The person I was on the phone with was really rude she had no need to be. I will go elsewhere if it continues.

I arrived at the pharmacy at 440 on sunday to pick up a prescription. There was one vehicle in the left lane so I pulled up behind it. Shortly after a vehicle pulled into the right lane. Another vehicle then pulled up behind me locking me in my place, 2 more cars went through the right lane while I waited in the left lane. After 20 minutes I pull up to the window right at 5 and the pharmacy staff puts up the closed sign in my face and then proceeds to stand in a circle and talk for 10 minutes completely ignoring me. Ive never seen such blatant disrespect. I will be switching pharmacies.

They dont have enough people working there..

This pharmacy were once my go to but lately the pharmacy has been just making mistake after mistake. From refilling cancelled prescriptions to not cancelling the order when I refused it and charging me for it to the most recent thing being they called me on Friday to remind me I had a script to pick up. I told them I was aware and planned to pick it up over the weekend because I had not needed it yet and the week was crazy. They told me they would hold it until the following Tuesday. I went to pick it up on Sunday and they didn’t have any prescriptions for me! But of course, it was my fault. She told me it would take another 20 mins to get it. I told her I would pick it up tomorrow and she subtly reminded me the only hold a script 7-10 days. Ok- so if I come on day 8....will it be there? And nowhere in my reminder calls or texts does it state that. I could go on about other recent incidents but this is long enough.

Awful customer service!! I waited 2 hours for a prescription, to be told when I arrived to pick it up that they were all out of the medicine and I would need to drive across town to get it at a different pharmacy, When I expressed I was not happy and wish I would have received a call to let me know this, the lady helping me started talking about me as I walked away to the pharmacist. I cannot believe how poor the customer service is here and will be searching for a new pharmacy.

Started in January to get the information input correct and still cannot get the staff to do it right. Very poor service!!

Good Pamacy lots of supplies and supplements

Their text notification system is worthless! After two texts telling me my refills are ready, I get there and am told only one of three are actually ready. Not the first time. I will be pharmacy shopping, not like there is no competition!!!
