We have 4 family members currently in PT (2 ACL tears, 1 fractured hip and 1 shoulder surgery). All work with Jake Foley. He’s a phenomenal PT! Highly recommended! We also meet with a strength/conditioning coach (Luke) and he’s been wonderful.

This is the best place for rehab if you have had rotator cuff surgery or any other. They truly believe in your recovery and getting you back to normal. Im a golfer and Brandon is the best Physical therapist there is. Hes certified from the PGA and worked on me to get me playing again. I also worked with Sara who also was a huge part in my recovery.Trust me this is a best place to go.John

The Black lady that works at the front desk was very polite and good at her job. What’s her name by chance?

This company does not care about its patients, or put in any effort to help them. Do not make an appointment with this place if you are from out of town because they will CANCEL IT ON YOU 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT WAS SUPPOSED TO START. Absolutely horrible place, with horrible service. The receptionist acts nice on the phone but dont be fooled- These people seemingly go out of their way to waste your time and money!!!!!!

This isn’t a review of this specific location but a review of TCO overall. The automated phone system is cumbersome and lengthy. It is hard to get ahold of a real person to schedule an appt, double check any information, or call with outstanding information (I.e insurance details). For PT they don’t send reminder texts the day before the appt, which all other professionals in my life do so I’m surprised that TCO PT doesn’t. I gave up trying to get PT from TCO when I showed up at the Eden Prairie location to find out my appt had been incorrectly scheduled for the Edina location. A reminder text (Or email confirmation) would have alerted me to the error and an easier phone system would have allowed me to correct the mistake. I’m also disappointed there isn’t an option for virtual visits (when appropriate) to discuss results of tests with the provider. To sum up, I’m going to try my luck with OSR in Eden Prairie for PT and so far I’m hopeful that it’ll be more customer-friendly because it was much easier to get an initial appt scheduled.

Experienced transforming results for Rotator Cuff Injury at TCO - More diverse therapies used than any other PT Clinic! A painful and debilitating Rotator Cuff Calcific Tendonitis landed me in the care of Brandon Schomberg, DPT, SCS.Brandon has a phenomenal gift of accessing and developing an individualized treatment plan and applying innovative therapies to promote healing, reduce pain and restore range of motion. Each visit, Brandon devoted significant time to multiple soft tissue therapies: Trigger Point Therapy, Manual Stretching, Dry Needling and Cupping (loosens muscles and increases blood flow). Dry Needling was used to loosen restricted muscles and break up the calcification – getting to the source of my pain! Dry Needling is a drug free and non-invasive therapy - a great alternative to steroids or surgery! Brandon also prescribed new exercises each visit to challenge and adapt to my progressive strengthening. The care at TCO far exceeded my expectations!I am pain free, range of motion restored and returned to cardio and strength training classes at my club! Transforming results at TCO!

I once came here for physical therapy and the second time I brought here my brother, when I was here for the first time I felt like nobody wanted to help me at all, I severely injured my shoulder and needed decent treatment and all they were doing was just to get me out there as soon as they could, what sort of doctor does that? I guess they only treat the rich people nicely. Had I know my brother was scheduled to get his treatment here I would take him somewhere else. On top of that we had to wait for an hour to be Helped pathetic.

When I got in yesterday at TCO it was a joke. I told the nurse I went to ER Tuesday night (36 hours ago) because I couldnt breathe cause my BACK hurt so bad. I was surprised for my first visit I wasnt scheduled with a MD either (or even a PA). I was scheduled with a nurse. I respect nurses. But for a first appointment I thought I was scheduling with a spine specialist because thats how it was advertised. I was literally in and out in about 15 minutes once they took me back to my room. I didnt even see a doctor at all. After getting through intake with the first nurse the second nurse came in and spent MAYBE 2/3 minutes with me then told me they were going to take an Xray. Went back to the xray room (again feeling very rushed) took three angles and was ushered back to my room. Within two minutes nurse number two came back in with my xrays. I didnt even have time to grab my phone out of my purse it was that quick. She basically said everything looks fine, go get an MRI. Theres no consulting with anyone else? Or even spending 5 minutes looking? How could you have looked things over that fast? I started crying because I was hoping to get some sort of answers, sympathy, bedside manner... anything? I am in SO MUCH pain. The nurse looked at me while I was bawling basically just handed me a tissue and said we will look again when we get an MRI and someone else would be in to schedule it and left me there in tears. She didnt look or touch my neck for more than 10 seconds and zero where my current pain was. I told them the majority of my pain right now was in between my shoulder blades... they only took Xrays of my neck? I get that my neck was my initial concern but things have changed since I made my appointment. I brought this up to nurse number one and she just shrugged and said Maybe she thinks your neck is causing the pain in your back?I cant sleep, do my normal activities etc. Disappointed is an understatement in the service and care I recieved here.

Aircast Air-Stirrup Light Ankle Support Brace on Amazon $34.99 billed through TCO, over $248.55. I know health care providers charges are higher but I really dont appreciate this and now theyre hounding me for payment. If I had known ahead of time I would have just ordered the item from Amazon. I will be making payments to pay it off but wont be going back to them.
