sonia Deora and discuss my mental and physical medical history. I was surprised that they are very through in regards to a physical, which included EEG and breathing test. I requested for blood work for everything and was informed that if it came back normal; they want to see me again. When asked why, doctor stated to see if I had anxiety or depression; which I told her in the beginning. I noted that doctors want people to come in for co-pay and she stated I think you need to find another doctor because this is not a right place for you. I have enough patients and do not need your co-pay. I do not like a doctor to waste my time but Im a person who faces suicidal ideation and depression and needed help. Trust me you wont get it there.

Dr. Deora is such a great doctor! She has so much experience and knowledge. She really care about the health of her patients. I was always afraid of blood tests, and even physical exams, but not anymore, because she and most of her team make you feel comfortable. However, her staff is not the best... They never answer the calls, I have called over 7 times in the last 10 days, I left 3 messages but they havent call me back yet to give me my results of a test I had 21 days ago... It was supposed to only take 48 hrs... I guess I will have to go in person to get my results...

Dr Sonia Deora is amazing! She is a wonderful, benevolent, physician.She is truly compassionate & very intelligent. She really cares about her patients! My family & I love her so much! I have had many health issues & she has always been there for me. I thank God for Dr Deora!

Dr. Sonia Deora is great. She listens to your concerns and responds respectfully. She is sweet and caring. The wait time at the office is usually 15 minutes. But, its worth it. She is the best. I recommended friends and family to her. However, her staff is a different story. They seem dysfunctional. No one ever picks up the phone no matter what time I call and if they do pick up Im on hold for atleast 5-10 minutes. I left my name and phone number and I didnt receive a call back until hours later. Once, I went to pick up my blood test results and they accidentally gave me someone elses results. Dealing with her staff is highly annoying but the doctor herself is excellent. I been thru 3 doctors and I have to say Dr. Deora is fantastic if you dont mind dealing with her staff members.

Great doctors but staff Alex the girl receptionist is so rude and nasty do not recommend speaking to her ask for someone else she has no courtesy
