I loved the office, i didn’t see the Dr. because he was running behind so i saw his associate and she was awesome! Very detailed, honest and straightforward! However the billing person stunk. I was told after they saw me that someone would sit with me and give me all the details about the cost involved and that lady did nothing other than give me a piece of paper and gave me my totals without my insurance to top it off!!! Asking me if i had new insurance when I’ve had the same insurance for 14 years! Only postponing my procedure!!

In general all dentist in the rio grande valley are not looking forward the health of their patients I had very bad experiences with all dentist in the rgv and this was no the exception. I was never contact to confirm appointments I had to call myself even when the total bill was fully paid. The ladies in charge of the phone calls seem careless about the patients.

I was referred to Dr. Art Salinas today for a tooth extraction. I became comfortable with him and his staff from the get-go. The staff joked with me as I was preparing for the procedure. Dr. Salinas explained my options in detail and made it easy for me. He is exceptional and has an Awesome Staff. I will continue to see him for future Dental care.

I had an amazing experience. Everyone was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I was given the necessary. I went in for an implant extraction and bone graft. The dentist was very honest and informed me that the bone graft was unnecessary. I feel very grateful and blessed. Thank you all!

Dr Beltran is the most efficient practitioner Ive ever encountered. I loved her bed=side manner and i highly recommend her. She took the time to explain fully without being rushed, as I have experienced in the past with others. The office is amazing and their is very friendly. I am looking forward to returning for further procedures.

You can tell that Dr. Salinas and everyone in this office loves what they do; it shows in the quality of their customer service.If you need a periodontist with excellent bedside manner who is also personable and friendly, set up an appointment with them. Amazing staff and wonderful Dentist! I had my molars extracted here and they were so helpful and the after care was amazing they fully explain the procedure and what they’ll be using.. the entire time the doctor is talking so you forget about what he’s doing most of the procedure. I would totally recommend!!

Impressive initial consultation with Dr. Art Salinas Jr. DDS. He explained his assessment well and plan of care. All the employees present that day 08/23/19 were all professional and nice. I observed that they do their job well.
