Impossible to contact anyone here. Phone extensions do not work, and when you finally get thru on one, nobody answers. Then if you leave a voicemail, you may get a reply a week later, or not at all. My labs were lost, and I never got my results. This facility if very poorly managed, and I do not recommend it.

Never in my life have I ever been yelled at by a medical professional I did everything that I was told to do by this office then to be told that it wasnt there problem and go back to the hospital or urgent care when the hospital report said I had multiple problems and was told by them that it was not in the report I have proof it was given to me. They never answer the phone it took me over 45 minutes to get a hold of them on day one then I was supposed to he called back and nothing then again I had to call over and over again until I finally had to call their Baltimore office to call them for someone to call me back. I have never gotten a called back from them or an appointment reminder call this is the only doctors office that doesnt call you back about anything let alone reminders of appointments. The wait times are always over an hour after your scheduled appointment time but they actliked they dont care I have been going here for a very long time and they can never keep a physician there I have gone through at least 5. I understand they are a small office but i have never been treated so unprofessionally to be yelled at on the phone they are very unorganized I will never go back there and would advise anyone to do so I have a friend that has experienced the same unprofessionalism and had to have a surgery rescheduled because they messed up.i have also had problems getting referrals and had to postponed a procedure because of inefficiency I was a very loyal patient and have referred friends there and was embarrassed by what I heard but enoughs enough do your job stop blaming and getting mad at your patients or find a new line of work!!!! Or go back to school on how to deal with patient relations

If you call, you can plan to sit on hold for at least 15 - 20 minutes; when someone finally answers, he/she will transfer you again, for an additional 15 minute wait. The staff looks frumpy and unkept, that includes the receptionist, tech, and LPN or Doctor. I wasnt able to get through on the phone to make an appointment, so I drove 20 miles to the office and went in to make an appointment. There was not a soul in the waiting area and the girl at the reception desk was on her cell phone. The appointment was made, but when I asked to have a referral to an ENT specialist, the girl could not find the form. She looked in filing cabinets, different rooms, and finally, I had to leave because I had my mother and grandson waiting for me in the car. I went home, found another PCP and made an appointment, all in less than five minutes! One last thing, at my first appointment, the triage room was so small that only you and the tech can fit into the room. If a person needed to take their aged parent or partner with Alzheimers. you would not be able to accompany him/her into that area.

Chase Braxton Does Not Care About Peoples Health, I Have Been On Pain Medication For Many Years, Due To Many Health Issues,Yet The Nurse Susie Feels She Has A Right To Tell Someone They Dont Need These Meds, She Doesnt Walk On My Legs, She Doesnt Live In My Body, She Thinks I Shouldnt Be Able To Stand Up Being On The Amount Of Meds I Take, Well Susie, I Am Raising A 2 Year Old Baby, I Have Neck & Back Issues, Not To Mention Neouropathy In Both Of My Calves, So Who Are You To Tell Me What I Should Be Taking, Ill Tell You Who... NOBODY, But This Will Probably Not Be Seen Because They Wont Let It, But You People Who Think Your Helping Arent Helping Me, & They Wont Even Call Me Back, Very Professional Of Them, Huh.
