Extremely rude. Checked in online waited over an hour and a half for service just to be told the store was closed. Used to be my favorite location. Girl with the short black hair learn better customer service skills.

Great service & was very quick while doing a great job

Stylist misread the little profile sheet. Instead of 1” all around she started cutting with a #1. Stopped her but it was too late. My hair looks like Gibbs on NCIS. Mistakes happen but all they did was give me the $2 senior discount for the worst haircut. The profile slip causes more problems than it solves. It’s not the fist time the stylist focuses more on the slip than what I am telling them. I’ve had good luck at the meridian shop.

Really great. Nice they open at 8am. Theyre taking lots of precautions with COVID. All employees wearing masks. They were very accommodating with my choice to wear a mask also.

Greg did a great job on both my boys, hair! One has very straight hair and the other a cowlick or two with some natural curl to manage, and both hair types came out looking fantastic. I will definitely head back to the Eagle location for haircuts again!

Super friendly staff. Definitely do the online check-in you save so much time from waiting. Was pleased how my sons hair was cut and by the person who did it. I would go back.

They dont really care who you are or that you are a loyal customer. As long as you show up and pay they are happy. Ask for anything out of the ordinary and its a NO! Its a shame as this store is in a good community and they would secure a long line of business if they cared! They may consider words like, welcome back...good to see you again...etc!

They cut my hair too short and they made it uneven and slanted! I asked for three inches off and they did seven!! Definitely not what I asked for! Will never go back!

Dont go here!Im not even sure how to start but I went in for a haircut, I have medium hair and wanted an angled haircut with some layers.They dont even wash your hair just spray it with water! That should have been my first clue to run from there but she seemed nice and I decided to give it a chance.Upon getting home and washing/blowdrying hair I couldnt believe my eyes:( It was chopped up so bad and uneven!, looked horrible I had to go to another salon to try to get it fixed ASAP. I wish I took a before photo. Im so upset. How one can butcher nice hair like this is beyond my understanding.I feel bad writing this but I needed to leave this review for other people to know:(When I was leaving she kindly offered to come back if anything was wrong but no way id go back to have it fixed and make it worse. So upset I could cry:( I had to have it cut even shorter to fix it:(
