I just moved to the area literarily 3 weeks ago, If I could give them 0 I would give them 100 zeros, this place and corporation is horrible can’t believe the way it’s managed. There is no proper customer service from the register all the way to the back. They input my insurance info incorrectly and stood there arguing with me that I had out of network insurance and instead of double checking the head person stood there and argued with me. The pharmacist asked to see my card again and did what should have been done from the beginning, hold and behold it was input incorrect. This is a very unsafe practice. I rather drive to my hometown till I find another pharmacy that practices in a more professional and safe environment.

Drive thru is horrible now. They are doing COVID testing and the line is crazy. I went to pick up one prescription, got stuck behind two cars that were doing COVID tests. Spent 45 minutes in line and could not get out due to cars behind me. They should not allow this. They should get test, drive out and do test, get back in line to drop offThis is unacceptable and CVS should remedy before they lose me as a customer.

Have never had such a bad start of the morning.Had been to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription medicines and a lady called Fabiola handed them over to me.There was loud music and some announcements going on in the store which made it difficult for me to hear what she asked me.She got back so rudely just to say she asked if I wanted a bag.Like really?Who wants your attitude right at the start of the day?BTW have always come across good pharmacists.

Every single CVS refuses to listen to me when I tell them not to automatically refill my prescriptions---I even have it set on not to renew on the app. This is a CONSTANT issue. I also tried to call them but they hung up on me, and then I called back and sat on hold... Attempted to call the pharmacy 4 times, finally answered after being on hold for 15 mins.

On Friday dec 18th I went through the drive through at 1pm to get a covid test and the women in the drive through was an absolute pleasure. Being my usual silly self, she said I made her day. Little did she know she made mine too. God bless her and many prayers for strength for all she encounters in that drive through and store

This is not your typical pharmacy! Along with pharmaceutical products, great cosmetic selections( always one if my favorites) they have everything from selections that are for all holidays and seasons. You can do one stop shopping if you have a school project, stationary, cards, gifts, wrapping papers and so much more! The store layout is very well designed with large signage hung above, as well as very organized!Their pharmacy is very organized and they have a private consultant area for prescriptions information and immunization shots. They carry medical supplies and equipment.Once you get past those sections you can find all the groceries, paper goods, drinks, snacks, and even a frozen sectionGreat do it yourself photo area with room for more than one customer at a time as well as service person visible and present to help with your questions.I love that they give coupons in there circulars as well as except manufacturer coupons.I have always have very good experience in this location!I also l like to see they hire young adults, as I know how hard it is for them to find jobs! Being a mom of two young girls who are having a hard time starting off in the working world.Good customer service! Thank you all for always a welcome visit!

#Covid19 # TestingAvoid going to CVS for Covid-19 testing, I think they have one person in one lab somewhere outsourced testing all the samples collected in NJ. Nothing else explains 14 days of waiting and no sign of results. Their help-line does not take your calls either. This is a waste of time, money and a complete lack of respect of the customer. And this is in NJ where he situation is not dire. And their website said results in 2-4 days when I took it, now it says 5-7 days and nothing accounts for the actual delays.

This cvs is big. It has a lot of cosmetics with different varieties from famous brands. There are a lot of products for hair and skin. There are good varieties of body lotions, body wash, etc. Chocolate there has good prices especially if there is an offer. Beverages there have good prices too. There are toys, cards, vitamins, etc. If you have coupons the prices will be cheaper. There is a pharmacy there too.

I was having an issue with my online pharmacy Express Scripts (HORRIBLE). They gave me the run around, hadn’t mailed my Rx yet so I’d be without my medications about a week and they basically told me it’s my problem!! The pharmacist here really saved the day! He told me that what they told me was unacceptable and he said he would take care of it...in 5 minutes Mathew Manzi (the pharmacist) called me back and told me to come in and get my prescription!!! I had called Express Scripts 4 times where I was hung up on, spoken to rudely, and overall not treated very well. This is a pharmacist that truly cares about people and he is a credit to his profession and to CVS!!!!

My bf had called to see if his medicine was ready because online it said he has one. He spoke to a women named Paz and and she was very rude. The head pharmacist had told him that the 6th he could pick it up which would be today. When asked why it wasn’t filled she laughed at him and couldn’t give us an answer. On top of that she cursed at him and when he asked for her name so that we could call her he cooperate office she said “i have no problem with finding a new job.” My bf had none left and needed for a tonight while explaining all of it this Paz continue to laugh and said it was “too late” and they couldn’t fill it anyway. He pays out of pocket for all his prescriptions and always used CVS. Needless to say the way he was treated was very disrespectful. If this is the type of people CVS looks for in a person especially working in the pharmacy my bf and I will take our business somewhere else. I am beyond myself with this lady. Laughing, cursing, and then HANGING UP ON HIM!!! Completely inappropriate behavior. Never ever had a problem with CVS before but after the way he was treated tonight i will Not be doing any shopping there and or fill prescriptions. Or at least at this CVS

If I could give it 0 stars, I would.Items are over priced, anything that is perishable is always either a week from the EXP date, or already expired. The milk was ALL either past expired, or within three days of being expired. And to boot, the staff doesnt seem to care about the store or you, the customer.Do yourself a favor, and go to another CVS, Walgreen, or other convenience store in the area. There are about five that are within ten minutes of this one. You will regret not driving the extra ten minutes, if you shop here.

My daughter filled a prescription at this pharmacy. They wouldnt accept the insurance card even though my information was in the system. She didnt have the separate prescription card with her so she paid full price for her meds. Weve been going to CVS for years and never had a problem until this store opened up. They had my previous address but not my prescription card information? It was 1:00PM on a business day with no one else on line. They could have called the 800 number on the back of the insurance card and they would have confirmed the information. Simple solution that has been done before when weve left the prescription card at home Instead, they charged her full price for the meds and now I get to wait weeks to be reimbursed.

1)Terrible service in Pharmacy. After multiple experiences where the pharmacy couldnt find my prescription, me having to call back and forth between Drs office and CVS pharmacy, and the pharmacy just couldnt get the spelling of my name right as there was an Y in first name instead of I. Then saying I and my Drs office spelled my name wrong was excuse is just idiotic. Ive had my name my entire life and seen my Dr for 10+ yrs!2) Since the wait for prescription is usually very long I tend to grab other items I need. Unfortunately, the majority of the items like bacitracin, and similar out dated. When bringing items back to the pharmacy members, they look at me like Im a rebel rouser and say they will take care of it very curt like. (1 & 2 happened in 2016)3) My most resent issue was May 2017 when I went to pick up my prescription that had been a 0 copay in the past. This past time it was $20. When asked why, answer was poor. thats just the way it is, my coverage changed, new insurance. None of the above is true. Nothing changed and no thats just the way it is doesnt cut it.Upon looking on line at my insurance coverage, I discovered my copay was indeed 0 as it had been in the past. When I called the CVS pharmacist, again, he said thats just the way it is. What kind of answer is that?? And what did you do with my $20?? Are you ripping off everyone?? I will try my hardest to NEVER use this pharmacy in particular and CVS in a whole.#TerribleCVS

I dont understand why they even have a pharmacy. Ive needed my prescriptions filled at the Greenbrook location with no problem, I have called to ask if they had the medication I need for chronic pain and I notice the whole tone of the interaction changes.. The Doctor Shoppers have made life hell for people with chronic pain and who have legit prescriptions because pharmacys like this look at you like your a drug addict and frankly Im sick of being treated like a demon seed. I called to ask if they would have enough pills in stock to fill it, a courtesy call I make, well without even asking me what type I need she tells me The woman who orders the pills wont be in until tomorrow If I had asked for Lipitor it would be a different story. You pharmacists need to understand that chronic pain is no joke and stop lumping us in with junkies. Im sick of the attitudes. I need them to be able to walk not to sell nor to go home and throw a party. I dont want to take them but after 3 failed back surgeries I need them. Thanks for nothing.

Wow, its funny how im reading these reviews after just now having my second worst experience with the Female Pharmacist who is supposed to be a lead pharmacist, what a joke and another female technician. I am stupid to have gone back there again. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. As Bush would say point is, you see, cant fool me again, lol. They are soo rude and shrewd, its horrifying to see how ppl can work with not only customers but patients in the way they do. And i dealt with different ppl from last time, its too comical. I went in through the drive through at 8:35 pm, so i take it they were shrewd bc they want to get out of there. But honestly, this is a sad trend amongst the entire pharmaceutical industry. They are too busy maybe, i dont know. But thats still no excuse to treat ppl like their are absolutely nothing. And my problem is, i dont take too well when ppl are rude, ill let them know about it. So there was a big scene to say the least. Now, there was a shoft supervisor who was cool and calm and he ultimately helped me. His name i believe was Cassiano, a cool dude. But it all started with the lead pharmacist telling me, 1, I have no refills and 2, my mothers medicine has to be picked up at another cvs, as if a cvs to cvs transfer doeant exist, lol. So i called her on her bluff and since i came correct, as much as they didnt want to fill the meds, I walked out with everything i went there for in the first place. So that says a lot about that store, the so called lead pharmacist and another pharmacy technician. The store, at least the pharmacy side is a joke. Cassiano was the man and best believe, im going to call the head store mge or GM. That store has to clean house and change their ways. Im now going to take my business to a small friendly pharmacy. There is no place in this world for rude and shrewd ppl who dont want to help paients. The worls is messed up as it is and at the end of the day, i too am tired from work and want to go home to my family. And if ppl want to continue to be nasty, well, i can bark back to. Cuz, as Redman would say I aint havin that.
