So your posted hours are 7:30 am to 7 pm. We were just on there and were rudely told by the manager that you dont open til 8:30. The manager didnt care at all that the hours are incorrect online. Avoid this location.

Terrible- doctor over booked and my appt was supposed To be at 8:30 and she comes out 45 min later saying to come back in an hour and that she would call me when to come in.I never received a call and ended up having to go elsewhere because I was in pain that all I needed was anointment to resolve the pain. Terrible would not recommend

Took a routine urine test out of suspicion of a UTI... it has been 9 days, and still have not received results. Calling customer service only results in the usual corporate phone runaround. Think twice before coming here.

Great visit today with Ruth Mule. She took her time time to talk about my issues and gave good advice. Would happily go back and see her.

Took my son for a strep test at the CVS minute Clinic on York Ave in Edina.Did everything we were asked to do in order to see the physician.Registered at the kiosk around 6:45 and received a text message that the wait was 27 mins after waiting 40 mins the PA came out of her exam room and said I am sorry we are not accepting any more patients tonight since we are closing in a few mins. (7:30 pm)We confirmed with her that we registered and showed her our name on the list and that we have been waiting for 40 plus mins.She blamed the system and again told us we are closing and I will not see you tonight and went back into the exam room and shut the door.Very disappointing and shows just how little they value their patients and customers.

I was having an issue with my ear and Kira was very helpful and had great suggestions.

Went to this minute clinic thinking I had a bad cold but with a test they administered it was determined that I actually had Influenza A. (Yep) The female nurse practitioner at the Target Minute Clinic on York made several on the spot recommendations for me like to purchase a sinus clearing saline spray and Mucinex while she prescribed theraflu and an albuteral inhaler. Felt 90% better within a day!I would absolutely suggest coming here for those whose symptoms relate to something they treat (See list on website). Any low grade fever flu/cold is something they can treat. When it comes to mid grade fevers (101.5 F- 103F ) you need urgent care but emergency room is better.Lastly, minute clinics do not prescribe antibiotics; however, they can prescribe things that usually work just as well. That flu was testament.Updated: Also great with kids who panic before a shot

I would never use the clinic again. Apparently taking phone calls was more important than seeing a patient. I had to wait 45 min until she was done with your call. I was the first in line.Eden Prairie clinic is much much better.

I had a terrible experience at the Minute Clinic at CVS (one block away) the day before. Kimberly, the doctor there, couldn’t figure out my insurance, never asked me how I was or what was wrong, and sent me on my way without helping me or saying she hoped I’d feel better. After a call to my insurance company, encouraging me to try the clinic in Target, I decided to try it. Kira Snedden came out to greet me before I even finished signing in! She was friendly & helpful & cared about my illness. She gave me an accurate diagnosis & prescribed appropriate medicine for my Bronchitis. I will definitely go back to this Minute Clinic!

Horrible service. Came in with my 4 year old daughter to get her checked for a sinus infection, the First Lady told me to come back in an hour when she could be seen. So we hung around until 3, then went back talked to a lady with glasses and shoulder length brown hair who then told me my daughter couldnt have a sinus infection because kids dont have sinuses!!! We finally got a hold of her Doctor and asked about that, she laughed and said kids absolutely have them. And sure enough my daughter had a sinus infection!! If you work in a clinic and offer medical advice and turn a sick child away, you should know what you are talking about!!

I have always had a great experience here. They listen and take the time needed.

Went in on Sunday for a throat culture - they sent it out, well now its Friday and nobody let me know if I have strep or not - so stupid. Tired of waiting on hold everyday I call -

Every time I go there its exactly what I need it to be. Strep/flu tests, the PA is good, and it serves our needs well.

Was the first one in line at the clinic and was there at 8:00 right when they opened. Doc showed up at 8:30 meaning they could see no patients. Then when I was called back to get a shot I was told that the door where the vaccines was broken and would not be fixed for up to four hours.

Ok, some people have said the lady at the front is not helpful/knowledgable. They nailed it. Disappointed.

Currently they are not taking any inbounds calls. Waited on hold 3 times for 30 minutes. Will not be using services again.

Would not give me the option to sign up for the wait list online, when I got there I was then quoted a 25 minute wait. It ended up taking 1 hour. I would not refer to this as a minute clinic.
