I went to PF because I had slipped on water in my home on a Thur & thought I had only hurt my shoulder... By Sun excruciating. I went to PF. EVERY SINGLE PERSON was amazing! I checked in on their computer & painfully sat down. An amazing man helped me out of the chair. THANK YOU PF! SO EMPATHETIC, SO KIND, SO GENTLE!

I’ve gone here before and had a decent experience but this time was terrible. First, I was sitting there for a long time waiting to be checked in, and when I was finally called back they said there was an error and thought I had already been checked in. I will say that the woman that checked me in was super nice though. Then I get called back and the nurse was also extremely nice. They say they’re gonna do a rapid covid test and it should only be about 20 minutes. I sat there for about 70-80 minutes before anyone even came back to check on me/give me my results. I could have been dead in that room and no one would have even noticed. I heard other patients come and go as I sat there feeling forgotten (I truly think they did forget about me). I wanted to walk out. Then the doctor comes in and tells me my test was negative (finally) and I start giving her my symptoms. I felt she did not listen AT ALL because I had to repeat myself several times. She showed no sympathy and couldn’t give me an answer. They did some blood work and basically said there was nothing more they could do. At this point I’m in tears and she says she can do an EKG. I declined and was told to sign an AMA form before I could leave. Then I get a letter today stating to call “as soon as possible in regards to a condition update”. I call and they claim they just wanted to “know how I was doing”. I found it comical because they didn’t seem to care while I was there. They claim to have called before but didn’t leave a voicemail. If they were so concerned they should have left a voicemail- no PHI would have been shared if they called out of courtesy to see how I was doing. The letter freaked me out making me think they found something wrong, too. I truly would not like to go here again but they are so close and convenient. I just truly hope I never see the same doctor and they’re more vigilant about checking on patients.

My partner went in with signs of a potential heart attack. Inside of making sure she was seen in a speedy fashion, they asked her to settle a bill she was in the process of paying and to make a down payment to set up a new financial pay back plan. 0 compassion and for all they know, she could have been on the floor in a matter of minutes. This place is designed to make money, apparently practicing medicine is a distant second after getting paid. Disgusting.

I am very disappointed with the level of disregard I was given today. I drove 2 hours to get here to have a TB test read while on a camping trip away from home. The check in guy told me I cant do anything because I cant pull up your chart he was so INCOMPETENT he actually could not find my name in the chart and sent me home knowing those TB screenings have strict 48-72 hour parameters. When I finally got home and went back to my local patient first they were shocked and upset by this employees sheer lack of effort and pure laziness. Thanks for nothing. Train your employees better!!

I took my son here with a throat ailment, didnt have insurance. They charged almost THREE TIMES what other clinics do in the area. My son was seen by a doctor who insisted on doing not one, but TWO covid tests?!? When we left, we were no closer to knowing what was wrong, the only thing the doctor said was that the rapid test was negative.BUT WE KNEW HE WAS NEGATIVE BEFORE WALKING IN THE DOOR! Meanwhile 2 weeks later we get a SUPPLEMENTAL BILL for another $80+?!? Clue in, people. Youre NEVER getting that money. Awful, awful doctors. Completely incompetent. Ridiculously expensive. Avoid no matter what!!

The rapid test is not rapid. Weve been waiting on results for an hour. The staff is quite friendly but be aware that you wont be in and out in 15 minutes.

I have gone here before to get tested for COVID due to exposure and it was fine. I tried going today because I was exposed by two people with COVID at my work, and got turned away because I didn’t have any symptoms. I am vaccinated, but I can still carry COVID and that is what I’m worried about. They gave me an address to a pharmacy 5 minutes away without telling me that when i get there their test would cost $50. I was not going to spend $50. I guess I will just go to work and risk infecting someone’s family member and killing them. That’s totally fine I guess.

First, female doctor rushed my COVID positive husband out the door with no antibiotics after complaining of brown and yellow mucus coming from his lungs. He went back less than an hour later to see another doctor at the same facility who took an X-ray of his lungs and found pneumonic infection. Medical malpractice at it’s finest!

All aspects of Patient First - from first notification that you are there, to check out at the end of your visit, is efficient and effective. Tasks are well defined and you dont wait long to be called in for whatever you are there for. Highly recommend they are used for non- emergency visits when you cannot get to your doctor.

Dr. Prestosh was so wonderful with my 5 year old daughter who dislocated her elbow . He was so kind and was able to put it back in place quickly not causing her any more pain or distress! We couldn’t thank him enough . Everyone at patient first were so kind and caring. Thank you !!

First I encountered a person that was new and took forever to check my son in. Next, we were left in the room for over an hour just to be confronted and informed that the check-in process was done incorrectly and I was asked to provide my insurance information again! Now my injured son cant be seen until the check-in process is correctly injured. And we waited some more. We checked in the first time at 8:15 and finished at 11:30.Ive been coming here for the last 5 years and this is the worst experience and its unacceptable. I wont ever recommend this place to anyone. Theyre bad bad business!

Be very aware that the name should be Profit First because they see patients as dollar signs and nothing more.I had a virtual care visit via my insurance company. The physician told me that I needed to get tested for COVID. I went immediately to this location for the test. When they registered me, I told them that I was referred for a test due to COVID symptoms. They registered me and called me back to see the physician on duty. He told me that my lungs sounded ok and that I didnt have a fever so a COVID test wasnt necessary. Keep in mind that no one at any moment told me that they werent testing for COVID at this location and that I DID NOT ask to be treated for my symptoms. I was charged for the examination, which my insurance company did not cover.My symptoms got much worse over the next 24 hours and I once again had a virtual doctor visit via cell phone. Again, the doctor told me to get tested for COVID, so I returned to Patient First to get tested. The procedure was the same. I stated that I was there upon referral for a COVID test. They registered me and called me in to the examination area. When I saw the doctor, she decided to run a battery of tests. When they all came back negative, she told me that I should get tested for COVID and referred me to their Bethlehem location. I told her that I was there for a COVID test. She then, for the first time, told me that that specific location wasnt doing COVID tests.THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME THAT I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERENT CONDUCTING COVID TESTS. Rather than to be up front and honest and lose a sale, they unnecessarily registered me in order to charge for the visits and all of the lab work. Once again, I did not ask to be treated but only to have a COVID test. I went to the CVS near my home and paid nothing to have a COVID test, rather than to drive all the way to Bethlehem to be tested at another Profit First location.Ive spent hours trying to get Profit First to rectify the unnecessary costs for procedures that I did not request. They absolutely refuse, stating that they didnt treat me for COVID, when that sole purpose of my visit was for COVID testing and no other reason. I didnt ask to be treated for my symptoms but just to be tested. They were the ones that decided to experiment with diagnosing something. The entire episode in futility resulted in their referring me for COVID testing. Then, they stated that because I chose to get tested at a pharmacy rather than their Bethlehem location, they couldnt mention the COVID testing referral.My insurance company was covering all COVID-related referrals and all visits that resulted in a referral for COVID testing. Profit First made no reference in the coding to COVID, neither that I had gone there to get tested nor that they had referred me for testing so my insurance paid absolutley nothing.This was the second time in two years that I went to this location. Both times, after running a battery of expensive tests, they told me the same: We dont know what the problem is. If you get worse, go to the hospital. Otherwise, follow up with your primary care physician. So both times I walk away, no better than when I arrived, owing for lab tests that I didnt request. And, both times, when visiting my primary care physician to follow up, my doctor told me that they didnt forward the notes nor the results of the tests so, in essence, I paid for follow-up visits for no reason.

This location is very clean and very professional! All the staff from the front of the building to the back are all welcoming and respectful of the patient needs. They have a good parking lot with easy access to it and out. I recommend this location to ANYONE looking for medical help. Great!

Wonderful location. Felt very comfortable and was in and out in 30 minutes! I called at night and I was told to come right in! It was such an easy and quick process to be seen. I wish I had thought of this as an option right away! I had been sick for almost 3 weeks and my family Dr. wasnt helping me , I took the test and was negative and then they wanted to do it again ! I suffered for almost 3 weeks because of it!( Mind you I was never seen yet in that time period by my family Dr .!! It was all phone and sending me to get tested and waiting!!) My significant other was worried and decided I had to find another option, and Im glad I did at Patient First, where truly , the patient IS FIRST! Thank you!

This was my first time coming here and it was honestly best experience Ive ever had in a doctors office. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. You completely misrepresent your COVID-19 testing services on your website. I would’ve just stayed home.If your self paying, it’s not free and you have to have an appointment… On your website it says there’s no charge, just walk in. I don’t mind paying, but you’re staff couldn’t answer basic questions that would help me figure out if this was a legitimate service or not.You should just write on your website that it’s not free… That there are costs related to administering the test of about $200 and that you don’t know the difference in accuracy between the rapid testing and the lab test.I have a test scheduled at CVS in a couple days, and I would’ve just stayed home were it not for the information that I saw on your website.

Patient First at this location has misdiagnosed me twice. In the fall of 2018 they said nothing was wrong with my foot - Coordinated Health found it broken.A month ago, I broke my shoulder which is nauseating. They didnt find a break, and have no meds. Just deal with it until you see an orthopedic. Orthopedic found it broken.Theyre quick to bill you too, with short deadlines for payments. I will pay this bill, then next time risk my life going somewhere else.

We use Patient First for all our non-emergency after-hours visits or when we are not able to get to our primary care facility. It allows us flexibility to obtain the quality care we need without having to wait for a scheduled appointment. They communicate illnesses/injuries and treatments to our primary care physicians so that our records are complete. They are more affordable and more efficient than the emergency room for later evening care. The staff are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and the facility is clean and well-managed.

I recently went here for Covid testing. I have to say that this was not a good choice. We has an appointment for our family of 5. We arrived, and waited over 30 minutes just to get checked in. All of this information could have been entered somehow online prior to arrival. The process once inside was great. Both nurses that help us were awesome. After, not so much. Their portal gives you no information once so ever. I received a text message about one of my children, and they age was wrong. We all had our tests done at the same time, and we have one back. I recently went to CVS in Easton to have a test done. Their process was drive-thru, straight forward, and took a total of 10 min. This test was also done on a Thursday, and I had my results by Sunday morning. It is now Monday afternoon, and still have no answer. I will not be going back here to get tested again. I would hope that this review would help to get the check-in and post test process tightened up.

This was my first time going to a Patient First facility. I was traveling out of state and was, therefore, unable to see my family doctor. While my condition did not merit a trip to the emergency room, neither could it wait until I returned home. Everything about this place impressed me. The staff -- from the woman at the front desk who checked me in and took my insurance information, to the nurse who took my vital signs, to the doctor who examined me -- were all efficient, professional and personable. Each took the time to explain carefully what they were doing and answered all my questions. The facility itself was clean and modern. I experienced minimal waiting time. Although they have the ability to fill prescriptions, they explained that it might not be the least expensive of my options. In my case, based on my insurance, it was cheaper to have my prescription filled at a local pharmacy. I would not hesitate to use Patient First again.

I can barely breathe I had a balance on my account and instead of asking me if I wanted to pay that balance off. the reception is runs to the back to get a nurse to tell theres nothing she can do unless Im seen by a physician. but why not ask me if I want to pay off my balance instead of running to get the nurse then when you come back into the room you go that was quick did you get everything you needed. I need to see a physician but thank you for recommending me to the next best place! I understand it was slow today and I must have ruined your relaxation and chatting time you guys were having but paying attention to the patient is number one

This is the worst place i have been too. For blood work and simple test 6 hours later . daughter was fasting from 10pm the night before and 6pm she finally gets to eat plus mind you she is diabetic. Please do not take family or yourself there. They also have it posted that cause of covid -19 they clean every 15 to 30 mins. I was there 6 hours and not one time did they come into the waiting room and clean chairs or anything. Again place is horrible .

I was not going to make the trip- i was going to spend the day drinking water and flushing out a UTI which was very painful. My partner brought me straight there and the staff were so kind, considerate, intelligent, helpful- the gave me an immediate prescription and contact for future symptoms- while the doctors offices in this area can be so rude and help so little- this is one place the community can count on for immediate care.

Love this place! I was in and out with my medication in 45 mins. This is a one stop place. Registration was quick and easy. The doctor saw me almost immediately after that. He too was quick and diagnosed me instantly. After seeing him he brought me my medication less than 2 minutes later. I will return here again.

Front desk staff: 0/5 stars.Medical staff: 5/5 stars.I went today in the morning for a leg injury. My experience is based on the front desk staff coordinator. She was very unprofessional, rude, and racist. I’m not a US citizen, so she asked why I’m here in the US, in a very rude manner. Then, she said, “ isn’t whatever you are doing available in your country?”. People sometimes ask me the same question but not in this belittling, unprofessional way. She marvelously then put down wrong insurance information and claim my insurance doesn’t cover PF expenses. Luckily, I have been in PF clinics before, I know that my insurance covers 100% of all expenses. I politely asked to speak to someone else, and she claimed she was the supervisor. I asked her if she could call my insurance and verify. She was not cooperating at all. It is so sad that one ignorant, and uneducated individual ruin the whole reputation of a good clinic. I will never visit this place again. Went in with a work related injury. Same type of injury I was treated for in February. I wanted to same treatment (being that it worked) as my last visit. The doctor refused. I wasnt asking for pain medicine or anything, despite not being able to sleep because of the pain. Just needed to pressure relieved from my hand, which is them simply putting a small hole in my nail. Im currently still in extreme pain no thanks to these guys.

Been going to Patient First for years and always have had good experiences, however, my experience yesterday was less than desirable, will not go into detail, but a lesson on proper bedside manner on one of the nurses on that day would be greatly beneficial, when you choose to to use a facility like this , you would expect a certain level of compassion, it is a shame the actions of one can change the opinion of what were many great experiences on previous visits... its not like I am limited to other clinics like this are not nearby, .I will not be returning.

Walked in today with possible bronchitis. Great service, saw a doctor in a very timely manner. Also, as I have a really crappy health insurance plan(even though I’m a Veteran) the Doctor worked with me to get medication (cheaper brand) that I could afford. I was very pleased with the visit. I’ll go again anytime.

The wait time was next to none and the entire visit flowed very effectively. I will use Patient First again if needed and would recommend their services to anyone needing them.

Went to Patients First today and they were beyond cordial and pleasant individuals from the person checking me in, to nurse, doctor and person at check out. I will continue to go here without a doubt. Had to write a review b/c the negative reviews I see do NOT depict the service I have received every time I come to Patient First.

I got sick and couldnt get into my regular doctors office. They were very nice at Patient First. I was able to see a doctor quickly and also get medicine. The staff was very nice and professional. Will definitely use them again.
