I am so pleased with my results! I was able to understand the ‘why’, which enabled me to stick to the plan. I lost weight and I feel so much better!I honestly want to share it with everyone because it has been life changing! So happy with results and highly recommended!!

I gave this review a 5 star without question! Their expertise, knowledge, research behind nutrition and supplements and living a healthy lifestyle is solid! I took the wellness class and learned so much! The cost of the class held me back for years but I regret that now. It is worth every penny!!! So dont hesitate! Take the class. You will learn things about food and nutrition that you didnt know. And it is things that will help you every day with nutrition that is easy and practical and very do-able. I also use one of their nutritionists (Marcie) and she has been extremely helpful with continuing on this lifestyle and also with practical every day nutrition help so that I can continue my healthy life and goals. So this place and ALL their resources are amazing!
