Sarah was absolutely wonderful! By far the best massage I have ever had. We talked about my concerns, aches and pains prior to the massage and she was very attentive to those areas of concerns during the massage. She applied the perfect pressure on areas that really needed it and was gentle yet firm overall. I loved that she spent more time on my neck and shoulders since those were areas I had the most aches. Ive had massages that, even after talking about areas of concern with the masseuse, did not spend nearly enough time on those areas. I came out so relaxed and felt so much better. I cant wait to go back!

Dr Greene is awesome. My wife and I have had a lot of back issues build up over the years, but each visit here brings us a step closer to full mobility. We are special cases though, I would expect most people to be good with one hour long appointment.

Had a great massage with Corey. Very nice clean facility and such great and friendly service. I couldnt have been happier with the massage and the service in general. The appointment was easy to set up online and they responded to my email questions. Absolutely will recommend to anyone who asks AND I will be back myself.

Love, love, love this place! Meridian Massage & Bodywork gives off a very welcoming and relaxing vibe, and they offer a ton of different massage services to pick from. They also sell essential oils, which is cool, and their prices for everything are super reasonable. I also think the way they do their scheduling is really convenient.For my first visit I did a 90 minute Thai massage with Allyson and it did wonders for my stiff hips and legs. If you read her bio on the MM&B website, youll see that she has a ton of training--and from the quality of my massage I would say it really shows. My experience was fantastic, and Im sure Ill go back in the future to try out their other services!

I had the absolute pleasure of having a massage with Allyson today. I was promptly welcomed as I entered the building with a smile, the massage was amazing. Her pressure was perfect, but she made sure to check with me periodically. It was exactly what I needed for relaxation as well as working through some muscle tightness I have been having. Her technique is amazing, she had incredible intuition with where I needed the massage the most. I especially loved the Ashiatsu part of my massage! I left feeling incredible!! Definitely give Allyson and Meridian Massage a try, you wont regret it!!!!

I have been to numerous Lansing area massage therapy providers. This one is the best, by leaps and bounds. Alison is incredibly technically skilled. I rarely even mention my problem spots, because she finds and fixes them on her own. Prices are as good, or better, than others who are doing lesser work.

I am very pleased with Allyson and the service she provided me. When I first went to her, I was in a great deal of pain to where I couldnt sleep. I couldnt turn my head, and I was unable to perform my job properly. Within 30 minutes, she identified the muscles which were the issue and treated them fully using her myofascial release. I could tell immediately that she had done a great deal of work to my muscles. Within a few hours (typical time frame of myofascial release), I was back to my old self! I cant thank her enough, and I highly recommend her and her team.
