Kady has done my hair now for about 5 years! She is fabulous and I LOVE having someone I can trust with my hair. She listens to what I’m wanting and it always turns out amazing! At this salon you are treated kindly and everyone is very friendly. They take care of their customers and strive to make their routine clients happy. When I got married, I asked them with 2 months notice if they could do my bridal party hair. They made it happen and Vanessa did a wonderful job! I thoroughly enjoy every appointment I have here.

I was very pleased with the results of my haircut, style, and color. Makayla was sweet, friendly and professional. I was in the salon in April and Im still getting compliments on my hair. I will definitely be back, Ive got an appointment in December.

I got my hair done by makayla, I have 3b curly hair, and I’ve never trusted anyone to cut let alone color it, but I was very impressed and pleased with the outcome. I got highlights the first time but I think I’m going to come back now that I trust someone enough to handle my crazy hair and get a balayage.

I had my hair cut my Malia. She was wonderful and did a fantastic job layering my hair like I wanted. My hair feels so healthy and easy to style. Love this salon’s friendly, inviting and relaxed vibe. Looking forward to future appointments with Malia!

I would have given 5 stars if I wasnt charged $15 more after I redeemed the Groupon I paid $40 for a haircut and botanical treatment. Nicole was awesome! She did an excellent job! Her customer service was superb! The front staff were inexperienced with the groupons and it caused a lot of issues. The manager refunded my $15 additional charge 3 days later by phone and everything was resolved. It seems the front desk didnt know how to use the groupons properly.

Lexi was awesome! I told her what I wanted and she did exactly that. My hair was very dry from bleaching it for years. It was time to give my hair a rest. Lexi was very attentive and easy to talk to. Ill definitely be going back.

I had Crystal as my stylist and she was professional and her service was great. She did a color and cut and her color blending was great. I highly recommend this salon and especially Crystal.

Ive only had my haircut here but my stylist Christine is awesome. She takes the time to cut, dry and curl my hair every time I go. She spends a full hour with me and always does a fantastic job. The front desk associates are also very kind and thorough. They always offer me a drink and make sure Im comfortable while waiting for my turn.

I have been going here for several years. I dont go to spas/hair salons, on a regular basis. However, if I do go, this is it. Aveda products are wonderful and the service here is great . I get pedicures once in a while. I get a facial probably twice a year. Always quite lovely . I cut my own hair, so I dont know about that, but I saw some kids and a lady come out with fresh hair cuts and they were all super cute and tailored to their hair type and personality.

I took my wife here to get makeup done..seems like the employees here are so caught up on defending their “professionalism” that they forget to listen to the customer. It’s too bad that my wife had to pay for a makeup job that she didn’t like but was forced into. It would be helpful if the employees here listened to the customers. We will for sure not be returning

Really nice salon w lots of services color , cuts , perms , waxing ,special occasion updos and stuff like that. They also sell shampoos and conditioners and all kinds of styling products. They also do simple styles such as Dutch and Indian braids if thats all you want.

I went in for a facial and massage with April. It was over the top amazing! I found a new favorite place!

If you want a great haircut and color make and appointment with Kelly Smith. I have fine thin hair. She does an amazing cut and offers great advice on color. Kelly work at the Panache Spa and Studio in Eagle and Meridian.

I got my hair messed up so bad! Do no not go here! We paid 350 dollars and I left with brown hair (wanted a full head of blonde highlights). Even took a picture! The stuffy owner will not even respond with me, to fix it, save yourself alot of pain and go where ppl will listen to your wishes, a beauty school would do better! This is not over!

I love Panache Eagle. I have been a customer for about a year and a half. Becki is a wonderful hairstylist. She is very attentive and works with me every time I want to try something new. Lisa does my brows and gives great pedicures and manicure. She also gives facials. The salon is beautiful and the staff is super friendly.

Tough to rate this hair studio! Ive gone to Panache in Boise for years and had 5 star service EVERY time. Moved to Eagle and had a horrific color job, a worse color fix, then a chop job haircut trying to make it all better. Spent 7 hours over the course of 2 days trying to correct everything. ALL the stylists were super sweet including the one who did a number on my hair. Found out original stylist was new to the trade. Was disappointed that wasnt communicated from the get go. Have not gone back. Advice: ask for experienced stylist when making your appt. ALL should be fine!

I called to make an appointment not expecting to get in for a few weeks and was able to get right in due to a cancellation. The person I talked to on the phone was super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place!

Panache Spa is wonderful. Everyone is professional and personable. Haleigh it the best massage therapist ever. She is friendly, warm and professional. I have been going to her for a massage every two weeks or so for over 18 months. Now, I dont think I could go on without my massage.

I was looking forward to trying a new salon close to my home. The website would not allow me to book an appointment online, so I called in to schedule, not a big deal. There were appointments same week which was a perk. The salon is beautiful and just what I was looking for. However the stylist was exactly what I was not looking for! Negative, negative, negative. Couple that with a terrible haircut full of too many layers and improperly shaped. Not sure if the great location and beautiful interior is enough to lure me back for a second chance.

We went there to set an appointment, my 2 daughters showed them exactly what they wanted with pinterest pictures. We were told to bring more pictures, both girls wanted something different. We get there for the appointment and from the beginning the hairstylist mixed the girls up and said thats fine. My daughters show them the pictures and immediately Olivia the hair stylist was talking the 1 daughter out of the balayage, we stated thats what she wanted so thats what she gets. Almost $500 later and both kids didnt get what they wanted one got silver instead of blonde. We tell them and they make 100 excuses. Money isnt the big deal its the not paying attention to what the client wants and the unwillingness to fix a mess up. Let alone totaling the responsibility to say u made a mistake.... I dont recommend going to this place, if the mess your hair up they will blame it on you!

This WONDERFUL salon & stylist, Cheyenne Wheatley, were recommended to me by an employee at my chiropractors office whose hair always looks awesome! My first visit there was yesterday afternoon, & I was delighted with the entire place.....from the gorgeous young woman who greeted me at the desk to literally every single employee there who were very welcoming with big smiles & hellos & I just could NOT be happier with Cheyennes services.....she was so pleasant & accommodating, patient with me not having a clue what to do with my unruly style & offering up excellent suggestions.....almost as if she could read my mind. I didnt want to go to any extremes with the cut & what she suggested & ultimately did are perfect!!! PLUS, she so graciously explained every product she used & the hows & whys for the usage of those products & then as she did the blow dry & styling, she explained each step ~ so that I could feel confident I will be able to accomplish the same (or at least close to it, I hope!) on my own at home! FIVE STAR service & excellent, very competitive prices for such an up-scale place!! Cant wait to try more of their services too....they do color & nails & facials & even massage......so a TRUE day spa!!! Give them a try....I think youll be very pleased & glad you did!! :)

Great salon on many levels. Cleanliness, professionalism, friendliness, courtesy, and skill. I have tried many salons in the valley trying to get my cut and color right and Kady is by far my favorite stylist. Panache is an Aveda salon. My favorite stylist is Kady Fuller! She is so knowledgeable in working with hair and color! I love that she know exactly what to do to achieve the look Im looking for. The front desk is welcoming, offering the yummy Aveda tea. I have also had a spa pedicure here and I like how they have a separate area for that service. Book an appointment with Kady, you will not regret it!
