The girls that work there are super nice. They do quality work for sure. However, I had a special request and have left multiple messages over six months. If the owner or manager would have taken less than one minute to call me back then I would have been a regular client. I live literally down the street and would love to not have to drive all the way to Boise for lashes. But I will as the owner and management has a definite lack of customer service and follow up. This probably explains why the girls that work there don’t stick around too long.

I had extensions applied elsewhere, but they irritated me and weren’t done properly. Lashedspa gently and effectively removed them and let me know why the extensions had bothered me. I will definitely return when I’m ready for lash extensions again.
