Profile by Sanford has been a great experience so far. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They are wanting success for you just as much as you want it for yourself. They are willing to help you achieve your goals with no judgment. The shakes are great and you surprisingly get to eat more then you think. I have been on the Profile diet for just barely 2 months and have had major changes so far. I highly recommend everyone who is wanting to lose weight to check Profile out. This place will change your life if your willing to put in the effort and work. It’s not just a quick fix. It’s a new way of life.

Ive been a member at the Eden Prairie location for 5 weeks now and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The weight loss plan is simple; every couple of hours you get to drink a shake or eat a protein bar. At lunch and at dinner, you have an extensive grocery list of food to create a meal for yourself. You will see changes ON and OFF the weight scale that will blow your mind.The absolute best part is the weekly coaching sessions. They focus not so much on how the weight loss is going but focus on how the LIFESTYLE change is going. It is awesome learning how to make better and more sustainable food choices, how physical activity can be anything and not grinding everyday at a gym, and that when you recognize physical and emotional changes from within, there isnt anything you cant accomplish.

The program woks! I’ve been incredibly pleased with my results so far by using the Profile program (lost over 11% body weight in under 3 months). Haley my coach has been wonderful to work with, and the program is very easy to follow and does a great job at preventing major hunger pains that can lead to a detailed plan. Huge fan!

The staff is extremely helpful and nice, and the program works very well. I’ve only been doing it for 6-7 weeks and I’ve lost 32.4 lbs. That’s maybe not common for everyone, but it’s easy to follow and I’ve actually enjoyed doing it rather than dreading it. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

I love meeting with my coach Ali. I have had coaching sessions with most of the coaches at the Eden Prairie. They are all awesome. I started my journey May 1, 2019 and have lost 60 pounds. WHY did I wait so long to become part of the Profile family? The best thing I have every did. Thanks to all my coaches but Ali is always in my head. Great advise, great support, great nutrition classes.

Lori was fantastic! She really listened and got to know me! I did not feel rushed, she gave me great suggestions and she really listened to me and answered all of my questions! I felt there feeling really motivated and supported!!

The Profile by Sanford Eden Prairie store is so welcoming and I love how they display the latest holidays and challenges on their front table.I joined on Jan 30 and every time I have come in for my one on one coaching I have met with a different coach and they ALL have been helpful, inspiring and focused on my journey! It is refreshing that you can feel their encouragement and support. I have lost almost 20 pounds in less than 2 months and loving every minute of it.

Update a year and a half later.I am still going strong with 2 pounds to goal. 120 gone so far. I still go every week and cannot give the coaches here enough praise.They are all awesome in their own ways. If you are looking for a program for a true lifestyle change, this is one I cant recommend enough!!The personalization of this program really works for me. Sitting down with someone one-on-one and talking things through and creating plans gives me a solid direction and purpose. Everyone here is great, Ive had sessions with many of the coaches (shout-out to Lori, Ali, and Abby!) and they are all very knowledgeable, helpful and supportive.Update now 2 years, reset my goal, and trying to figure out how to maintain a good balance. Coaching continues to be key.
