This is a great place to visit. When I reserve an hour, I get an hour unlike other places that only give like 45 minutes for an hour massage. The price is fair. I love my massages. My awesome massage therapist listens and helps me feel better. They also take covid serious. I was more of a message place jumper until I came here.

Today, I visited Health & Harmony for the first time. It had been a while since I had been for a massage. Based off their glowing Yelp reviews, I scheduled a 60 minute massage with Louie. Absolutely fantastic. Louie was very friendly and personable. He asked what issues I was having and what my preference for pressure was. I definitely will be back.

My first experience and it was a mother and daughter day and she blessed me with this massage for my birthday 🎂 🥳Shes my college student and we dont get much time together with her busy schedule . It was very relaxing, the ambiance was wonderful and peaceful. We loved our first full body massages ( we giggled alot lol) and I will forever remember it. ❤ a must go!

This place is great. Ive gotten a half dozen massages from Louie and I highly recommend him. I like heavy pressure working out knots and he does a great job! Love the ambiance so peaceful. And pricing is very reasonable. All in all a great value!

Fantastic from beginning to end! Great health and safety protocols. But the massage service was incredibly amazing. Did a couples massage with my mom. We felt extremely completely comfortable the whole time! I highly recommend and definitely will be returning!

I am always impressed with the service I receive at H&H! The building is stunning! The young man at the front desk is professional and friendly. They offer aromatherapy during your appointment and complimentary tea, which is just perfect after an hour of pure bliss! The massage therapists go over every little detail to ensure they focus on the areas you want and that you’re getting your preferred pressure. Louie and Andy are absolutely amazing. If I could give 10 stars, I would!! I will continue to recommend this place over & over!

Everyone at the office was so welcoming and Sheela is amazing! I have issues with sensory processing and get overwhelmed if too many senses are stimulated at once. Sheela was great about turning off the music and heated blanket during my massage. Definitely will be booking another appointment soon!

Andy did a wonderful job with my massage. He targeted the areas I was feeling the most tension at and did a deep stretch toward the end too. He was very sweet and gave great feedback on how to relieve pain in the future. The atmosphere of the place was calm and relaxing as well. Highly recommend!

Absolutly wonderful experience every time! The most amazing pregnancy massage ever with the option of a pregnancy pillow so you can lay on your belly! I have been a repeat customer and have not found another facility that can even compare! Book your massage... you wont regret it!

I had the best massage today by Andy. I’ve gotten many professional massages but this is the first where my back pain was actually alleviated. He helped me stretch my lower back (I was trying to get that spot for weeks!) and was great at listening to any feedback. I recommend Andy, but, based on other reviews, I don’t think you can go wrong here!

Girlfriend loved it! Besides the chanting the gentleman was doing after her massage💆‍♀️ she said she didnt mind it but was definitely a curveball! Great atmosphere with great people.

I have been going to health and harmony for prenatal massages. Emily is the best therapist I have had anywhere Ive been. Her attention to detail and really listening to and addressing my concerns/aches/pains/etc...is exceptional! They mean what they say, when you pay for 60 min, you get 60 min hands on, they do not take time away for changing and the brief consult at the beginning.

My massage therapist, Andy, was kind, compassionate and incredibly healing. I walked out of our session feeling like a new human and able to show up in the world lighter and brighter! Best massage I’ve ever had by far. Thanks, Andy!

I have visited Health and Harmony several times to help alleviate back and muscle pain. Despite seeing many different professionals, I have a great experience every time. They always target the specific areas that are bothering me and make sure to mention stretching exercises that I can do to prevent the pain from coming back. I highly recommend this place!

My husband surprised me with a 60-minute prenatal massage at Health and Harmony with Ashley for Valentines Day and it was AMAZING! Ashley is so warm and professional; she really took the time to listen to my wants and needs and delivered a fantastic massage! The pregnancy pillow and wedge that Ashley used allowed me to lay on my belly, which was just heaven. Truly, it was the best massage of my life. The Health and Harmony building is beautiful and cozy and has so much character. I cannot thank my husband enough for the lovely surprise and cannot wait book another prenatal massage with Ashley later in my pregnancy!

I went in today for a last minute massage and had one of the best experiences of my life. I got out of work last night and knew I needed a massage ASAP and luckily found H&H online and somehow they had an opening TODAY. So not only was I able to book my appointment literally less than 12 hours in advance, but the service was amazing and so fairly priced. Everyone there was so great, the environment is awesome, and my massage therapist Akala was awesome. It was probably one of the best massages of my life. I’ll be back very soon!

This practice is absolutely a blessing! Dr. Danielle is wonderful. Her staff is great and the products are awesome. It is a very comfortable nice looking atmosphere. She gives fantastic adjustments and there is no hassle of insurance. You will be pleased.

Every thing about this location is amazing. Every nook and cranny is the home of a corbel, pleasing palladium window or thoughtfully designed accent. The Aromatic scents fill the olfactory senses. Subdued Music fills the ears. Homeopathic therapies and treatments are also available.

Ive been coming to Health & Harmony for five years and I cant say enough good things about them. First of all, the staff is AWESOME!! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Kim and Sheila are fantastic massage therapists and Daniele is an excellent and thorough chiropractor, and in addition to adjusting you will work on some stretches with you as well. Unlike some offices where I often times didnt feel much of a difference after my visit, I always feel an immediate relief of any muscle or spinal issues after visiting H&H. Every visit is truly worth every penny, though the pricing is very affordable too (even for a college student) and they work with most insurances. And lastly, their new office is great! Definitely would recommend 👍👍

Ashley is a skilled, responsive, warm, reliable, knowledgeable, and helpful massage therapist. Her main concern is always her patients. If she is applying too much pressure, tell her and she will adjust. (Im a wimp!) Best massage and treatment from a massage therapist I have ever had. I highly recommend.

Dr. Daniele is awesome! She tries different approaches/techniques to help relieve your pain. Ive been to other chiropractors on and off for 12 years, but Dr. Daniele is one of the best ones Ive seen so far. If you are looking for a new chiropractor, I would highly suggest her. Shes personable, honest and she listens to your needs as a patient.

Ive been going to see Kim at Health and Harmony Massage & Wellness for over three years now after spending nearly two years searching for a massage therapist who was not only professional and talented but also knowledgeable. As a graduate student and a runner, I had my share of musculature problems, and Ive yet to leave from an appointment feeling anything but relaxed and refreshed! Theres no skimping on your appointment time, and focus is given to the problem areas you specify. Ive been taught specific stretches to do at home in between sessions to help my muscles, which I do regularly. The membership program cant be beat, and I didnt stop with my appointments once I got pregnant. Ive had a really easy pregnancy, and while there is obviously variance across each expectant mothers experience, I can honestly say my biweekly one-hour massages have truly contributed to my positive pregnancy experience! Kim and her team are absolutely amazing, stay up to day on training and techniques, and provide high-quality care!

Kim and Sheela are both fantastic! They do a great job of adjusting from deep pressure to get to those really nasty deep knots I get in my back and shoulders to lighter pressure where less intensity is needed. Kim has even taken the time to show me stretches and techniques I can use at home to help reduce tension and back pain. The 90 and 120 minute sessions allow for both targeted, intense therapy while still providing a full-body relaxing massage. Their location is easy to find, comfortable and safe. Im excited to hear that they are adding a second room and increasing the evening availability!!

Ive been going to Kim for five years and I cant say enough how much Kim has helped me. She cares about me as a patient. Not only has she helped me with my neck and posture she has recommended procedures done by other professionals (which has helped).
