PAC Maryam Messforosh is very unprofessional and lied on our medical report!This would be the second bad experience that I encountered within a year or so trying to have my children seen.PAC Maryam Messforosh doesn’t even pay attention to what you’re telling her at all. The two things she thought it was, had already been things my daughter had been treated for but she was more interested in writing up a prescription for ointment for something she doesn’t even have. She was unwilling to hear us out and to be “challenged” on what she thought my daughter had after staring at it for all of two seconds and told us she doesn’t need to deal with this when we were pleading with her to understand what we were attempting to communicate and she also said she would not give us a correct summary of the visit.She even went lengths to ask if my daughter was our child and told us the same useless information just to push us away because of a full lobby of other patients instead of hearing us out after we waited two hours like everyone else that day. I was told to wait outside for the summary after reading and realizing it was incorrect and after waiting a hour I had to leave because my daughter needed to eat lunch or I would have waited. I called back and they said it would be emailed. 10/22/2021 is the day I took my daughter and to this day I still have not received her accurate report stating the condition of her skin.

Ms. Fletcher there was super nice and amazing. Other then that, they do not answer the phone. I have called over and over today and no answer at all. I have tried every phone number I could find and it just rings even though the paperwork says any questions call the number. I have also emailed and registered with the lab. Nobody has emailed back and the lab takes two more days to post results. I need this information by tomorrow morning and I cant access it.

Other than the wait, it was fantastic. Dr. Charlie and staff were gracious and caring. Never had anything like this happen to me, and I feel far better about the foreseeable future than when I got there. Still a bit to go, but, yep, even my primary doesnt anymore give this kind of service.Top Notch!

Was seen 20 minutes after checking in and the doctor knew exactly how to help me. His assistant who took me back was great, very friendly and seemed to like her job a great deal. When youre in pain like I was sometimes a smile and knowing someone cares is priceless....theres no medicine that can achieve that...thank you...I forgot her name and hope she gets this message.

Always prep to wait 3 hours. EVEN IF YOU SCHEDULE AN APPT. I was here for a DOT physical as was about 6 other people and a sprinkle of randoms. All walk ins according to the Solv app. Yet, I waited as if I was a walk in. I hate clinics so much.Update:Still hate how long it took despite my appt but the doc is awesome. She’s very polite and thoughtful. 5 stars to home girl. Sorry I didn’t get your name 😅 the people are fine. My complaint is the system really.

Everyone was pleasant, professional, and caring at a time when I was feeling miserable. I appreciate all they did to help me.

The receptionist was excellent. Follow up phone calls were pleasant and efficient. The office wait was much longer than expected even with an appointment. However, the staff did respond and react when I expressed the need to leave do to another commitment.

Other then the wait everything about the doc’s inn in Easton was great. The nurse and the doctor listened to me they didn’t rush me everyone there was working and not sitting around. I was actually tested and not sent home with the same results as when I walked in. The experience was by far better then the experience I had at the doc’s inn in my own town. I’ll be traveling to Easton from now on.

I went to Your Docs In for a routine drug screening for school. I had to sit in a waiting room full of covid patients, because the occupational person closed early.I got treated well but feel an hour wait for a simple test was a bit much.

PA was excellent and very thoughtful. Got Medicine right away and I felt confident in the diagnosis.

A little long with the wait. All medical staff were great, kept me informed of everything that was being done.

Despite all the testing they had me in & out in an hour!The front desk lady was very sweet & the MA who tested me was quick and painless!Michelle

The staff is really unprofessional and you will almost always have a 2-3 hour wait. I checked in at 10am for my 10:20 appointment and they canceled my original appointment and scheduled me for a later time without my knowing. Then I waited for 3 hours. Very very disappointing. I will never return here.People here DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! I could hear all the people in the back talking about other patients and giggling instead of taking care of the other people they have out here sitting and waiting for hours on end

Very weak and needed a wheelchair. The ladies quickly got me settled and made sure I was ok.

Facility is very clean, Dr Benham (sp?) and staff were all pleasant - appointments are easy to make online although they also accommodate walk-ins. Needed a COVID screening test which was handled very efficiently.

Nothing worse then feeling bad. I came in struggling to catch my breath. Left feeling so much better. Thank you Mr Charlie and Shelly Shorter. You all are amazing!!

I am still extremely angry and upset by the treatment my autistic partner and I received at Your Docs In on route 50 in Easton, Maryland yesterday.After a nurse confirmed my partner was suffering from dangerously high blood pressure, whomever the practitioner was, (he did not give his name or level of certification to us), came into the room with an obvious attitude of suspicion. He didnt smile and was very unfriendly as he asked me weird questions like youve been here before, havent you tried to bring your friends here in the past?In fact, Ive been there several times before over the years, but always on my own, and I had no idea what he was talking about. His strange, hostile line of questioning continued as I tried to explain my partner was so scared he was almost completely non-verbal and I was there to help facilitate communication, and he just needs to bring down his blood pressure....The man then said I dont KNOW you, I dont just TREAT people I know nothing about.In retrospect... Excuse me? Isnt that exactly what your job is?He kept pressuring my partner to answer him directly at which point my partner started to have an autistic meltdown. I apologized and explained he couldnt help his outburst, but that he still needed treatment for his life threateningly high blood pressure. The practitioner told me to leave. Im not going to put up with that kind of hostility.My partner and I were both crying at this point and even though I explained once again about his fear of doctors and said Im just trying to save his life, we were turned out into the street.I later called to get the name and title of the person we saw and they refused. I was connected to an answering machine for the director of operations who never returned our call.I will NEVER be returning nor will I be recommending this place, and I will be doing all I can to lodge a formal complaint.

I had a severe left ear infection related to a moler or wisdom tooth in rear of left jaw pain was severe wouldnt wish that on my worst enemy if I had one the staff was professional curtious and simpathic to my issue the doctor was caring polite and very much interested in eliminating my pain so after and examination and a description on the problem was prescribed the the nessassary medicine and refered me to a dentist they were extremely busy but Im very much satisfied with my visit thank you docs in

I went in for worsening of a diagnosed issue Id been dealing with for months. My doctor never sent me for any kind of imaging or followed up with an orthopedic doctor. The doctor here immediately told me to follow up with orthopedics and gave me an oder for an MRI. He stated that the problem was not what my doctor diagnosed. Im very happy to finally be sent for the things that should have been done months ago.

Docs In is by far the most efficient, the most professional, and friendliest medical facility to visit for medical emergencies, and covid-19 testing.The staff focus daily on safe distance, and a germ free environment.Plus you do not have to wait 4 - 8 hours to be served.

Pleasant office with staff to match. Ty, was helpful with every step of the process. Provider and nurse were personable, very kind. Overall experience is a 10+. I live on Kent Island and will travel the 30mins again.

I have been to this medical facility several times over the past two years and I always am impressed with its staff, Physicians, and general ambience of the office.I reaffirm the above statements on December 5, 2020.

I had an appointment today at “Your Doc’s In” Easton location, and my experience was horrible. After the appt, I sat in the parking lot sobbing because the nurse, North, who gave me an antibiotic shot at the end did it so fast that my left glute is so sore I can’t sit. I’ve had many injections in my glute and I’ve never had someone rush that much.From the beginning the appointment was terrible. The woman, Jenna, at front desk was beyond rude and snarky. In my opinion, no business should have an employee who acts like that working at the front desk. Further, I arrived at 3:55pm for my 4pm apt and it took her until 4:20pm to check me in, so 3 people became ahead of me in line (2 of whom were walk in’s without appointments). I asked her about why my check in time registered as 25 mins after I actually arrived. She barked at me that she had only just been able to get to putting my paperwork in her system to register me (the paperwork was 1 page and literally only entailed my address, phone number, emergency contact info, and insurance info). Furthermore, I had input my insurance Info and photos of my insurance card when I registered for the appt at home. Her tone of voice alone was enough alone to make me not want to come back, on top of thehe wait, which was 45 mins in just the waiting room, and I had an appointment. Wait time should be based on the arrival time of the patient (especially if they have an appointment), and not when the front desk administrator has time to add the paperwork.Then after the doctor saw me, he told me someone would come right in to give me a antibiotic shot and then I was discharged. I just kept sitting in the exam room and even got a survey to fill out as if my appointment was completed. I finally went into the hall to find someone to give me the shot. I was told she’d be right there, and again just kept waiting.Additionally, exam room #2 door doesn’t close at all, which is not great for privacy.Go to one of Easton’s other urgent care facilities. This was a horrible experience.

Slow wait times to be kicked out of exam room by practitioner. NP on duty barely listened to my symptoms or concerns before immediately deciding he knew what is wrong with me. Flash forward 12 hours and the meds he prescribed made me sicker. I will not be returning.

The person at the front desk was relatively discourteous and did not appear to understand how health insurance works. I was told, “I can’t find your insurance company in the system, so we can’t bill them.” She refused to call the claims submission department of my insurance company to ask how to bill them and repeated they would not submit a claim. The following is taken directly from the Your Doc’s website:“If your provider is not among those listed below we will submit the claim with the understanding that it may be processed under out-of-network benefits.”Needless to say either the website is wrong or the staff member was, but regardless I did not follow through with my appointment. Would not recommend.

Not once have I gone to any location an the visit was less than an hour. Todays visit took 2 and a half hours for a physical. If the office cant handle walk ins then make sure the patients know when they come in about the extended wait time.Also why does a doctors office have to have so may notices on the windows you cant even see who you are communicating with.

This is a followup to the review posted by Jennifer Kelly two weeks ago re the Covid test she had taken and never received results despite multiple call-backs and ignored requests. My insurance company was charged $235 for these tests that were taken and results never delivered to Jennifer or the family. Even after Jennifers review she received no response from the clinic; I shall be following up with my insurance company for this scam of insurance fraud undertaken at Your Docs In. Avoid this place at all costs...lord knows how many vulnerable individuals they have taken advantage. Im surprised theyve stayed open this long.

I’ll start off saying that everyone was very nice and helpful when I came in. I was very nervous cause I was there for a covid test. Normal wait time and they made sure I understood everything that was going on. The issue I have is that I got my test on November 29th and now today is December 20th and have still not gotten results. I have called several times. Third time I called the receptionist told me they didn’t know why my results weren’t in. She was going to leave a note for the manager and asked me to call the next day. So I called the next day and had to leave a message. Then called the day after with no answer, didn’t leave a message. I waited a couple days and tried calling again. When I got through to a person they sent me back to answering the automated message questions at the start when you first call. That was the last time I tried calling. I’m lucky my boss was understanding with my situation and let me come back after I quarantined with no symptoms. I just think it’s a bit rude to not even call me back giving me a reason why there aren’t any results. Like I understand if my test got lost or something. Just tell me so I know. Things happen. I just think there could have been better communication. I’m probably not coming back. I will repeat though, everyone was very nice and helpful at the time I came in.

Although my appointment was booked in advance, I waited much longer to be seen; with only one other patient ahead of me this visit. I wasnt seen by a doctor, but a P.A. instead, who was barely attentive to my symptoms when described and didnt order what I believe to be all appropriate imagining studies necessary. He also attempted to give me a shot of a prescription which was just reviewed during triage this visit from my medication allergy list as having an adverse reaction to and has been documented in my chart for years prior ~ at this same facility/ location. Then, the P.A. wanted to debate the validity of this allergy, claiming it was the same as Ibuprofen; when in fact it is not. Due to this blatant lack of caring & compassion, complete disregard to patient safety and utter incompetence as medical professionals, I will not be a returning patient; nor will I recommend anyone else being evaluated or treated here. I will also be reporting this incident to MBP, Joint Commission and the Maryland State Medical Board.

I visited Your Docs In Easton, MD Dec 19th on a weekend away from my home in PA. My work place requires a covid test for travel. I created a patient portal on the assumption my test results would be posted there for my convenience/access. 3 wks later, I have not received my results and have called multiple times!

Have used the Easton office on several occasions and always have good experience.On line appointment procedure was easy, wait time was minimal, procedures to minimize COVID issues in waiting room were good, receptionist was professional and pleasant, the physician was knowledgeable and personable, “good bedside manner”.

Not following Covid precautions. This office required a patient with known extended Covid exposure to sit in a small, closed waiting room for an hour with 9 other patients. They did not give pre-screenings or tell the patients to wait in the car.

I went to Your doc’s In after work today expecting a long wait and crabby staff. I had the complete opposite expertises. I left feeling well taken care of by friendly and truly compassionate people. Had a DOT physical.. was very satisfied.

I had a beginning indication of gout. Went YDI, waited less than 10 minutes. Doctor saw me, prescribed meds and two days later Im pain free. Ive had gout previously. It lasted nearly 2 weeks.Thank you YDI.

Went to have a covid test everybody was great there, thought it was free then got a bill for $50 why is this not right.

The doctor was wonderful I received very good care the problem I had was when they faxed the prescription to Walmart they only facts to but I had a copy of the prescription at the doctor gave me and I was able to give this to Walmart and they went ahead and filled for 3rd prescription
